Review: Tomahawk ordered a year ago and still have not received.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: We ordered a Rogers Ranger tomahawk with sheath on 3/21/2013 for me and I have still not received the Product. The credit card was charged right away and I was told to expect delivery in roughly 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks passed I sent an email to Fort Turner and was told that there were some medical issues and the wait would be a little longer. I again waited two months then sent another email. I was again told that they would be shipping the product out ASAP as the owner was away. I waited again and sent another email and was again told it would be delivered shortly. They have stopped answering my emails and do not return phone calls. I still do not have the products I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like the products I paid for delivered. If this cannot be done I want my money returned.

Review: I ordered a rogers rangers tomahawk on 3/13/2013 and have yet to receive the order. I have been through a military deployment and am still waiting to receive my tomahawk. I have been charged and have received no response to my emails to the company.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the product I ordered and was charged for.

Review: I ordered a camp axe on 1/29/2014. my credit card was immediately charged the full amount of $98.95. The website stated that there would be an approx. 4 week wait until it was mailed out. I waited 8 weeks and sent an email in which they never responded to. It has now been 16 weeks and a total of 4 unanswered emails and I still haven't received the axe. This axe was for a gift in which I had to purchase something else for the intended recipient.Desired Settlement: Somehow make this transaction right or refund my money

Review: I ordered a Roger's Rangers Tomahawk from Fort Turner on Aug 12 2013. Before ordering it I called and was asking if would have the product for Christmas. I was told that there should be no problem. I paid $138 via Credit card. I called in October to get a status and was again told that I probably would have it by the end of Nov. The beginning of December I called again and was told that a machine had issues and that I hopefully would have the tomahawk by Christmas. Christmas came and went. I have made numerous calls and sent emails, some are answered some are not. February 17 we called Fort Turner and were told they would get to it in the next 2 weeks. March 17 still nothing. More phone calls have been made since then all unanswered. Here we are on April 11, tomorrow will be 8 months since I placed the order and still no Tomahawk.Desired Settlement: I would like the goods sent. If I do not have the Tomahawk in the next month. I am going to blog on every customer satisfaction blog I can find, and I will not be lying, all I will do is tell my story. This is stealing! They had no trouble with payment. If my credit card was bad please let me know and I will make the payment good. But the card was not bad, I have the bank voucher stating that $138 was taken out of my account on 8/12/2014.

Response:

I received the product on 5/7/14 and I am happy with the workmanship, but not happy with the amount of time it took or the way I was not able to get updates from the company. Thank you for you help.

Review: I ordered a "Rogers Ranger" Tomahawk for our 2014 Reunion of the 4th Infantry Regiment (June 4-7, 2014) on Feb 3, 2014 and paid for it on the date ($177.95). I inquired as to its status on the following dates: March 14 (no response), March 21 Received the following email response - (Hi [redacted] , Ill make sure I get this out too you in the next couple weeks , Best Regards , [redacted].) May 28 (no response), June 1 (no response), June 2 (no response), June 3 two emails (no response) and I requested a refund, June 4 (no response), June 20 (awaiting a response).I also have made several phone calls to the phone number listed, ###-###-#### (no response). I am in the course of preparing a certified letter to send as well.As advertised on their website:To our valued customers - April 2014: Recent order volume has resulted in an unexpected production backlog. We're working as quickly as possible to fill orders, but because our products are all handcrafted right here at Fort Turner to the highest possible standards, delivery at this time is about 8 weeks out. We generally strive to provide much faster service, and will update our situation as things change. Thank you sincerely for your support and your patience. We support our Military Personnel: All urgent Military orders take priority! This tomahawk was to be awarded to a Soldier at our Reunion of Veterans/Soldiers for the 4th Infantry Regiment for winning the Tomahawk Competition. I had to tell the Soldier I did not have a prize but would order him an Tomahawk and would hopefully get one in soon. Another company worked tirelessly and with hesitation and delivered in 8 days.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of my funds immediately and this company needs to remove their statement of support for the military as it is truely not the case.

Review: Ordered 2 tomahawks on April 28, 2014 and credit card charged immediately, but as of today (November 17, 2014) I still have not received the tomahawks. It has been almost 7 months, very frustrated.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to send the 2 tomahawks ordered, and if he is unable to do that, at least give a full refund.

Review: On April 6th, 2014 I ordered two tomahawks. One was a camp tomahawk and the other was a spiked norseman for a total of $265.87. Once the order was placed my card was immediately charged. It is now 8 months later and I have not received either of the tomahawks or an update on my order status. After many phone calls and attempts to reach someone, I spoke with [redacted] in September and he said he had been out for some health issues but that he was back and my order would be placed at the front of the line. He was very nice but now it has been a few more months and we're back to the same old story. No update and no product! I have called countless times and cannot seem to get a call back. This is not the first Fort [redacted] Tomahawk I have had and I love them but this level of service is unacceptable!Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the tomahawks sent to me & my order fullfilled but if this cannot be done in reasonable time I would like my money refunded

Review: My brother [redacted] and I both ordered a [redacted] Tomahawk with the sheaths for a total of $172 95 each. The order was placed on 17 October 2013 neither one of us have received the product Dana Turner Has been contacted on several occasions we were informed that he was backed up and our order would be next in line that was early 2014Desired Settlement: My brother [redacted] and I would both like to receive what we ordered and were charge for on the day we ordered the products on 17 October 2013

Review: On November 12, 2014 I ordered two tomahawks and sheaths from Fort Turner from their internet sales sight. My credit card was charged on November 14 in the amount of $215.90. As of June 10, 2015, I have not received my order.Repeated phone calls and e-mails have not been returned by the owner or his representatives.I would like delivery of my order or a refund of my charges.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order or refund of my money.

