Review: I ordered a tomahawk from this website on 15 March 2015. After the company busted its 8 week delivery time, I sent an email to the owner. I received an email back from the owner the next day stating "Hi [redacted] , working on should be within couple weeks , Best Regards , [redacted]" I waited a couple of weeks, and still no delivery of product. I emailed again and received no response. I emailed a total of 8 times and called multiple times with no success in contact. It has been over a year since my order and I have still not received the product I paid over $100 for. There has been no refund issued either.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product that I ordered.

Review: I contacted [redacted] at Fort Turner in March 2016 to inquire about a specific delivery date before I placed my order. The tomahawks ordered were meant to be gifts. [redacted] at Fort Turner assured me in writing that the delivery could be made in May of 2016. I contacted [redacted] in mid May to check on the order and he told me he was "just finishing up" my order and would ship it right away. It is now June and Fort Turner has sent no shipping info and has missed the agreed upon delivery window. After repeated attempts to contact [redacted] at Fort Turner I have received no response to email or voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate and full refund of the amount I was charged in March for this order.

Review: I am writing this letter to inform you of my dealing with Fort Turner care of [redacted] whom is the owner, I placed an order on March 1 by USPS mail, after speaking to him by phone Feb 29, that was the only time I have spoke to him. He said as it dose in his website maybe 8 weeks or sooner, to receive my order one ([redacted]) I have not received my arda and he has not returned my phone calls or email.Desired Settlement: At this point I would ask to be assisted in my efforts to receive my refund of 110.00 check, which cleared my bank March 11 please find enclosed copy. Because he has not returned my calls I have lost trust in his company, I do not feel his product will be made for me and if it already has been if he is that backlogged in orders. He should not have a problem delivering it to another customer.

Thank you very much for your help.

Review: I was in the 82nd Airborne and was Ranger tabbed. I had a friend going through the [redacted] school, so I ordered a [redacted] tomahawk from Fort Turner in December of 2012 as a gift for completing the course. Still, as of December 2015, I have NOT received my order which was paid in full at the time I ordered the tomahawk in December 2012. I have made numerous calls to the business, left messages, wrote emails asking for product delivery or refund. Response, or contact has only been achieved 3 or 4 times over the 3 year period, and the owner states that the order will be filled soon each time. Last contact I made I asked solely for a refund, but the owner said he did not have the funds to issue a refund, and promised that the product would be shipped within a month, but never delivered on that promise. Attempts at contacting the business since last correspondence have went unanswered.Desired Settlement: Would like the product to be delivered, or have the purchase refunded.

Review: I originally ordered a [redacted] Ranger tomahawk on 16 July 2015. The website indicated backlogs, possibly as long as 8 weeks. The original cost was $159.95 + $9.00 S&H = $168.95. I received a confirmation email and request to confirm my shipping address, which I did.

On 20 August 2015, I emailed Fort Turner to order the companion sheath for the tomahawk. I was quoted $31.50 + $9.00 S&H (odd, since the sheath could be combined with the previously paid for tomahawk)= $40.50. My grand total paid to that point was $209.45. I began to request status updates via email as follows:

10 November 2015 - Email from me to Fort Turner requesting a status update.

17 December 2015 - Email from me to Fort Turner requesting a status update.

19 December 2015 - Return email from [redacted] stating there had been a backlog on the [redacted] ranger tomahawks (they being the most popular product) but no indication on how soon the project would be completed.

19 December 2015 - Return telephone call from [redacted] stating that my tomahawk was "on the bench" for completion and shipping.

11 March 2016 - Email from me to Fort Turner requesting a status update.

15 March 2016 - Telephone call from [redacted] stating that my tomahawk should be shipped within a week.

12 April 2016 - Email from me to Fort Turner requesting a status update.

20 April 2016 - Email from me to Fort Turner requesting a status update, and requesting information on possible refund.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the completed Rogers Ranger tomahawk and sheath. Failing that, a full refund for $209.45 covering the charges to my credit card as follows:

$168.95 - Rogers Ranger Tomahawk

$ 31.50 - Rogers Ranger Tomahawk Sheath

$ 9.00 - S&H for Rogers Ranger Tomahawk

$ 9.00 - S&H for Rogers Ranger Tomahawk Sheath.

Review: On June 30, 2015 I ordered:

Item: Iroquois Tomahawk

Quantity: 1 Price: $84.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $93.95

I have not yet received it. I have contacted the seller by e-mail twice, once on 12/15/15 and 5/27/16. After the 12/15 e-mail, the seller e-mailed me and said it would be shipped soon. I received no response to the 5/27 e-mail.

The seller has many complaints on the Revdex.com website and it seems necessary to vil a complaint in order to receive the item.Desired Settlement: I prefer to receive the product. Will accept a refund.

