For the second time we found ourselves in need of quick help and Ben Franklin came to our rescue During the installation of a new washer and dryer, the installer confirmed there was a leak in our utility room behind our washer so he couldn't install it I quickly called Ben Franklin and relayed the issue we were having I was again impressed by their organization and professionalism Carlos arrived just a few hours later He found and fixed the leak, helped me hook up the washer and fixed the leaky hose bib on the back porch Great service!!

In a crush dilemma to go and be with a very ill friend and having a leak on my water pipe ,I called Leslie and John Came assessed and told me what needed to be done , Leslie's wonderful customer service, understanding and coordination made it possible for another Expert Tech ,mr Mike to come and quickly assess and resolve my problem very quickly after notice was given to the building that water would be shut down for a period ,...this is the way all businesses should operate ,I can only say this is a FIRST CLASS operation , and to once again thank them for working this out in my behalf, allowing me to get to my very, very ill friend without worrying about what was going on back home ,
