My order has been delayed 5 times since ***. This is
unacceptable business. Now they are saying ***.
I purchased 40 pounds of 93/7 beef burger in ***. The delivery date has been changed 6 times from *** to *** to *** to *** to *** and now ***. At first, Fresh Farms blamed it on weather then recently I was told they were sent wrong produce and needed to get rid of that first so their trucks have been busy making other deliveries. I just want my meat. I have been patient but now I am frustrated and would like a full refund of $*** back to my credit card. A representative of Fresh Farms told me to contact the claims department through email. I did this on *** and requested a full refund. I have had no response from them yet. Today, *** I tried to call them again and now the phone doesn't even ring. Very poor customer service and communication. I would like a full refund.

I would like a full refund for $*** back to the credit card used when order was placed.

Ordered 3 cases of Chicken in September they have pushed delivery date back 3 times. Finally got them to refund me but they said the transaction did not go thru. They could possible send me a Check Friday or Sat. NO one answers the phones and Voicemails are full. The "Claims" department works from home and will not have a manager or anyone call me.

Placed an order on *** for ground beef and cod along with fresh fruit.(#***) I received the fresh fruit but not the proteins.
Order #*** placed on *** - received fruit but not ground beef and cod. Emailed multiple times after no show on several delivery dates - promised refund but have not received despite multiple emails. Unable to contact by phone. I did post a negative comment on *** and finally got someone to email me but still no refund of money for products not received.

Desired Outcome

Would like refund of *** price of items not received.

We replied to this customer's email on *** to let her know that the only open order we show for her is the cod. The ground beef was checked in and no longer shows as an open order. Items are checked in when they are picked up. She has not replied to our email.

I never received this email. I did not receive the beef or cod but was charged for these items. I recieved only the fruit in ***. I only want a refund at this point. It has been almost 6 months since I ordered from them, and they have refused to refund my money. The last email I received from them was more than a month ago promising a refund.

Buyer beware! Ordered Chicken in September with a delivery date of October 26th. Delayed not once but twice. Tried to pick up in a different city and that was delayed. Never received a confirmation email when I ordered. Was only able to talk to someone on the phone once to get my order number, after that the phone rings about 10 times and then goes to a voicemail box that has been full for over 2 months now. I called my CC company and filed a fraud complaint because I have had no contact with the company through phone or email even though I've sent multiple emails and tried to post on their facebook page (You cant without approval by the way). I really think if you order a product ahead of time if the delivery will be delayed it should only be delayed a few weeks not moths at a time. The prior company *** never delayed more than a few weeks. I wont waste my time or money on this corporation again.

If I could leave no starts, I would. Ordered almost $500 of meats. First pickup date I got an email saying it was delayed 5 days. Went for that attempt, but no truck. No email or text saying delivery date was pushed. Last night was supposed to be pickup, but again, no truck, no email, no text. It is now pushed to December. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company as I cannot deal with a group who has so little regard for their paying customers.

Order date changed with no warning or communication, resulting in additional cost to me that I believe Fresh Farms should reimburse me for.
I placed order #*** on *** for a total of $*** and paid for it with my ***. At that time, pickup was scheduled for *** from 9:45-10:45am. I rented a car for the weekend and arrived at the pickup location at 9:51am, only to discover that there was nobody there. I waited in the parking lot until 11:01am, and no agent of the company ever arrived. Attempts to reach the company at that time were useless, as their customer service phone line was closed on Sunday and it was impossible to leave a message. When I reached someone on Monday, after almost two hours of trying, I was informed that the delivery had been changed to *** at a location quite a bit farther from me, from 8:00-8:30am. I told the customer service representative that I had not been informed of any change and was informed that the company had sent emails, but they "were aware that some emails didn't go out as they were supposed to."

In my view, I entered into a contract with the company, wherein they would appear at a specific time and date, and then they failed to meet terms and indeed, changed terms without my knowledge or consent. As such, I am seeking reparations for the additional cost they caused me to incur and for the time that was wasted waiting on them. I have emailed the business asking about this but received no answer.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. Also, as I rented a car specifically to pick up the delivery for the weekend, with the understanding that the delivery would be available on Sunday, and then had to extend that rental in order to pick up the changed delivery date, I would like to request a rebate of $*** ($*** extension for car rental plus gas for travel out to location plus time spent waiting on Sunday and in attempting to reach a customer service representative on Monday)

I am not the only one that was not aware of the change. None of those waiting received any notification. Given the terms of service, I will not press this further, but I am in no way satisfied with this as a resolution. This business has proven itself to be a great disappoint, as customer service is very poor, communication has been nonexistent, and clearly there is no interest in customer relations or satisfaction.