Review: I ordered the tomahawk in March in good faith. I've tried sending emails but all go unanswered. I've read other complaints about delivery of product and don't feel that a year is a suitable waiting period especially when the web site claims 8 weeks. It seems like he has production and communication issues that he can not resolve. The cost $132.95 which he has charged my account.Desired Settlement: Either refund my money or deliver the product. I'd rather have the product because his reviews are good but I will settle for a refund.

Review: I purchased two items from this business in December of 2012. After several assurances of delivery I NEVER received the items. Now ignores emails.

On December 2nd 2012 I ordered 2 tomahawks Fort Turner online using a credit card. The total with shipping was 142.00. I received a confirmation email. I sent an email on Dec 26th checking on my order and "[redacted]" replied "I'll be working on after the Holiday's, so probably by the 2nd week of Jan." I did not hear anything and did not receive my order. I emailed him again on Feb 12th to check on the order and "[redacted]" replied, " I was very ill in Jan. which pushed things back a bit, working on & will ship as quick as possible." I sent follow up emails over the next couple of months and have not received any answer or my order. The web site is still up and running and taking orders. In the shipping section there is an note

"March 2013 Recent order volume has resulted in an unexpected production backlog. We're working as quickly as possible to fill orders, but because our products are all handcrafted right here at Fort Turner to the highest possible standards, delivery at this time is about 8 weeks out. We generally strive to provide much faster service, and will update our situation as things change. Thank you sincerely for your support and your patience."

I have recently sent several more emails with no reply. The website claims to support military personnel, but I informed Fort Turner one of the tomahawks for for my son, who is now stationed in the Army. Intended it as a gift for him before he left, but obviously that did not happen. This company has photos of military members holding their products on the website. It is shameful how they advertise like this, and then do not follow through with their orders.Desired Settlement: Full refund of credit card charges

Review: I ordered a Spiked Nordic Tomahawk with sheath in December of 2012. My account was billed $162.95 on 12/11/12 and I am yet to receive the product.

My account was charged $162.95 on 12/11/12 for a Spiked Nordic Tomahawk and sheath. It has been so long I can no longer find my order number, it is under [redacted]. None of my emails have been answered. When I called a few months ago I was told that my order would be moved to the front and shipped out soon. I understand that the product is hand forged, but it has been 10 months already. Desired Settlement: I would really like my order to be filled within the next month. If that is not possible I would like a refund of my $162.95

Review: I placed my order for a for a tomahawk and sheath on Sept. 22, 2013. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged immediately for $187.95. After waiting more than the advertised 8 weeks required for delivery I sent a couple of emails inquiring about the status of my order. These went unanswered. I sent an email on 12/13/2013 and received a phone call from [redacted]. He told me that his power hammer had broken and that a replacement was ordered and he should back in production in 2 weeks. He assured me he would have my order shipped soon. I emailed an inquiry on 03/02/2014 that went unanswered. After an email I sent 04/18/2014 I received an email telling me he was extremely backlogged but he'll make sure to get my order out shortly. On 10/12/2014, more than one year after I placed the order, I sent him an email asking for a refund since he was obviously unable to complete my order. I have not received a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like the order I placed fulfilled.

Review: I placed an order for 3 hawks on September 25, 2013. I have been numerous times that my order will be shipped "next week". I have had the owner call me and tell me numerous times that my order was on his desk and will be shipped. I see on the Revdex.com many people with the same issue. Got an email on April 2014, telling me it would not be much longer. Got another email on Aug 2014 telling me things were slow to start up but he is working now and it should be soon. Told me them he was working on my order and it will ship shortly. Got another email on Dec 2014 telling me about medical issues and saying order should ship within a couple of weeks. I have also had several calls telling me the same. If this Revdex.com process does not work I am taking this to small claims court being I am only an afternoons drive from his location. This time frame and multiple promises has went too far. I understand medical issues and equipment problems, but I see many complaints where people have ordered after me and gotten their products after complaining. A business should not be ran that way. I have already contacted the Siskiyou County Police Department and will be filling a complaint with civil court within the month if this is not resolved. I have been patient enough on this. Again my order was on September 25, 2013.On Wed, Sep 25, 2013 at 8:06 PM, [redacted] wrote:Thank you for your order.Please verify the information below for accuracy:Customer Information:[redacted] StUkiah, [redacted], United StatesItems Ordered:Item: [redacted]Quantity: 1 Price: $129.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $138.95Item: Iroquois TomahawkQuantity: 1 Price: $69.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $78.95Item: Buck TomahawkQuantity: 1 Price: $59.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $68.95Sub Total: $286.85Discount: ($0.00)Additional Shipping & Handling: $0.00Sales Tax: $20.79Total Amount Charged: $307.64 (paid with credit card)Desired Settlement: Delivery of product at minumum.
