In regards to the customer's concern, Freeway Insurance Services, Inc forward the customer's request to Anchor General Insurance Company for authomatic withdrawls monthly paymentsAnchor processed the request but there was not enough time to reflect the current monthly payment so a paper bill was
mailed to the customerAnchor confirmed the automatic payment was set up for the second monthly payment, Anchor mailed a notice of cancellation to the customer and canceled the policy due to non-payment of premium and no cancellation fee was chargedWe made various attempts to speak to the customer to no availWe welcome the customer to contact *** *** at *** *** for further assistance

I spoke with Mr*** ***, at Freeway Insurance, and it appears that an error was made in the charge of $to my *** card back on 4/27/ As per Mr***'s request, I have faxed to him a copy of the relevant info in my *** credit card statement, and he will get back to me with a definitive resolution

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I reject this because when spoken to over the phone first it was a dollar fee, then you needed a written statement, then I wouldn't get back all the money, and then I needed to show coverage from another insurance companyEvery single time they have contacted me, they are inconsistent with how the cancellation process happensAnother insurance agency I have talked to said they are required by law to cancel a policy of the customer wishes and to refund all the money that was left over apart from the days being insuredWith it being this long in time it's crazy that I have not been able to simply cancel and get my money backEvery time the company has contacted me there's always a new piece of information added to the process of cancelling from the fees to the processI would like this policy terminated immediately with refund of the money I paidIt is crazy that I had the insurance for an hour and when I called to cancel they Didn't find my policy and Said I would be subject to losing about 100-dollars of the dollars I paidI had the insurance for literally an hourThey should respect that I found a better rate and would like to cancelIt is crazy that it has taken them this long, which is extremely unprofessional

I'm not sure how your company would be capable of contacting the lessor given the fact I was never asked to give any information regarding the lessorThe only reason they attempted to send it was after several calls on my behalf asking for them to do and even then my lessor was not added to the policy until several weeks later even though it should have been done from the beginning Your employee completely failed to do his job, your poor company policy does not allow you to see that fact, but why should I be the one to suffer for his poor training and work ethicIf your company values a brokers job at $when they do their job correctly why should I be forced to pay your company when the job they did was terrible and caused so much stress, not to mention the fact my car could have been repossessed because of his mediocrityThe only correct thing he did was get me a policy, a completely wrong policy, that took weeks to fix because your employee and everyone at his office including his manager covered for him while he dodged my calls and his email was even changedFreeway insurance is represented by these people so obviously your company has very low standards and does not value it's customersThis is why I closed the account being treated that way should not be the common standard of any company it's very shameful

The customer purchased an insurance policy on 08/26/with Multi-State and agreed to a total down payment of $The down payment included Freeway’s fees including a broker fee of $206.54, a documentation storage fee of $25.00, a split down payment fee of $15.00, and the first month of
premium of $paid to Multi-StateThe down payment was split into two payments as a courtesy to our customer so she paid $at point of sale and agreed to have the remaining balance of $charged to the same card on 09/09/We attempted to collect the balance of $on 09/09/2016, however the payment was declinedThe additional $that the customer is referring to was paid to *** ***, a third party used in order for the customer to complete the transaction electronically. In regards to the customer’s concern, Freeway received a signed request from the customer asking to delete a vehicle listing it's identification
numberWe forward the request to the insurance company, Western GeneralDue to an oversight, Western General deleted vehicles sharing the same vehicle name and model from the policyWestern General has offered to add the vehicle effective the date of removal but the customer has agreed to leave as is

I am rejecting this response because: A Mr *** called me on the 17th of August apologizing for the rudeness in part of their employee , he further told me that they would waive the Balance of $ as down payment , But I told him I had already received a cancellation noticed from the insurance company effected the 20th of Aug, He then said that it wasn't going to be canceled if paid by the 20th . I in returned told him I had to run this with my mother as she is the one making payment on the insurance as the car is in her name , THAT IF , we considered on with the policy I WOULD GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. My mother decision is to seek another insurance company as we don't need to be harnessed by any one we are paying money tooThere has been no further contact from the person harassing us since the 16th the day I told him I had filed a complaint against their company and that WE HAD ALREADY CANCELED THE POLICY I TOLD Mr *** that I had received an email stating that I didn't have insurance through them , since they were claiming that it was the wrong company they didn't have a person by the name of *** working for them or an insurance company close to the address I had provided Revdex.com for my complaint then all of a sudden he calls after I mentioned a complaint file against them Further more I tired calling the customer service number given on my insurance card for contact and the person whom answered was not FREEWAY INSURANCE , BUT HOME CARE DIMENSION , HOME CARE DIMENSION HANDLES HOME HEALTH SUPPLIES , SUCH AS OXYGEN , WALKERS , HOSTIPAL BEDS ETC , I know because my mother is a patient with HOME-CARE DIMENSION So all in all fake information for customers , if something should have arised other then making a phone payment how do we contact this INSURANCE WITH A FAKE NUMBER ?? SO NO !!! I'm not dealing with this company ever again I am looking into other insurance company that are real without the hassle

So hope to get some cheap insurance don't use these guys they are the worst company everThey gave me All Star Insurance which by the way is another sorry *** company who is collecting money I have called both companies to file a claim and so far no one has helped Mind you that my accident happened yesterday April 6, and it currently the morning of the 7th By the way I had a year old and a five year old in my carAgain never use these guys because they have such HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service
