I did not get my product from this company, I have requested a refund for a month now, they have not responded to me.
I purchased strawberries online from this company in the end of ***. I realized shortly after that I would not be able to pick up the product from them on the date listed for my area. I contacted them through their *** and they did reply initially saying someone will get back to me. Since then, I have tried messaging *** account again and I do not get a response. I got one comment from them on one of their *** saying someone would get back to me. Still nothing. I tried emailing them, no response. If I try to call the number listed for them, the phone does not ring at all. Is it a real phone number? I don't know.
I finally ended up going to where the truck was supposed to be on the date of pick up after all and the truck was not there! I looked all over their ***, all over online, I could find nothing about the truck being in my area on that day. When I signed up and paid on their website they said it would be there on that day with my order but it seems the delivery was cancelled and they did not tell me or refund my money! All information about strawberry delivery in my area has been removed from their pages.
At this point, I just want my $*** I spent refunded to my card. That is all I want. They have ignored all my requests for a refund. This is not acceptable to ignore a customer for a month now.

Ordered product from this company 6 months ago. Typically gets delivered but have heard nothing when trying to follow up.
Product (chicken and bacon) in the amount of $***, billed on *** (*** card). Several calls and emails go unanswered, with no product received as of ***. Emails get an out of office reply. Calls were getting a busy signal, now no signal at all.

Desired Outcome

I simply want my product that was ordered and I want it delivered to my house. I feel waiting for 6 months more than justifies having them deliver it to me.

Half of product was poor quality and inedible. Moldy, mushy/fermented and rotten.
Prepaid for a flat is strawberries which were picked up on ***. All of the visible berries looked good. When I got home and began washing the berries I realized that the berries on the bottom were not good. Nearly half of the flat was covered in mild or mushy and fermented. I salvaged what I could but still had to throw out the majority of the ones that were bad. I emailed them immediately asking for a partial refund. I received no response and tried again 2 days later. Again no response. I asked to be contacted on their social media platforms and each time my comment was deleted by them. I just want a partial refund since I didn't receive the product I paid for or what was advertised through pictures and videos, and had to throw away almost 1/2 of what I received due to being rotten, moldy and fermented. I understand when purchasing fresh fruit there will be a few bad pieces, but this seemed deliberate since the bad ones were hidden under beautiful berries. And the ones that were good were very good! But I didn't receive what I paid for. I have given them multiple opportunities to make it right, but they have not bothered to respond at all. I have tried one more time via email and social media today. I can not locate a phone number.

I ordered 2 types of meat and experienced several delivery delays or the truck not showing up at all. Very spotty communication. I finally received my chicken order but not my ground beef. In December, I emailed them to cancel the ground beef order. I received an email response that the order was cancelled and I could expect a refund. It is now March and I still have not received a refund which is approx $199. My last email in February received an automatic response that someone would get back to me but I still have not received any other communication.

I have emailed numerous times with no response and when called the phone number would not ring then disconnected.

Non delivery of my full order and no customer service response.
Purchased online in ***, received part of my order with the other portion supposedly available later. Contacted them in *** and was told they would contact me when the other 2 items were scheduled for delivery. Didn't receive and no contact at all. Contacted them a couple weeks ago and received canned response that they would get back to me. Never did. Appears their web page is not up and running now. I am out $*** bucks.

I ordered chicken from them that was never delivered, and now they won't issue a refund.
I ordered 40lbs of chicken on *** at a cost of $***. I ordered on their website using my credit card. The meat was to be delivered to *** in ***.

I received notice that delivery was being delayed...and then delayed again...and again. I called and emailed them multiple times, and had great difficulty getting a response. They finally responded to my email in *** assuring me that the meat would be delivered in ***. It was not.

In an email on ***, they confirmed my address to send a refund which never came. I attempted to contact them several more times unsuccessfully, only to receive an email from them in *** saying they could not provide a refund and I should dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have attempted to do so, but the charge is now too old to dispute through ***.

I tried calling the number listed on the Fresh Farm website this morning, but now it is not going through at all (***). I did send an email instead, but they do not have a good response rate via email.

I would like a full refund of the $*** I paid for the chicken I never received.

