Order a product over 2 weeks ago and still no info on what’s going on with my order. They took the money from my account but no response about when it would be shipped! No clue how to get in contact with anyone or get my money back!

I ordered the Chef Spice Rack on Thursday January 3, 2019. Shortly after, I received an email from their team stating the following:
“Thank you for your continued patience with your order and we apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused during this time. Your order is currently awaiting shipment and will be shipped out within the next 24-72 Business Hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please let us know if there is anything else we can further assist you with.”
I then received an email from their team on January 19, 2019 saying my order FINALLY shipped, with tracking information. It’s incredibly agitating for a company to tell me they will ship my order 1-3 days after being purchased, only for them not to ship it for over 2 weeks.
It is now January 29, 2019 and I STILL have yet to receive my order. It has been almost a whole month. This is beyond unacceptable and I am incredibly frustrated to have spent the amount of money I did for their mediocre product to still have not receive it. I emailed them requesting a refund but who knows if that will even happen. Bunch of thieves.

Ordered in November, received my package late January ONLY after I threatened to contact Revdex.com to file a complaint. I sent several emails to their staff and the only one that received a response was the the final one where I mentioned the complaint to Revdex.com. When I finally did receive the package, it looked as if someone just tossed a bunch of spice containers in a box, slapped a label on it and called it good. Many of them have different amounts of spices in them and ALL of their labels were half peeled off. I tried on several occasions before it shipped to get a refund and they ignored the emails. When they finally had responded at the threat to contact Revdex.com, they said it was too late (which obviously was their fault since they waited so long to answer) and refused to cancel the order and refund. Do NOT order from this company, it's a complete scam and not worth the headache OR your money.

Ordered a set of spices in late November. Never got a shipping notice so sent an email asking for refund because I had to find another Christmas present. No response. Made a claim with PayPal them all of a sudden they sent PayPal a tracking number so *** couldn’t refund the transaction. Finally received the spices today but can’t get ahold of the company for a return. I don’t trust I’d ever get my money back even if I did return it. HORRIBLE company. This business is a scam. Don’t order from them.

Allows you to place orders but the company is unable to fulfill the request. They took my payment but didn't send merchandise that was ordered October 2017. Have sent several emails to no avail. Do not buy from this company!

My review/experience is the same as others. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive my items. I have e-mailed them multiple times with delayed responses promising my order is being shipped or will ship within 72 hours. But nothing! Their website doesn't have a business number to contact. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and hope to get my refund back.

I purchased my products on 11/20/2018 and still have not received them. The customer service rep "Steven" claimed that my order would be shipped in 2-5 business days on two separate occasions, he even added in a free spice for the delay. The order still hadn't changed. The initial claim was that all products were to be moved from their old warehouse into a new one. I majored Business in college, but it doesn't take a genius to get that temporary employees would help a better transition into a new facility. Hire some so your products can arrive to your client base on time.

Normally, they are great with shipping, but this time around it was a nightmare. Do not purchase their products from the website. I suggest anyone purchase them from third party sites or stores. I requested a refund, but I do not think it will ever return to my account. It feels like a scam at this point, horrible customer service. It's shame to say that they have lost a willing loyal customer to a simple fix.

Still haven?t received my order placed on Nov. 22nd. Won?t respond to emails. Horrible customer service. First Christmas gift I ordered and the only one I didn?t receive. Will never order from them again.

Same issues as other have reported. I love the spices, but my recent order was over a month ago, and it still shows as ?awaiting shipment?. I can?t get anyone to response to my emails or attempts to contact. Super disappointed. Especially since my order was in part for a Holiday present.

Big scam to steal your money and not ship anything out. No response from social media or customer service. Do not buy from them at all.

Their product is phenomenal, but I'm extremely disappointed with their delayed delivery. Ordered products over 8 weeks ago and still have yet to receive.

They deserve a 0 star but that is not an option so they get a 1 Star. This business has horrible customer service and have not delivered the products I ordered back on October 4th. It is now December 16th. When I placed my order they did not communicate that they were transitioning to a new facility. I have received 1 email in November telling me they were now transitioned and my products would be shipped soon. Still haven?t received anything. They don?t have a phone number that you can call and they don?t return emails. I wasted $54.00 on low salt spices that I hoped would help me in my health journey. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from them!!!!!

