the company owes me $*** refund from *** and I've contacted them multiple times by phone and by email and no refund received.
I placed an order on *** for $*** however the grapes were not delivered and I was not able to go on the dates that got rescheduled so I contacted them regarding a refund. I was assured a refund was no problem I then contacted them by email on *** and *** regarding my refund for order number *** $. I received several emails from them each time advising they would promptly refund me and to allow 7 to 10 days however I was never refunded. I gave them a rating on *** and they replied they would promptly refund. I do have copies of all the emails I sent and the emails in their response. I wasn't sure how I could attach those.

Paid for an order, delivery truck never showed. Will not respond to emails/calls or give a refund. Their phone purposely doesn't work.
I paid $*** for an order on FreshFarms.com, order #***. Their delivery truck never showed up, never given a reason for this either. Multiple people waited hours in the parking lot, and I confirmed with the local business that the Semi-truck never showed up at all.

They purposely do not have a working phone system, they do not return emails. Therefore this is a scam that they are running under the guise of a food delivery system. Countless people are complaining about similar situations. They will continue to do this until they are stopped.

I ordered chicken breast. Cancelled my order. Was told I would get a refund. Never have.
In ***, I placed an online order for chicken breast to be delivered. After a couple of deliveries being rescheduled, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Through email, I was I formed I would receive the refund in 7-14 days. Upon not receiving the refund, I emailed again amd was told they could not refund my money. I emailed back stating that that was unacceptable and I have had no further correspondence. I talked to my bank about disputing the charges but the 30 day timeframe had already passed and that is not an option. I have attempted to call several times but their phones are always "busy".

I would like the entire amount refunded to my checking account or by paper check through the mail.

Like many others I ordered chicken and bacon April 2019. Their phone appears to be disconnected, the March 2020 delivery schedule is now gone, the facebook pages changed their name back to The fruit club and no contact via email for MONTHS! Definitely do not order from this company.

Failure of company to deliver the pre-paid product as promised which resulted in my cancellation of the order and requesting a refund.
On *** I contacted Fresh Farms via email regarding an upcoming order that was scheduled for delivery ***. I received a response on *** informing me that they were unable to deliver at that time and next delivery date would be in ***. On *** I emailed them and advised the to Cancel the order and refund my pre-payment of $***. On *** I received a confirmation email of the Cancellation say that they had cancelled the order and then stated that due to the holiday's the refunds have been taking longer to process.

On *** I emailed them again (after the holidays where over) and insisted that they process the refund quickly. I did not get a response so I sent the email again and still no response. I have tried to telephone the several times and always get a busy signal.

It is now *** and still no response or Refund. This is unacceptable and the refunds should be sent much quicker.

I want the Refund of $ *** processed immediately. This seems to be a Scam operation similar to what *** did.

Horrible experience. Still have yet to receive my order that I paid for in October. Will never do business here again. After reading many other complaints on Facebook. This company seems like a scam.

I ordered product from this company that was never delivered. When I asked for a refund they told me to contact my bank.
On ***, I made an online purchase from Fresh Farms LLC. I ordered chicken beasts, bacon and maple syrup, with a total of $***. These products were
due to be delivered in the same month. "Due to weather," the delivery was never made. In my attempts to contact the company, the phone number is always busy. I made inquiries by email, only to be told they were in a busy time, but my order had been cancelled for me and I might get my refund faster if I contact my bank. I decided to wait for their refund to come through. I have made followup emails in order to find out the status of my refund, but these emails have gone with no response.

I ordered something from fresh farm on *** asked for a refund on *** disputed it on my card on *** due to not getting the product or the refund
And on *** payment services closed the case cause they couldn't prove I received the product which I still haven't nor the refund. I have emails going back and forth with fresh farms and no resolution also spoke to *** with no resolution so that is why I am here

Never received my product. Have ask for refund to my card via multiple emails/calls and was refused.