Company fails to acknowledge fruit truck stop was eliminated after prepaying. Company fails to issue refund.
Consumer prepaid for services for one of their truck stops on ***. At the time truck was to deliver on ***. Company than marks stop as TBD and now stop was eliminated. No communication as to why and customer service has not responded to messages. Company has not issued refund that should be given. Order number was received: ***.

We were told we were going to receive a refund after several delays on the delivery of the product. We have never received the refund.
We ordered over *** dollars worth of chicken and our credit card was billed on ***. They kept delaying the delivery until finally it wasn't going to be delivered until *** or ***. I reached out by e-mail and had some correspondence discussing the delay. We decided to request a refund on ***. On *** I receive an e-mail saying the order was cancelled and we would receive a refund, but that there may be delays due to the holiday. I kept checking my credit card for the next month and never saw the refund. I have tried to call numerous times a day for many days and it is either busy, rings, or now there is no sound at all. I have also sent numerous e-mails and have had no response, same is true for attempts at chatting.

We want them to do what they said, which is give us a full refund.

I ordered meat in April of 2019 and without notification, the company kept cancelling the delivery and postponing it. Twice, I sat in parking lots waiting for a truck.I was assured that in Decemberof 2019, that my meat would be delivered. It was a no show, and now it was pushed off until March of 2020...15 days shy of one year since my order was placed. Call your credit card company and reverse the charges. I was able to get my money back.

They are Rip offs ordered chicken never came to drop off point..ordered honeybells that were suppose to be delivered have not got them tried calling busy signal now out of order e mailed they are sm.

Once pick up date was moved to ***, I requested a refund of my order. I was told that it would take approximately 2 weeks to receive a refund. I requested this refund on ***. I also checked website to see if I can pick up original order in *** still if they will not issue a refund but now there are no pick up dates showing.

If I could leave a zero star review I would! I placed and paid for my order in April 2019 and never received my product. Delivery date was pushed back multiples times and they left me waiting for a non-existent delivery truck with no communication on schedule changes. What they did was outright theft!

Do not order from them on pre paid product, my order never showed, cannot reach any one for a refund being trying for a number of weeks, dishonest company ð??

My credit was charged $*** for a meat delivery I have never recieved. When I called and asked for a refund I was told the fine print said no refund, I had to wait for the next delivery. Since then whenever I call the number it says it is busy. I have emaied numerous times and never get a reply.

I ordered a product with promise of delivery and it was never delivered.
I ordered 30lbs of bacon for $*** on *** with the expectation that it would be delivered to a pick up spot in late *** early ***. With sometimes only an hour notice the delivery was pushed back at least 3 times. The last known delivery date was ***. My daughter was at the delivery spot waiting with several other people and nothing was delivered. I contacted the company several times via phone and the phone was busy or a message stated the server was busy and I could not leave a message. I then emailed the company. After several attempts, I finally received an answer that stayed the co.pany was processing my return, but they were overloaded with returns and it would take some time. They suggested to make a dispute with my bank. I disputed the charge on ***. Every dispute I have made with my bank has been easy with no problems. When my bank disputed the charge it was not approved. I have been working with my bank back and forth trying to get my money back on a product that was never delivered.

I would like my $*** redunded.

I ordered $*** worth of fruit on *** and $*** worth of meat on ***. It was not delivered.
On ***, I ordered $*** worth of fruit. It took a long time for them to post a delivery date. Then the date kept changing. (I understand changing it ***) On the day finally scheduled, I waited in the parking lot for close to an hour, but no delivery truck. Rechecking the schedule, I found it had been rescheduled to the following week. That day, I called Fresh Foods to make sure it was still the delivery day and was told it had been rescheduled to the following week. So I didn't go. The next week I waited in the parking lot and no one showed. When I called them again, I was told the truck had been here the previous week. They did offer me a voucher, but since I had difficulty getting things delivered, I wasn't sure a voucher would do me any good.

At the same time, I had an order of meat for $*** due. I waited in the parking lot when it finally got scheduled and quit being rescheduled. Still no truck. So now I am out $***. I have emailed them and tried calling, but no one answers the phone and they don't answer my emails.

This is the worst run company I have ever come across. So much so that I am filing my very first official complaint. A voucher will do me no good. I want my money back. The charges were all on my credit card, and have been paid.