They said they gave me my refund on the *** my bank has NOTHING showing this and it is now the ***. They had NO problem taking my money and now all I get is a run around. This is WRONG and I want others to know they STILL your money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Twice now I have ordered, not received my full order, and can't get any response from them. You can never get thru to them on the phone, their "Online chat" is a joke since no one is ever there to chat with, no resolution for product that is bad. Would give negative stars if I could. Deserves much lower score than an F rating by the Revdex.com.

I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with Fresh Farms. My order from over 3 months ago of $150 has been delayed 3 times already. The cherry order never was delivered and now out of season. I'm not able to get a refund but only credit towards another purchase and I have no desire to buy anything else for a scam. The change of dates for delivery trucks are not communicated to consumer and if you call the company you have to wait at least 10 min to talk to a person but they will not discuss anything about payment or refund with you. Finances are done through email only and yet they respond in 5 or more days. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.

The customer service is terrible and the company seems like a scam.
On *** I purchased chicken breasts from the company on their website. (Note: When making a purchase there is never any place where you give the company information about where and when you intend to pick up the product.) . I intended to pick up according to their delivery schedule and skipped work to do so. Then I discovered the date had changed to the following Friday. I adjusted my work schedule again to pick up that day. Then I discovered that the pick up date had been changed to ***.

At NO point during the process did the company communicate that the pick up schedule had changed. Without checking the website there is no way to know what the pickup dates and locations are and they seem to change frequently with no notice and no communication.

I emailed customer service to get my money back. There was no response. I left a message through their online chat. There was no response . I called the customer service number and sat on hold for an HOUR. I never actually got a live person and never could leave a message.

I have no other course of action to take than to file this complaint. This company takes your money and delivers the products at their whim, if you are lucky. Any questions or concerns are answered. There is seemingly no reliable way to contact the company. This is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had and I want my money refunded

All I want is to get my money back and part ways with the company. I am not interested in a credit because I don't know if I'd ever be able to use given the apparent "fly-by-night" nature of the company.

I will resend the original email to the company. That doesn't change the poor customer service that I dealt with in the first place which has resulted in them receiving money for a product that has not been delivered.

I understand that they may have supply chain issues that are out of their control, but it is incumbent upon them to do a better job of informing customers of delays and providing a reliable means by which to contact them if necessary.

I ordered chicken from Fresh Farms to be delivered ***. The truck did not come. I was told *** instead and they didn't show. No word from them.
I ordered 40lbs of Chicken Thighs in mid *** for $*** and to pick up on Monday, ***. (Their email said it was the last delivery of the year.) I arrived at 9am to pick up the chicken on ***. The truck never came. I emailed the company to ask what was going on (Customer line didn't open until 10am). Meanwhile, another customer waiting told me he got an email at 9:30 saying it was moved to ***. (I never received any communication then or since about it.)

On Friday *** I received an email response but it didn't answer any questions, only provided their phone number and hours.

I returned M *** at 9:10am. Two other customers also waiting. Delivery was scheduled 9-930. While waiting, I looked at their *** for more info, and discovered they had shut off all comments after people had begun asking why they weren't making their deliveries. Then I looked at their website delivery schedule and discovered they are (supposedly) making deliveries in *** (the only delivery timing shown). Nothing for *** or ***. That is not what their original email said which raised another red flag.

The truck never came yesterday. I emailed them to notify them and ask what is going on but haven't heard back yet.

I would like my money refunded. Something fishy is going on with this business.

We have been behind on emails and sent her a reply today. *** deliveries will happen in ***, emails were sent out regarding this. She has been refunded in full, as requested through this complaint, not through her email to us. Thank you.

I ordered 40 pounds of ground beef and 40 pounds of chicken. I paid on ***. Did not receive ground beef today. Sad ***. Already paid.
I ordered 40 pounds of ground beef and 40 pounds of chicken on ***. I paid in the full amount of *** on ***. Did not receive ground beef today as promised. I did receive the chicken. They told me today that they will not have ground beef until ***. This will be 10 weeks after payment. They did not offer a refund. The reason given was that the supplier's truck broke down! I hope they don't plan on staying in business very much longer. No way with these practices.

They need to ship the 40 pounds of ground beef to my house. Waiting 6 more weeks is not acceptable.

Fresh Farms has no emails from this person's email address addressing this. We do not have ground beef now, we do not get it until ***. We do not ship meat to homes. This person can wait for our truck to come back to her area in *** after we get our ground beef and pick it up from the truck then. Otherwise she can email *** and ask for a refund check to be mailed to her. We apologize for the delay in getting the ground beef, but this delay could not be avoided.

