They missed the delivery date and are not responding to my requests for a refund.
Order *** placed ***. Showed up at the delivery point and waited an hour. Called them and they said they weren't going to be there and they they had problems sending out e-mails to let people know. Next delivery was scheduled but I was not able to make it. Asked fro a refund 4 times with 0 response.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back.

I learned of the e-mail address *** instead of just using ***. They replied and stated that I would have a refund in 14 days.

I paid in advance hundreds of dollars in food that was not delivered and want my money back.
I placed an order *** for $***. For produce and meat And the company never delivered nor did they give a delivery date. . The company did not update their site with truck delivery date, did not notify me of any issues and kept my money. I've emailed numerous times, I contacted them through ***, I called numerous times. The customer service reps say " we will send it over to accounting for review". Will not let me speak to a manager, will not give the accountant's name or email or phone number. Said "she" will review my refund and get back to me within 14 business days, If I don't hear back from her call again. Farm fresh order # ***.

I am seeking an immediate refund.

We are so sorry for the delay in our expansion into your state. We greatly appreciate your initial orders and deeply regret that we had been unable to secure our routes as quickly as anticipated. We will still be making our way into your state and hope to see you down the road after we get fully established in your area. As for your refund, you placed your order as indicated in *** and contacted us for a refund which was submitted as advised to the accounting department on ***. You did follow up via email with the Customer Service Representative, ***, on *** to inquire if he had entered you to which he advised that you were entered into the refund process. After reviewing your account following your complaint, our records indicate that your orders have been FULLY REFUNDED as of today, (***). The refund process can take up to 14 business days to process which you were also advised via email from *** per our Terms of Agreement which was agreed to by you at the time of purchase. We completed the refund prior to that deadline and it is now in the hands of your bank as to how quickly you receive your money.

I placed an order for fresh beefon May 2019, only to have the delivery date changed multiple times without notification. We live 35 minutes to the nearest delivery location in Florence, KY and we cannot continually be making this trip only to find the truck is a no-show (a no-show again, as of 07/09). No advance notification was given that the delivery dates changed. They need to have the local coordinators do a better job of relaying updates to individuals. The chicken breasts we purchased earlier were good, but the customer service side is much to be desired. I have now been on hold before talking to anyone for ~30 minutes to cancel our order.

Company will not commit to delivery date. Requested refund with no response.
Order #*** placed ***. When I placed order the website said we would be notified of delivery location would by ***. They then removed the whole item off their order form. They keep posting on their *** delivery dates are coming. On *** they also said to contact them if you want a refund. Which I did on *** and there has been no response. My order was for Sweet Georgia Peaches (First Delivery) - 1/4 bushel box $*** and Washington Rainier Cherries 1 $*** Subtotal: $*** They charged my credit card immediately for the order with no guarantee of delivery.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded immediately.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced while we have been expanding these past few months. We do fully expect to be in your area very soon as we already have deliveries in a neighboring state and go right through your state... as for your refund, our records do show that we received your refund request on ***, and per our Terms And Agreements that you agreed to when placing your order, "refunds may take up to 14 business days to process". You were given a full refund as of *** which with the Holiday not counting as a business day, your refund was 2 days late and we apologize for that but you are completely reimbursed. We sure hope you decide to give us another chance once we have corrected our growing pains and completed our expansions as expected. Once you have the opportunity to try our products, we know you'll understand why our owner is so deeply passionate about bringing these amazing products around to as many people as she can.

I received my refund and, although, I would have liked better communication, I am satisfied with the result.

I believe Fresh Farms has been overwhelmed by the number of new customer orders they received. But lack of communication is a MAJOR PROBLEM, especially because the customer base Fresh Farms picked up from the previous business has already been stung once and needs to be able to trust this new business. We think we have been bypassed on our cherry order. The cherries ripened the second half of June, yet we still have not received a delivery date. I would check their delivery date button with every advertisement e-mail I received, yet it would say TBA. I think its probably too late for fresh cherries by now. I tried calling their 1-855 # but it has been busy for two solid hours. Now we're getting ready to leave on vacation, so will not be able to interact with any response to this review until after the 15th.

Quality of cherries is poor, first box had moldy ones and many over ripe cherries. Noticed before I left and exchanged for another which looked better. On arrived home we went through the box and only about half were of the quality that one would expect for the price paid, the rest were over ripe and a some had to be thrown out as they were that damaged.

The delivery date changed without any notice at all. When I called they gave some lame reason as to why I didn't get the email about the delivery change. I was told I needed to email them to get a refund. I haven't heard from anyone since I emailed for my refund. And strangely all the advertising emails I used to get have now stopped as well. I loved *** and was hoping this company would be just as good. Obviously not though.

In the same boat with ***. There is NO communication from Fresh Farms, USA.
I placed 3 orders and the dates keep getting pushed out with no notice from them. The one order I received was chicken drum sticks that looked like they had thawed in the box. It took a hammer and screwdriver to get some out. I canceled the two outstanding orders with customer service and followed up with an email. I checked back today and one order showed canceled and the other one did not. The operator said she would cancel it.
I would not recommend doing business with this company until they have better customer service and can actually deliver when promised. It looks like they took on more than they could handle in buying *** customer list.

Delivery date changed with no notification and customer service not helpful at all in getting refund. Contacted prior to delivery to confirm yet get completely different answer now. Was so hopeful for *** replacement but they can't keep in touch with customers at all. Beware

Due to the overwhelming response from new customers, we mistakingly missed sending out an email update on a change in delivery dates. A full refund has been provided. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience.

Cancelled order due to delivery issues, have been advised it could take up to a month for refund.
I purchased this product in ***y and was slated for a *** delivery. There were multiple changes to the delivery date with no communication from the company. I requested a refund on *** and have send follow up emails and called twice. Today I was informed that they are behind on issuing refunds, and to anticipate 5-7 days. I advised them, that's what I was told at my last call and now I'm following back up. Was then advised it could take up to 30 days to have my refund issued.

Desired Outcome

Would like my refund expedited.
