I signed up for Health Insurance with US Health Advisors, during the enrollment process I was informed that I was obtaining genuine health insurance that would cover the same thing that the health insurance I was currently enrolled in would cover, but without the deductibleI was informed that the health insurance that they were selling me was insurance that I could replace my current health insurance that I had acquired through the Marketplace with After purchasing the insurance we had to take our two kids to the doctor's office to get them their yearly shotsAfter taking them to the doctor we received a bill for the entire doctor's bill minus a small "Provider Discount"I have since spoken with my sales person who informed me that they will not pay the bill because they said the doctor billed it as an annual physical which they said that they told me their insurance didn't coverThe problem is I have looked at the bill numerous times and it was not billed as an annual physica

I had this insurance for a few months and it was good until I actually went to a doctorThis plan either not covering most procedures or for those that it's covering (partially) you will pay much more than if you have no insurance at allI had to pay for pretty simple blood test almost $If you pay cash it cost $MRI and ultrasound it did not cover Also, keep in mind that this plan does not cover anything majorIf something happens to you then you have to activate an additional payment plan (you can imaging how much it will be per month) I was lucky that I discovered pretty quickly what a SCAM this plan isYou can end up in thousands dollars debt for the medical bills if something major happens The agent did not disclose lots of informationAll what he cared is his commissionsHowever, it was my fault as wellI had to do a research about this Freedom Life Insurance Company before signing up

We purchased Freedom Life Insurance (Health Coverage) a little more than years ago and bought an extra dental policy for my daughter Emily Within the last month we wanted to use it for the very first time and when we called they said we were covered with Carrington DentalWe called them and they have no record of us at all? We have gone back and forth many frustrating times with no successSo I paid $a month for a policy that does not existCan I request I get my money back? If so how do I go about it? I understand that as a consumer you should always read everything before you give someone money and the fault lies solely on me I did not and learned a $mistake That being said legal what Freedom Life Insurance/US Health Group sold me is 100% okay but ETHICALLY AND MORALLY it is wrong The First question I asked about my "policy" was will this plan steer me clear of the IRS penalty and I was told yes at the time of purchaseNot only will I be penalized but I also still need health coverage They sell what sounds amazing at $a month but after my claim was denied for a non emergency room visit to the doctor I read through the four 30+ page documents and there are catches And I quote "The coverage under this policy does not cover ACCIDENTAL INJURIES OR PROVIDE MAJOR MEDICAL MEDICAL INSURANCE, AND IS NEITHER MINIMUM ESSENTIAL COVERAGE UNDER FEDERAL LAW NOR WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE UNDER STATE LAW THIS POLICY PROVIDES ONLY DEFINED SICKNESS AND ILLNESS INSURANCE COVERAGE THAT PAYS IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER IN-FORCE COVERAGE IF INSUREDS DO NOT HAVE MINIMUM ESSENTIAL FEDERAL LAW, AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WITH THEIR TAXES MAY BE REQUIRED." and THE FACT THAT A PROVIDER PRESCRIBED, ORDERED, RECOMMENDED OR APPROVED A SERVICE, SUPPLY, TREATMENT OR CONFINEMENT DOES NOT IN AN OF IT SELF MAKE IT MEDICALLY NECESSARY OR A MEDICAL NECESSITY Is this stating just because a doctor did any of the above Freedom Life ultimately decides just how medically necessary any procedure or is Ever see the move Rainmaker?......same thing At the end of the day I feel as if the wool was pulled over my eyes...who in their right mind would pay almost $a month for non-AHCA compliant insurance Read read read

In August of 2016, I was contacted by a representative by the name of [redacted] , soliciting health insurance With interest I scheduled an appointment with Mr [redacted] During the appointment Mr [redacted] brought along a colleague for discussion regarding health insurance options for my Fiance and I I specifically discussed with Mr [redacted] my concern to obtain both emergency and catastrophic coverage Both Mr [redacted] and his colleague confirmed their understanding of my concern for such coverage As such, they set up a program for both my Fiance and I to include such coverage Fast forward to March of 2017, at which time my Fiance - [redacted] * [redacted] was dining at a restaurant in PA and chocked on a piece of steak As a result he was transported to the local hospital It was determined that surgery was necessary in order to dislodge the object This incident resulted in a well over $6,in hospital, surgeon and related bills Upon receiving invoices from

I had signed up for insurance for my husband with this company as my son and I are covered theough my employer and silly me researched after I had signed him up for it I called to cancel and even did a stop payment at my bank so it cpuldnt come out the sales rep, michelle h [redacted] , got downright nasty with me about my decision to not be with them weve owed money to the irs in the past which drove us into a bankruptcy so once I learned id be penalized for not having insurance for husband and having this freedom lofe, I wanted no part of it and she started talking down to me and kept insisting id just mark yes on my tax papers that I did indeed have insurance she got nasty and ugly and ill never consider doing business with scam artists again im glad I didnt cancel his bluecross blueshield

This is a horrible insurance option; they don't tell you that they only cover TWO VISITS per year and UP TO $per visit, so if you need a referral....you're done I paid almost $400/month for $worth of coverage Cancelled as soon as I decided that paying cash for anything I may need would save me thousands And the "Affordable Care Act" as another option?
