Stay away from this company they lie to customers to get them to sign upThey hide in fees for everythingThey are never willing to work with you on any mattersI've had several bad experience with the company and every time I call to talk to someone about it they say well if you want we can cancel your policy (Which they know will leave me with no insurance and have to pay a deposit somewhere else to get insurance)They have the worst customer service I've ever experiencedThey quote you a price that is low and sounds nice but is no where near what you will really payI talked to one of their employee's who said this is a regular thing to do for them to get people to sign upThey will cancel your insurance if it is one day late and will ONLY notify you by mail that you no longer have insuranceThis was a problem for me when I first got my insurance they told me an incorrect date for my first payment and so I was late and they cancelled my insuranceI went in when I thought my payment was due and they said it had been cancelled days ago and told me I SHOULD be getting something in the mail about it "soon"So I asked what happened to a grace period? They told me the grave period is part of the days you have between payments, at days they cancel your insurance with out as much as a call or emailThat's shady business and I recommend everyone stays away from this company!!!

I responded to their comments last month however I has not received any information as to datenone of what Laurie Mstated is accurateit saddens me that she would state I was argumentativei knows what I said is accurate and none of the comments applied my money was taken for towing which I did not have any clue abouti was told it came with the insurance not I would be paying additional for it I wants to be compensated for these chargeswhich was falsly advertised by their companytheir are video cameras in place their and if quite sure if the dates I came in were viewerbale no where on there would I be told about payment for towing but you can and will clearly hear myself being told by the manager it came as a package

Regarding the customer’s concern, the down payment and our fees were disclosed both verbally and in writingAdditionally, [redacted] ’s fees were disclosed in the policy package sent to the Insured When the customer requested the policy cancellation, our representative informed him that a signed request was needed and reminded them our non-refundable broker fee along with [redacted] ’s $cancellation fee, and other fees associated To resolve the matter, [redacted] agreed to waive their cancellation fee and we have issued a refund for half of our fees as previously offered to the customer