I made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails asking to refund my money to my card I used when ordering. They have refused to return my money to my card. Ordered product 7 months ago has not yet been delivered. Customer Service phone number will not accept calls.
Ordered product 7 months ago has not yet been delivered. Went through 3 rounds of delivery date being pushed back. Called Customer Service phone number 5 times or more, with each time recording stating the number is not accepting calls or busy. Finally emailed to request a refund. In response they stated order has been cancelled and refund is being processed. Three weeks later emailed demanding a refund to credit card or mailed a check. Their response is that due to a change in credit processing equipment they can not issue a refund. My option is to wait for new delivery date or exchange different product. After 7 month I just want my money back and nothing else to do with this company ever again.

Paid 171.60 in May of 2019 still waiting for my meat and can not get a refund. Tried to have my bank dispute this but you only have ten days per fresh farms bank. This company should be rated negative 100.

I ordered $*** worth of meat to be delivered in ***. No updates/delivery schedule or any communication from the business.
I ordered from this company online the 1st week of ***. The delivery of the chicken and beef was set for ***. I received no updates on scheduled delivery times and finely contacted the company several times before getting any response. They finally said they were working on new delivery schedule. This was in ***. I told them that I was no longer intrested in waiting and that I wanted my $*** refunded. After several emails they told me that my refund was process ***. It still has not been refunded. I can not get a phone call to go through to their customer service number, rings busy. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Purchased a $*** fruit delivery on ***. Funds were drafted off debit card on same date. Said would be delivered by end of *** or first week of ***. By second week of *** I attempted to call company but numbers have been disconnected. Emailed company many times only to receive a generic "we will reply to you as soon as possible" each time. Finally received email stating order was cancelled a week after purchase due to not having product but will "look into" a refund. Never was notified that product was unavailable or no plans to deliver. Found online many complaints of other customers with same issue of no delivery and no refunds. After 6 more emails I finally received an email stating they will not refund but offers an instore credit that can only be used in person even though there is no brick and mortar store. I have disputed this with my bank and they are having trouble researching it due to lack of communication.

We ordered a few hundred dollars of meat. They never delivered 2xs. This was 4 months ago. We requested a over a month ago. They won't respond.
Myself and coworkers ordered a few hundred dollars worth of meat. Over a period of 3-months they were supposed to deliver twice and never did. They kept calling it logistics issues. They would not answer the phone. It takes several days to hear back from someone if you hear back at all. At the 3 months and no deliveries I'd had enough. I messaged them over *** and *** messaged me back stating logistic issue again..... She said to email requesting refund. We did and have not heard back or seen a refund. At this point it's been almost 5 months with no delivered meat or refund.

I never received anything from them. They renamed their company last week to (***). The orders would be under Tony ***, ***, ***. They can call me to find the order if need be.

They cancelled their deliveries 2 different times on me. I emailed for a refund, heard from no one, my emails or ***, no working # either.
I placed an order in *** for chicken coming to my state in ***. A week before the order was coming, they sent an email stating, they were pushing out the delivery to ***, due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were sorry for the inconvenience. OK, frustrated, but I understand. I wait.
I rearrange my day to pick up the chicken on ***, and I am sitting in the parking lot, along with others who are waiting also... And no one is there. I wait for 15 minutes, then I try to call. The number is nothing but a busy signal. I see if I can message someone *** right away, and someone DOES answer me!
Begins to tell me that they canceled this order (too) because of all the rains. I ask, where was my email letting me know? "Oh we are sorry, there were some technical difficulties, we are very sorry you didn't get an email" - I am not extremely frustrated and all she can say is sorry.
She said "you can use the $ you paid for the delivery in ***" I said - How do I know it's coming in ***? You have cancelled twice now, I will just take a refund, who can I call?
"Oh we are sorry, our phones are down, working on getting them up and working though. If you want a refund you need to email us." I then send an immediate email and stat I would like a refund for the $***. The email says "Thank you for reaching out to us, and we will return your email in 7-10 business days. We are a small family owned business, with high volume of emails." (is said more, but that was the gist. did give their phone number to call also, but once again it has been busy now for a month). Now, I sent an email on ***, they got back to me on the ***, and when I responded and said yes, I would like a refund, that is when I got the note I mention above (about it taking 7-10 days for use to get back to you...)
OK, so then I go BACK to . On ***, I state: I have sent a couple emails now about getting a refund and have heard nothing back from anyone. Someone responds, asks for my email address, I gave it, and says "thank you I will get this sent their way and see what they can find out and start your refund. thank you" I received this on ***
On *** - I send a note back: Anything figured out yet?
They respond on *** - "we are very sorry, we will not have anyone in the office until next Tuesday. We are a small family owned operation...blah blah blah.. I will make a special note for my manager to look at this once we are back in the office. If you don't hear from anyone by next Wednesday, please let me know. thank you, ***"
*** I respond with a frustrated message.
And until this date of ***, I have heard nothing. I just want my $*** back. I won't use them ever again, they are extremely ***. I have been waiting well over a month now for a refund I feel I should have had weeks ago!!

