Review: I never received the product that I ordered from Fort Turner Metal Works. I ordered an item on Aug, 1 2013 and it is now over 10mo later, June 7, 2014 and I still do not have my order. I have multiple emails with the owner with him stating that he is working on my order, and countless phone calls talking with the owner directly. This company took my money, has lied to me countless times that they are sending me my order, and are not fulfilling their obligation as a company.Desired Settlement: Please refund my payment.

Review: I never received my order from Jan 21 2014. Emailed three times and called and left messages. No response. My son order a sleath and tomahawk with all his money. He ordered from this guy BECAUSE it was made in the USA.Desired Settlement: Would like the items we ordered or money back.

Review: I ordered the Roger's Rangers Tomahawk and sheath May 16th of 2013. After having the full amount for the tomahawk paid and deducted from my account I waited several months without receiving my item or hearing anything on whether or not it had shipped. I tried to contact the seller by phone and email multiple times and received no response until I had threatened to file a report with the Revdex.com. After that I received a reply asking for my shipping address so that it could be sent to me. I provided them with an alternate address to send it to since I was about to deploy soon. It is now April 2014. Almost an entire year later, and I have since deployed overseas and returned and I still have not received my tomahawk or heard anything on the matter. I have sent emails asking for a refund which I have not received.Desired Settlement: All I want is the full amount I paid of $177.95 refunded to me or the item that I ordered a YEAR ago.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received my product.

Review: I placed two orders for a total of five tomahawks in June of 2013. I was billed $392.75 in all. I have had multiple phone conversations and emails with [redacted] where he typically says that he will have my order done "by next week" or "in a few weeks". This has been going on far too long. These five tomahawks were meant as gifts for my fellow military service members as they moved on in their careers. The money used to pay for these tomahawks came from "platoon dues" collected from each member of our platoon. I think I have the same story as many other consumers who have filed complaints on this website.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back or the order filled.

Review: June 6, 2014 I ordered a hawk from Fort Turner. In October 2014 I asked for a status update and [redacted] quickly responded by saying the order would be shipped out soon. March of 2015 rolled around and I became fed up with waiting and requested that either the hawk be shipped or that a refund be issued. It is now a month later and I have not received a response. When a guy promotes his company by placing pictures of soldiers on his website, he sure doesn't treat us with any respect. I regret every time I recommended Fort Turner to friends, and it is too bad, this guy used to run a great business. If you can't come through on the purchase that is fine, but don't cease contact in order to not issue a refund. That makes you a low life.Desired Settlement: I would either like my hawk, or a refund, immediately! and for Fort Turner to cease accepting orders (and hard earned money) until he can take care of his back logged obligations.

Review: ordered a tomahawk from them in early november, with the understanding from their website delivery in 6 to 8 weeks now been over 12 weeks. I e-mailed them but never heard back, about the status of my order. I believe I have been scamed and want my money back if they cannot deliver this product asapDesired Settlement: since I believe they are unable to fulfill their agreement I would like a full refund

Review: On 2/10/14 my husband ordered the Buck Tomahawk for a total amount of $68.95 (including shipping). He charged our credit card this amount on 2/14/14. After getting our statement I called him and he said he always gets the money first so he can buy the materials and that my husband would be receiving the ordered tomahawk within 8 weeks. It has now been over 12 weeks and we have not heard a word from him. This is ridiculous that it should take this long for an item when he took the money a few days after he received the order. How can anyone run a business this way. My husband wants this item but if he is not going to send it to us we want a refund of our money. We will never ever recommend anyone to order from this company. We have noticed many people have sent in complaints regarding this company and now we understand why. It is a wonder he is still in business.Desired Settlement: If he is not going to honor my husbands order very soon we want a full refund of the %68.95.