First let me say that Flavor God seasonings are absolutely amazing and the best out there. I have made multiple orders from this company and well worth it. My most recent purchase was terrible and I was disappointed. However, after reaching out via social media to Flavor God. Not only did I receive customer support but Flavor God received a life long customer. Great customer service if you give them a chance. I will recommend this product to any and everyone. It?s outstanding and I am very pleased

I have been purchasing Flavor God spices for over 2 years and yes the delivery time is longer than usual but one has to remember that these are made fresh. I have never had a bad flavor yet and my family and I Love them and will continue to order. If you are willing to wait for something that is delightfully delicious I suggest you go for it.. you won?t be disappointed

Horrible customer service, My package was shipped from 6 hours from me, it is now 8 days later, no package and all the do is give generic responses and refuse to call DHL or do anything. I will never buy from them again.

Positive experience. The order came within a few weeks which id expect since these are made fresh and have a 24 month shelf life. The seasonings I ordered were amazing. Full of flavor! Will for sure order again.

I ordered one of Flavor God's basic spice kits back in November of 2017 thinking that it'd make a good Christmas gift. It is now January 8th of 2018 and I still have not received my order. I think what really irks me more than anything is the fact that that push their marketing so hard on Facebook and other social media sites, but they obviously can't keep up with their orders. I went to Flavor God's Facebook and Instagram pages to see if there was someone who could help me and was promptly banned from both pages within less than an hour. This is not how you treat customers and I will absolutely never order from this company again.

This company does not know the meaning of customer service. They do not have a phone number where customers can call to check the status of their order. I placed my order on 11/21/17 and it’s now 12/31/17 and I still have not received it and they already charged me for the products. I emailed several times regarding the status of my order but their response was delayed except for the last one where I cancelled my order and informed them that I would write a negative review in Revdex.com. They andswered promptly and cancelled my order. The products are really good but I DO NOT want to buy from a company with such poor customer service. I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them.

For the second time, I have made a large purchase to this company and they treated me like a number. Last time they failed to deliver an order I purchased 2 orders (two days in a row) because I decided to add to my order but they wouldn't allow me to make changes. Fair enough, I made a new order (even after I was told I was not going to be given the same discount as the first order, because it's for new customers only). 4 weeks go by, no delivery, no tracking number. I call and they have no record of my order, I give them the confirmation number. Still nothing. They simply say sorry, place the order again and wait for that order. I don't, I have to call paypal and do a stop payment. So paypal saves the day. Flavor God doesn't offer faster shipping, discount, nothing. Just pretty much let paypal deal with it or you deal with it. The end.
A year later ... I decide to get my husband stocking stuffers from Flavor God seeing as he's on a new "whole 30" body building kick. His Trainer is a close person to us after so many years and also my brother and my dad train with him. We got each one a couple of spices since their discount was good. AGAIN, WE RECEIVE ONE ORDER BUT NOT THE SECOND ORDER. One month goes by, 28 days, no tracking number, nothing. I ordered on black friday and waited until Christmas eve .... until I had to run to our local organic spice store and purchased new gifts....
We messaged paypal and opened a claim so the matter could me resolved. Paypal asked us to first speak to Flavor God to resolve before canceling, they did a pause on the order until we got word back.
The repose we received was, sorry, take it up with palpay. So we did, canceled the order and learned our lesson. I messaged again to tell them hoe disappointed we were to have this happen to use twice and on Christmas this time and informed them that we would be writing a review in the Revdex.com. And they didn't seem to care or offer any resolution. Pretty much ... go ahead , we'll deal with THEM once you do.
In a world of online orders and fast deliveries, this is a company that looks at the bottom line and not at their customer base. they care more about their instagram celebrities than their "word of mouth" customers.

I placed an order before Thanksgiving. FlavorGod charged my credit card immediately. I was originally told it?d ship in two weeks. Then it got pushed back to 21 business days. It takes them days to get back to the several emails I have sent. It?s now been a month since I placed my order. I received a shipping notification five days ago but the only update that?s been posted is ?en route to dhl?. Dhl has not received the package and they certainly haven?t gotten it to usps so it can be delivered to my house. I emailed flavorgod after three days of no shipping updates and haven?t heard back. It?s now been five days with no shipping updates. I?d give FlavorGod zero stars if I could.
