I placed an order from footlocker on line on 2/17/order #for a pair of Jorden retro in the amount of $Tracking number 1Z57714003***, and states it was delivered on 2/23, but left at front door I was home all day and no one rang my bell or knocked on my doorI DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE On 3/12/and 3/13/I spoke to UPS and they stated they are accepting the claim and will be paying for the lost packageI then spoke to footlocker and spoke with Eric who refused to provide his rep id number and told me I will not be provided a refund due to a history of lost packagesI have no responsibility to his claim He was also rude and told me he does not who problem it is and then informed me that they will no longer be accepting any orders from me That is illegal you cannot do such a thingUPS stated they accepting it and now Footlocker has my money, and will have money from UPSI have no sneakers or money
I had place an order for my son my package was supposed to be delivered I went out to see if my package was there nothing I called footlocker to let them know that they said my package was delivered but I had no package now the wont give me my money back

On Sunday, December 9, I placed an order with Foot Locker online The business had a coupon code for 20% off and free shipping on a $order The product I wanted was less than $100, so I added another item to make it $to receive the discount and the free shipping When I was on the page that had my total, it had the shipping cost listed as free, as indicated by the coupon code After clicking “place your order” button, I saw where I was charged $for shipping! I contacted the business twice through their online contact form and never heard back, the products were shipped and I received them along with an email wanting me to review my experience This is where I complained once again about being charged the shipping costs after my original page told me it was free Someone contacted me back and said that it was only for select items and that my shipping would not be refunded I let them know that their advertising was very deceiving, as I never saw where it was on
I placed an order on 16th Aug,and I paid for five pairsThey shipped my items on 17th Aug,the tracking number is ***I only received two pairs in this package, and I checked this tracking number in the UPS website and see the weight is only 4.8bls, it is unreasonable, the weight of every pairs of shoes is least 2bls, and this package should be 10blsI think their warehouse worker may make a mistake, they put only two pairs in this package!So I ask them to check this package and refund me!

On July I made a purchase on footlocker website and on the 13th of July I received an email stating that my package was delivered so I went home to retrieve the package so I could give it to my Niece for a birthday present but when I got home it was no package so I called customer service on the same day to let them know my package was not there so today I received another email from the investigators about my package stating that someone retrieve the package from my home, but when I went back to look and see who signed for the package it said the package was left in the mailbox or near it, and then they say the delivery guy said he gave it to someone but that’s a lie too
On June 26, 2018, we placed an online order at Footlocker.com for pairs of shoes (Jordan & NMD) that were shipped to our home On July 6, we returned a pair (Jordan - $180) to our local Foot Locker in Schaumburg at Woodfield Mall, which the local store shipped to Wisconsin Then on July 16, we returned the other pair (NMD - $130) to the same local Foot Locker, which they immediately refunded to my credit card I am still waiting for a refund on the Jordan 3, which were mailed out by the local Foot Locker and has been received per the UPS tracking number
I ordered a pair of shoes off the Footlocker website on 12-14-for a Christmas gift It says on their email response to me that it takes hours to process the order and 3-days for shipping It is now 12-28-and I still did not receive the shoes There is no update on their site on the status of my order No one responds to the multiple emails I sent, they do not answer the phone (I've waited for 15-minutes and no one ever picks up) and no one ever answers their Live Chats These were a gift and by their initial response, I should have received these long ago At the very least, they could provide me an update as to the status of their order, but they gladly charged my card and never sent the shoes If they won't respond, how do I even go about cancelling this? champs sports subsidiary to footlocker retail inc claims to have free returns at no cost for the customer on the day july 25th I called champs sports customer service to ask on the status of my return I was told that my return had been initiated for the amount of $and some cents dont remember the exact amount I asked the customer service representative why was the amount $when I initially paid for my whole order she explained that champs only covers the total amount of the product and the sales tax in the return and not the shipping charge in which the customer pays I explained that no other company have done this before in my past experience and that it wasn't right I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she politely transferred me I was then transferred with the supervisor expressed my concern and he told me the same thing that champs does not return the shipping fee because then the company would lose money?