I emailed 2x and called 2x to the company. Very long wait time on the phone. They do not respond to emails. Very frustrating. I would not believe their word on anything.

They do not respond to any attempt to contact them. If they don't have meat on the , then I need a refund.

Horrible planning, deliver, and customer service
Ordered in May for delivery the first part of August deliver, pushed out to end of August, pushed out to Sept, pushed out to first part of Oct, pushed out to end of Oct. Delivery schedule finally set for October, but the location changed, so now I have to drive 45 minutes (1.5 hrs round trip) to accept deliver. NOT IMPRESSED. I called, emailed, and posted on their FB page. The calls were excused, no email response, and they deleted my FB post.

I ordered $*** worth of meat that was supposed to be delivered on ***. No truck, no email, no phone call. I've tried to call, VM full and no talk.
I ordered 25 pounds of bacon and 40 pounds of chicken breasts in ***. I added 40 pounds of chicken thighs in *** for a delivery of ***. I showed up and there was no truck, no email, no phone call. I've called 4 times, been on hold for 10 minutes asked to leave a VM and it is full and then I'm disconnected. I've sent 2 emails and sent private message on *** with no response. I've commented negatively on their *** and now I'm blocked from making any comments. Scam scam scam!

This person has disputed charges with her credit card company. It is now in their hands, and she must wait until the card company goes through their steps of the dispute. Fresh Farms sent emails to every customer regarding the delivery date. We are sorry she was not aware the date was changed. She was sent screenshots of the email that was sent.

I don't believe them. They sent me an email 6 days after the first time I asked for an explanation stating they were sorry, they were behind on email and that maybe the original email went to my spam folder or I unsubscribed. I check my spam folder daily to make sure something doesn't end up there that isn't supposed to be there. The phone system is a joke and you can't get through to anyone. Before I was blocked on their *** I saw other people complaining about bad customer service.

They can issue a refund themselves. I only disputed the charges with my credit card because they are not responding to me. They need to do the right thing and return the money.

Paid. Went to the pick up spot before time they scheduled. They didn't show up.
Looked at the web site and they had moved pickup to over a month in the future and an hour away from my location.

Over three months ago I ordered some peaches and was told that they would be on the next truck. The truck came and no peaches. Since then I have been trying to get a refund - I am told it is being processed and to allow up to 14 days. That email was August 29, 2019 - today is October 28, 2019 and many emails later I still don't have a check.

Needless to say I am not happy with this at all.

Took my money. NEVER CAME WITH PRODUCT!!!!!! I had purchased fruit in the past with NO problems but it was not pre-paid. I see on their FB page that product is not being delivered. This is fraudulent and a total scam! I was told Oct. 19. No one showed up. Then Oct 26th was posted- NO ONE SHOWED UP! Emailed MULTIPLE times and got a one-liner saying, "Product was late. Please come Monday, Oct. 28th." NO ONE SHOWED UP.

Keep your money!!!

We apologize this customer was offended and suspicious of Fresh Farms intentions regarding her refund because we asked an additional question regarding her purchase. Because fresh meat delivery was on a different day than frozen meat delivery, we asked the additional question that was not answered in prior emails with her to ensure her refund was correct. This person has been sent a refund check, her purchase she did not receive was repaid in full.

I received my refund check of $*** for my meat orders that were not delivered in tonight's mail from Fresh Farms.

I ordered meat products to be delivered via truck for customer pick up on a specific date. I paid the company but the product was never delivered.
I placed an order for meat products on Monday, ***.

Invoice #*** for items *** and ***

Total of $*** - that cleared my checking account

I noted the scheduled pick up time in ***, *** from 6:15-7:15 on Thursday, *** at *** - ***, ***.

I drove 25 miles and waited at said location from 6pm until 7:30pm.

The delivery truck never showed up.

There was no information given via email, etc if there were going to be any delivery changes.

I sent an email to the company on Thursday, *** asking for a full refund.

I did not receive a reply from the company.

I sent a second email on Monday, *** with more information and again asking for a full refund. I am quite certain that once again I will not receive a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $*** immediately.

I have never received the product I paid for.
Order number #***. I initially made the purchase of chicken breasts on ***. I received email after email pushing the initial pick up date in *** back. The final straw was when the email came in pushing it to ***! I sent an email on *** asking for a full refund. This was after trying numerous times to get a person on the phone through the customer service line with no success. They responded with "Your refund is currently being processed and you will receive a check in the mail." It is now ***, no check and no response to emails and calls.

Desired Outcome

I want a full cash/check refund. No company credit.
