investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that an order was placed on December 1, and dated for December 4, to cancel service.Frontier advises that a credit has been applied to the account in the amount of $leaving a zero balance.Frontier attempted to reach Ms*** to advise of the above but was unsuccessful. Frontier left a message for Ms*** that included direct contact informationWe apologize for any inconvenience that Ms*** has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier states that a service technician resolved the issue, also states service tech told me everything is OK.my service still ot working as well as all the neighbors service with frontier.there saying I have service when I do not.they are lying to me

Frontier records show that Mr*** *** called to have service cancelled as of 6/24/2016. Mr*** faxed over proof that he had voice, data and video services activated with Time Warner Cable on 6/15/2016. A Frontier agent adjusted the $early termination fee billed and
also the remaining $378.17. The credits will both appear on one of the next two billing statement. A Frontier agent called Mr*** to advise of the credit adjustments. If we can be of any other assistance, I can be reached at *** *** *** *** ***. Case closed

• Frontier advises on July 1, Frontier closed a transaction to acquire Verizon's services in Michigan, after receiving all required government approvalsPrior to that time, notice of the transaction was communicated to Verizon customers
• Frontier advises Ms*** had a *** **
line, intercompany exchange circuit of *** owned by *** provided and serviced by Verizon Communications prior to conversion
• Frontier advises the balance of $was a balance still due to Verizon at the time of the transition to Frontier and is now due to Frontier
• Frontier spoke with Ms*** February 6, and advised of the above and has provided direct contact information for any further questions

If you receive bad equipment in an installation by a company and it is their materialWhy should I have to replace it? This is a matter of days, not weeks or years

The additional concerns states that:• Mr*** advises that he does not owe Frontier any money.Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:• Frontier’s position has not changed. • Frontier apologized to Mr*** in an email that explained he had been misquoted and, in this instance, offered a compromise to honor the misquoted amount for one year which included back crediting for the previous months of serviceIn an email reply, Mr*** requested the credit to be issued in a refund checkHe was advised that the credit could not be sent as a refund check as there would still be a balance due after the credits were issuedHe was advised that Frontier had already paid Dish for their billed amount and Frontier would need to be reimbursed for those funds.• Mr*** disconnected his service on 11/23/16. • Frontier issued the promised back credits which will appear on Mr***’s December 1st statementMr*** will also see credits for services charged after the 11/23/disconnect since Frontier bills in advance.We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr*** has experienced as a result of the above matter.Sincerely,Executive Customer RelationsFrontier Communications
