I ordered $56 worth of spices on May 12th. 23 days later, and I still have nothing. I contacted them twice. The second time I contacted them via their Chat line, he said he would put a priority on it for someone to get back to me. Still nothing. I made the mistake of ordering two more orders after the first order. They send out these canned e-mail responses, which infuriates me. I wrote them back that this was unacceptable and I want a personal response and want to know where my spices are. They are using Covid as the excuse, but at least they should respond back personally because MANY people are disgusted with their customer service. If they expect to have a business, they better shape up and take care of their customers.

FLAVOR GOD IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED MY ORDER ON 05/10/2020 AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 10-14 DAYS. UNTIL NOW NO UPDATE, NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NEVER REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I DEMANDED A REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP YOUR ORDER. ALSO WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER??? SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and it still hasn't been shipped. Was told 5-7 days when I placed the order. This is theft they are still advertising 5 days knowing they can't fulfill the website orders. But they have no problem fulfilling the *** orders for almost twice the price. They will respond to an inquiry but when you request a refund they go radio silent.

My stuff will NOT ship, and they will not answer to ANY of my messages, emails, comments, anything. I want a refund but they won?t reply.

Talk about terrible customer service..my shipment date kept getting pushed back..so I kindly asked for a refund..its been over 15 days..the customer service is a joke..I had to dispute the charge with my cc company..

They never shipped my order. I waited over 3 weeks to get a shipping confirmation and then was met with ZERO customer service. There's a generic inquiry form one can fill out on their website. The auto response is as generic as possible, and actual follow-up by a representative never happened. There is no phone number to call. If you absolutely love wasting money, wasting time, and being disappointed, then look for further... FlavorGod is for you!

Immediately take your money. Been a month and still no product. Automated response saying its waiting on an ingredient,o r we will check into it, etc

Key item, will only refund if within 14 days of PURCHASE,
NOW they are blaming COVID 19 on reason you cant get your product, YET they are running incredible offers online for products ( Im sure these wont ship either!)

Ordered a large order 113.58 on 4/29/2020 as a gift to my husband. Just like everyone else, received the generic reply. Then received one saying it would be marked high priority. Waited another 1.5 weeks and sent a private message through fb, got a reply stating marked high priority. I sent a screenshot of the email that said the same thing, no response. I?ve had a few flavors and absolutely love them, ordered some on amazon with no problem (seems they can fill the more expensive prices, on amazon only ) this is the worst customer service, I?ve ever dealt with!

When I ordered it said 10-14 days. After 3 weeks I canceled my order. I had to dispute my charges. If you post a negative review it gets deleted on facebook. I pointed this out and asked about it and they deleted my post and blocked me.

Fraudulent company that banks off well-crafted adds! Zero customer service support, definitely some automated response from out of the country. They just keep telling you someone will get back to you. The seasonings came a month later and they informed me that some of the items were out of stock, that my refund would be automatic. That was 5/3... it is now 5/21 and they?re email response and lack there of is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM FLAVOR GOD WITHOUT BUYER?S PROTECTION. I will never buy from this fraudulent god company every again.

Ordered 60ish dollars worth of product and it ever came.

Terrible, non-existant customer service. My order is now 1 month late. When you fill out their online form all you get is a coupon for a future order. I've tried to cancel my order 3 x and no one responds. If this is a one man show then the owner should spend less time sending hundreds of dollars to You Tubers in order to promote his business and more time in hiring staff. What a terrible way to do business. Never ordering from Flavor God again!

This guys are taking people $ and sending no product absolute scam stay away from there website??????????????????????????

If I could give them a 0 star I so would. My order was placed back on the 17th of Apr. Still being told not ready for shipping. They have no phone to call. They sent me an email twice saying some items are on backorder. They even canceled 3 of the items I orders. But I go to the site and wow look they say they have them.. If I do not get an email by Monday saying shipped will cancel my order and go with some other products. This is so said and being on Amazin it's crazy how they are. Good luck if you do order from them. But I would tell you no way.

Shipping takes a while. I received an email saying it may take up to 14 days before my order will be shipped. On the 15th day I still did not receive a tracking number so I emailed the company directly from their contact page form on their website. I did receive a response.

Nothing was missing from my order, so that?s always good.

I would order again. Hopefully they can work on their shipping and get the orders out a little faster. I order clothes from overseas and it takes about the same amount time. I think Amazon has spoiled us. ??

Still do not have my order placed on Feb. 19th (one month). They certainly charged my card on that date and no products. I have emailed them and messaged them on facebook as they have no phone number for contacts. How can they not tell you when you order it will be more than a month for delivery???????????????????

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from flavor gods February 27, couple days later I got a email stating your shipment should be sent out 10-14 days. I'm still waiting, as the looks of it I'm going to be waiting for a while. If I dont get any response back from them within a week. I'm contacting my back and getting my money back. Were they'll refund me my money the same day, with no problem.

My wife and I were stoked to get some of the Flavor God spices. We placed an order on Feb 2, 2020. The website kept saying the order was awaiting on shipment. I reached out to find out why it hadnt shipped. Received a generic reply about they were overwhelmed and the orders were waiting on some items to arrive then they would need time to grind them, then process it...etc..... This went on for about a month. I finally had enough of the BS from them, and requested my money back and cancel the order. They cancelled the order real fast.......but I'm still waiting on my money back from them......Nothing but crooks!!!
