OUTSTANDING !!! ,...is the Word that comes to mind when reflecting on how my situation was handled by this very PROFESSIONAL and EXPERT Team !!! In a crush dilemma to go and be with a very ill friend and having a leak on my water pipe ,I called Leslie and John Came assessed and told me what needed to be done , Leslie's wonderful customer service, understanding and coordination made it possible for another Expert Tech ,mr Mike to come and quickly assess and resolve my problem very quickly after notice was given to the building that water would be shut down for a period ,...this is the way all businesses should operate ,I can only say this is a FIRST CLASS operation , and to once again thank them for working this out in my behalf, allowing me to get to my very, very ill friend without worrying about what was going on back home ,

Other than "sticker price" shock, repair went well After hours cost (5:PM) was $139, plus $to snake one exterior sewer line Job took about an hour from arrival/diagnosis to payment Tech (John D) got here when expected, was knowledgeable and courteous, cleaned up after he completed repair Reviewed cost for service call upfront before any work was initiated Would use again
Service techs were friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem I had on the second try due to a faulty part that they used the first timeThey were prompt and very helpful, even when they returned on the second occasion
Carlos a Benjamin franklin technician installed a new hot water Tues.Aug8, he was very polite neat clean and professional in all manner of his workHe completed the installation and replaced a complete drain system in one of our bath roomsAgain all of his work was very neat clean and professional
He submitted a bill for all completed work, done on time, and at all quoted prices

I have been a customer of theirs for almost years I feel they do a great, thorough, fairly priced job I've never had to wait for them to arrive out of their appointment time, I feel I've never been over charged, and they are not pushy with extras to sell me If I've stayed with them this long...they must be doing something right!!

The tech acted professionally however I would not hire this company again because of their extremely high pricesI was charged $to install a septic sump pumpThe tech installed a pump that I had purchased from LowesHe provided a degree elbow and a foot of inch pvc and some glueIt took him minutes to install it
Aaron arrived a little early for his appointment, after a courtesy call Service was professional even wearing booties in the house to prevent dirtying our floors He quickly fixed the leak under the sink, and gave us advice about another issue which I was able to fix myself I particularly appreciated his suggestion to arrange a tentative appointment for my DIY fix (tell them this is what you are doing), just in case I was unsuccessful When I successfully completed my job, I called to cancel the appointmentBen Franklin was very gracious about doing this This courtesy "back-up" service is the ultimate in customer service, in my opinion, because they are "standing by" just in case they are needed...no charge I've used Ben Franklin for a number of situations in three homes, and their service is always 5-star

When I had a water leak, I wasn't sure who I could trust to quickly coming to my rescue aiding and fixing my leak in the kitchenWhen I called office Debbie told me that she thought she could get someone out and would check and get back with meShe sent out Carlos who was promp, very courteous, personable and after giving me a price went to work on fixing the leakThe leak was fixed promptly and efficiently and what I thought would be a major breaking up my floor turned out to be in the wall and fixed within a couple of hours Carlos and Debbie were awesome in getting my problem fixed so quickly