I just want my $*** back, and I think any business that is running an operation like they are should be FORCED to have a working number!!!

October 16, 2019, ordered $296.00 of meat products, everytime we went to pick up, the truck never showed up and if the truck was at a location they didn't have our order. I asked for a refund many times and the last email I sent January 17, 2020 I was told they couldn't offer a refund due to changing card systems.
I am now working with my bank.

Paid for delivery of chicken in advance of delivery which turned out to be a SCAM. Canceled order & requested refund but received only fake info back.
I purchased 40 lbs of chicken breasts online on *** that were scheduled to be delivered at a local business location on ***. I received an email confirmation that the order was received and "being processed" right after placing the order. However I also kept getting emails saying that I had never finished placing my order and that I still had items in "my" cart. This was very confusing because they don't allow you to set up an account at all so how could they even tie a cart to me? They only get your email address to connect with the cart by actually placing the order. Anyway, when the time came to pick up the delivery I realized that I had never received anything reminding me of the pick up date & time which was just a few days away. I went online and the date/location that I was supposed to pick them up as wasn't showing up anymore and it also stated that there were currently no deliveries scheduled at all... as in no deliveries anywhere from what I understood. Since they were predicting slippery roads in our area I didn't want to risk my life driving to pick something up and then find out they weren't going to be there to deliver; or that they didn't have record of my order since they had said I never processed my order. (My credit card was charged $*** on *** which was the day of the order... more confusion) I contacted them by email to check on the order and received what appeared to be an auto reply nonsense message saying they were a small family owned business with limited people to answer emails and please don't send another email for 7-10 business days while I wait for a reply. They gave a BOGUS phone number that hasn't been working for the months I've tried calling it- which is the same number on their website and the order confirmation email. I found that many other reviewers online had had the same experience that I have and warned that Fresh Farms USA are *** and that they never got their meat or their money back. I emailed them back again as soon as I realized that and requested my order be cancelled and my credit card be refunded. I again got their lying email message blah, blah, blah. Some time after contacting my credit card company to report them as fraudulent I did get an email from Fresh Farms USA stating that they had issued a refund for my order. This was on *** which was *** days ago and there's still nothing showing up on my credit card account. I again emailed them to ask for documentation showing that they had in fact issued a refund but I got the same bogus reply. I again tried calling the fake phone number on *** and got the same "User Busy" tone & message that I and others have for months.

Fresh Farms told me I would get a refund and have never provided it. And now have stopped responding to my emails.
I ordered fruit from their website for delivery on *** for $. I waited for the delivery and it never arrived. I contacted them and was told they had published the wrong delivery date. I requested a refund. On *** I received an email stating I could expect my refund up to 14 business days.
I sent a follow up email on *** because I never received my refund. I got an email back on *** that my refund should be coming in the mail soon.
I sent another email on *** and never got a response.
I sent another email on ***. I got a response on *** saying I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.
I contacted my credit card company but was unable to file a dispute given the timeframe was over 90 days.
I sent another email explaining this on *** and have never received any response.
Their phone number no longer works.

I want to be refunded $*** that they owe me since I never received the fruit I paid for

Again, I agree with the poor reviews that this company has received. I also ordered Chicken in April and kept getting delayed. Then in September I had had enough and asked for my money back. Nope. Only automatic replies to my emails that it is a small outfit and that it will take about 10 days for them to answer my email. Been a long 10 days - more like 30. Still no refund. Is there any recourse that anyone knows we can try?
