The customer informed us that there are no duplicate [redacted] Fees. Regarding the $35 payment made to [redacted]. We reminded the customer that it was a payment she made directly to [redacted] for an outstanding balance on a prior policy.

We regret that the customer has not had a positive experience and we will continue to take the necessary steps to assure all customers have a pleasant experience when contacting our office.  A signed written request is needed to cancel the policy and if the customer wishes to backdate the cancellation proof of duplicate coverage, such as declarations page is needed. After receipt of the rebuttal, we made attempts to contact the customer and left messages. We welcome the customer to contact [redacted] at [redacted] if he has any further questions.

We apologize for the experience the customer had with our company and have waived customer’s balance for $50.00. The customer has a agreed with this resolution and is keeping the policy. In regards to the customer's concern, due to an oversight the remaining balance was charged on a prior date to the arrangment granted as a gesture of good faith. Freeway Insurance Services voided the transaction and issued a refund for the fees caused. The customer has agreed with the solution.

to forward  a signed request in order for the Towing Service to cancel her membership. Upon receipt of the cancellation request it was sent to the Towing Service to be processed. I responded to their comments last month however I has not received any information as to date. none of what Laurie M. stated is accurate. it saddens me that she would state I was argumentative. I knows what I said is accurate and none of the comments applied my money was taken for towing which I did not have any clue about. I was told it came with the insurance not I would be paying additional for it.  I wants to be compensated for these false charges. which was falsly advertised by their company. their are video cameras in place their and if quite sure if the dates I came in were viewerbale no where on there would I be told about payment for towing but you can and will clearly hear myself being told by the manager it came as a package.

incorrect model was listed but corrected. We apologize for any incovenience caused. Upon receipt of the customer's signed cancellation request it was forward to Personable Insurance Company who processed and issued a refund of $436.00 to the customer. As a gesture of good faith, Freeway  issued a refund for the broker fee to the customer. The customer has agreed with the solution.

In regards to the customer's concern, due to the driving activity Progressive Insurance issued a cancellation. The violation and accidents were not disclosed in the driving record obtained nor disclosed in the Customer Profile filled out and signed by the customer. We are unable to offer a new...

policy with any other company that we work with due to the driving record. As a gesture of good faith, we offered to refund the full broker fee but the cusomer said he was not interested and ended the call.
