Freeway insurance has the worst customer service, they are poorly organized, and make their customers jump through loops just to get their issues resolvedIt's a hassle and pain just to get good customer service with this companyAbsolutely horrible and disappointing

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
For an agent of a company that I believe to be unethical, using deceptive practices to gouge people...I do not think half of the outrageous fee I was charged for simple low cost insurance sufficientI was lied to, told and given a receipt that simply said
"down payment" - which is what I was told I had to give -half of a year of insurance(which I didn't suspect as I admitted to an accident so I figured I was stuck with costly premium...turns out, not so.) It is lying to omit your fee to inflate the premium cost...and actually against the law