Review: Ordered two "Rogers' Rangers" tomahawks on 13 May 2014. The amount of $277.90 was charged on 22 May 2014. I have made a combination of 9 (phone and email) attempts to contact this seller with no success. After placing my order, I noticed that his website does state that there is an 8 week backlog due to high order volume. I have remained patient, but the fact that I have already paid for my items and cannot get an update on the status of these items bothers me. I have done business with the company in the past with no issues, but not satisfied with the level of customer service at this time.Desired Settlement: Request my two items be delivered or a full refund of $277.90 be issued.

Review: Paid for a tomahawk last August and have yet to receive it. Emails are not being answered. No response from owner.Desired Settlement: I would like what I paid for or a full refund.

Review: Hello, I ordered a Item: Camp TomahawkQuantity: 1 Price: $89.95 Shipping: $9.00 Total: $98.95 from Fort Turner on December 4, 2013. On December 5, 2013 I sent an email asking what the shipping turn around would be on the item. I was responded to on December 7, 2013 that stated "about 2 months out" and to "see note under shipping on my website". When I still had not received the item by the end of February I started calling the number on the website, 530.905.2469, which I was unable to leave a message because the voice mail was full. I contacted my credit card company to see what they could do to help me, but since it had been more than 60 days, there was nothing that they could do.I sent emails on February 23rd and March 28th that have never been answered. In April, I contacted the same number from his website and was able to leave a message stating that I had ordered a tomahawk and had not received it yet. I received a call back that same day by "Dana" stating that he was sorry for the delay and that he had been sick and he would get right on it. I still have not received the item. I have left several voice mail messages since that time asking when the item would ship, I have not received an answer. I have left a voice mail asking for a refund, that voice mail has also not been returned, nor have I received a refund.I just checked today, Friday June 13, 2014 at 4:12 pm and that very same item is still available to order on his website. I feel like he is simply taking peoples money with little or no intentions of fulfilling the order. I ordered, what should have been exactly what my husband wanted for Christmas. I paid promptly. I expected to receive the item in the time stated. I have been very patient and I am very saddened that I have no other recourse to obtain the tomahawk or a refund.Desired Settlement: refund

Review: Billed for product and not received.

I placed my order with Fort Turner in June 2013, was billed for the product upon ordering, and 4 months out still no product. Sent several emails and either received no response, or delayed response with the full run around. Was told their email was down, and order would ship shortly, that was about 8 weeks ago. I recently sent another email like so, " Ok so 12+ weeks out and still no tomahawks? Whats the deal? I want them yesterday!" And my exact responce from them, "Hi [redacted] , Ok , Best Regards , [redacted]." Are you kidding me! Very unprofessional! Desired Settlement: I want my product ASAP.

Review: I ordered the following two items from Fort Turner, a tomahawk and sheath, that cost $142.95 including shipping on Feb. 14, 2013. The owner called me immediately after I placed the order online to tell me his system accidentally dumped my CC information and asked if I could give it to him again over the phone. I obliged and my CC was charged immediately. In the 2.5 years since I placed that order I have emailed him several times asking about the status of my order and when to expect it. Of the 11 emails I have sent him he has responded only once (Oct., 2013) and told me he would be sending it in a few weeks. It was only recently that I discovered these website and am hoping that the Revdex.com can help me resolve this issue as I'm getting ZERO response from the business owner.Desired Settlement: At this point I no longer have faith in the company and worry about the quality of a handmade product that I would receive. I do not wish to have this order filled. I would just like to have my money refunded.

Review: Placed order on May 2, 2014 for one tomahwak, one knife, two sheaths and two handles. Not received as of January 21, 2015. Order totaled $228.90. Paid on [redacted]. Would like either order or refund. Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund, but would prefer merchandise.

Review: On 18 April 2014 I placed an order with Fort Turner. Approximately 4 weeks later I read the reviews on the Revdex.com web site and saw that there was many problems with customer service and deliveries. I called Mr. [redacted] to cancel my order having not received it yet. He told assured me that I would have my order by the end of May. Having not received my order my June 1st I wrote a email June 2nd to the Fort Tuner web site requesting info on my order, I never heard back. I have also placed over 50 phone calls; no one picks up or returns my messages. It is now June 28th, well past the 8-week delivery time stated on the web site, and I have yet to heard from the company let alone receive the products that I paid for. Im doing this in part for the refund but also so that other armed forces members understand what they are getting into when they try and do business with Fort Turner.Desired Settlement: [redacted]Reverse the charges to my credit card.

Review: On 25 AUG 2014 $138 was deducted from my account by a company called Fort Turner. The money was for an order I placed. The order was a gift for one of my Soldiers who just graduated a school. I have since been able to contact the owner once (in November) and he stated he would send out the gift ASAP. Since then I have not received any updates. I have left several voicemails and several emails and not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money or the order sent to me ASAP.

Review: Ordered tomahawk in October 2013 while deployed in Afghanistan as a unit order. Paid in full at time of order. After many emails and phones call we have received no more responses from vendor.Desired Settlement: Receive order