Review: I ordered a tomahawk from Fort Turner on May 9, 2015. I remitted payment and was told as indicated on the website that it could take up to 8 week. After 10 weeks I began calling and emailing the company and did not receive a call back or email. After many more attempts, I did finally receive a voicemail in early August indicating the product would be finished in 2 weeks and that they were sorry for the delay. However, giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited 4 weeks to contact Fort Turner to see why I had not yet received the Tomahawk. Since September 1, 2015, I have attempted no less than 6 times either by email or leaving phone messages and have not yet received a response. I can understand a slight delay but it has been 4 months since my initial order and the non-response from the company either indicates they have terrible customer service or they plan to take my money and run and not provide me with the product that I ordered. It has very frustrating but moreover it is disappointing because this product was going to be a gift for a young man that is currently over in Iraq. I would have expected a little more respect in completing a product for a current service member. Especially when the company is run by prior military. Your help in solving this dilemma is greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: All I want is for this product to be delivered immediately to the service member I specified in my order. This is a shame. If they cannot meet my order, please refund my payment in full.

Review: In June of 2014 I called Mr. [redacted] to ask which of his products best suited my needs. He was very positive and polite and gave me his opinion as to what to order from his website. My order total was $132.95, and included a "camp tomahawk" and sheath. Mr. [redacted] said delivery should be 2-3 months. After three months I called again requesting an update. Mr. [redacted] returned my call and said simply that he is a "one man show" and that he would get my order to me as fast as he could. Having not received the product by October 2014, I wrote him an email and called again. This time there was no response whatsoever to either the email or the call. I have since sent many emails and have called multiple times, but no response has been provided. It has now been over one year since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my order. Despite multiple emails and phone calls I have received no updates or communication from Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would either like immediate delivery of my order or a full refund

Review: My unit ordered tomahawks (approximately 20) from this guy around October 2013. He said the items works be delivered by spring 2014. Here we are now, coming up on spring of 2015. He won't return calls or emails, and delivered one tomahawk, which he sent to the highest ranked person from our order (who was better the first or last person to order, just the highest ranked) in an obvious attempt to curry favor. Meanwhile no other Soldier had received a single item ordered. This man is preying on military memberswho are not stationed in the same state and have limited options to remedy this issue.Desired Settlement: He needs to refund the ninety for every single person who purchased this item that he chose not to fulfill. He said that he had the materials, which means he quite literally decided not to complete this order it is simply lying

Review: I ordered a Rogers' Rangers tomahawk back in July of 2013, where upon my credit card was also promptly charged and was informed that it would take approximately four weeks to be delivered. 10 weeks later and two unanswered requests for information,I received an email from [redacted]; whom I assume is the owner, informing me that he will try his best to get my tomahawk in the mail within the next couple of weeks. After a couple more inquiries sent during an additional 6 weeks, I received an email from [redacted] informing me that he has had major equipment malfunctions and should be back up and "running" in a few weeks. I have as of yet to receive the tomahawk. I have sent a total of 18 emails/request for update and issues resolution and have received three responses all telling me that my tomahawk will be in "the mail" very soon. I have waited almost 18 months without resolution or compensation and would like this matter to come to resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise I ordered but if that is not feasible then I want my credit card credited.

Review: I payed for 2 tomahawks over a year ago was promised delivery last April and every couple of weeks since then. I have asked for a refund or my tomahawks and have received neither. He now isn't returning phone calls but will occasionally answer phone with same old line.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or a tomahawk as agreed.

Review: Ordered a "Rogers Rangers" tomahawk from him 10/13/2012. He is still stringing me along. Last email was 2/2015. A quick internet search reveals the business is a scam.Desired Settlement: Original order was $157.95. I'd like interest and punitive damages, but that is probably not possible.

Review: Ordered two Tomahawks from this place of business over ten weeks ago. Was charged immediately (over 300 dollars), and still have not recieved anything. They refuse to answer my e-mails, and soon, I will not even have the same place of residence that I asked them to send the products to. I bought these as a gift for a friend, and the time has passed.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to contact me via phone or e mail, and send the items I ordered to a different address, or to refund the money I paid for the items.

Review: Similar to other customers, my order, placed January 9, 2013(!) totaling $74.95 for tomahawk and handles, has not been delivered, nor has any commitment been made to EVER deliver it. My last e-mail contact 9/15 requested a refund since there are problems with getting the product out, which would seem to be a reasonable resolution, with no response. If Dana was working on orders from 2013 all this time and hasn't gotten to mine yet, he should close down his website or note on it that due to a severe backlog, he cannot accept any more orders until the backlog is complete...and contact those he has collected payment from, telling them when to expect their order. Instead, some customers are no doubt giving up and writing their order off as a lost cause, and a few are here at the Revdex.com, requesting a refund. I notice no one gets a refund, even though they might have given up and bought another tomahawk. Since when is it the customer's responsibility to badger a company to provide a product that has been paid for? "On-line fraud" seems the appropriate term.Desired Settlement: A satisfactory settlement for me is a complete refund - not the tomahawk I ordered so long ago. Since this order was not being filled and I had no way to know when or if it would be filled, I purchased the item elsewhere, custom made, delivered as ordered, and am very happy with it. Specifically, a refund of $74.95 to my Visa account, and an e-mail to the Revdex.com and myself that the refund has been made from Ft. Turner, is a satisfactory settlement; not a year-late order and letter.

Review: Placed order for product in April with expected wait time of two months. Have not received as of Sept, nor response to inquiries.

I placed an order for $117.95, confirmed Apr 13 by email and the charge on my debit card finalizing on Apr 17. Expected wait time was 8 wks as per notice placed on a website month before. Politely inquired Jun 4 after 2 months. No response at all. Insistently inquired Aug 1, after 5 months, this time merely asking htem to tell me I would get the product eventually, sometime. Again no response. Still have not received product as of September 22; it has been 24 wks, or half a year, with absolutely no contact from the company. Items: trapper tomahawk, total w/ shipping $83.95; tomahawk sheath burgundy, total w. shipping $34.00.

Desired Settlement: All I want is the product itself. If they can't or won't, I want them to give back the money they took.

order shipped to customer. apologize for the wait, Item is hand made, takes time. I'm extremely back logged.

Review: Purchased a trapper tomahawk and after about 6 uses the forge weld on the blade split and peeled back the Tomahawk. I emailed and exchanged pictures with the business owner and he agreed to replace the damaged Tomahawk.

I emailed him my shipping address and have not heard back from him for 5 months now after making a few attempts to contact him. I still have not received my replacement.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the Tomahawk replaced as per our email conversation.

Review: I ordered the follwwing from Fort Tuner in May of 2014:Item: Rogers Rangers Sheath BrownQuantity: 1 Price: $30.00 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $39.00Item: Rogers Rangers TomahawkQuantity: 1 Price: $129.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $138.95Item: Buck TomahawkQuantity: 1 Price: $59.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $68.95Sub Total: $246.90I was told over the phone I would have it in thre weeks as I needed it for a deploying Soldier. It has now ben 7 months and I have recieved nothing. He never responds unless you threaten him with recourse of the Revdex.com, credit card company, etc. and then he only responds to buy himself more time to not ship your goods. As of today his website says he will ship within 8 weeks, which is obvious lie based on the number of complaints. He uses the military to adertise his product yet does not sent them thier ordered products?Desired Settlement: I would like the goods or my money returned within the next 14 days.

Review: November 2012 purchased a tomahawk and sheath that were to be delivered at or near Christmas time 2012. Made good faith payment in full at the time of the order in Nov 2012. Have to date not received the product after making multiple calls. Have received promises that the product would be shipped and have never received the product as promised. I have also requested a refund to which I was told no refund would be given. The total cost was less than $200.Desired Settlement: Refund full amount paid. ($157)
