• Mr*** is stating that he cancelled his phone service due to unexplained fees and because it did not save him money as he
was advised
• Mr*** says that when he cancelled the phone service and retained his internet on 11/20/17, he was told that is December bill would be only $2.00, however his December bill shows $
• Mr*** is requesting a refund of one-month of service
Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:
• Frontier records show that when Mr*** called to add phone service on to his existing internet on 8/31/17, he was quoted a rate of $before taxes and surchargesHis billing history confirms that he was billed a rate of $plus taxes/surcharges and later authorized the addition of a non-published listing charge of $
• Review of his contact history confirms that when Mr*** contacted Frontier on 11/2/to request the disconnection of the phone service he was advised that his December balance would be $Due to Frontier agent error however, the disconnect was not scheduled until 11/which resulted in the lack of prorated credit on the December bill
• In this instance a credit adjustment of $(plus taxes) has been applied for the $monthly difference in the rate quoted and a credit of $has been issued for the missing prorated credit on the December billing statement

Frontier has reviewed the account of Ms*** and finds that there was a missing promotional code for the amount of $each month since January 2016.This would be months without the $which is a total of $119.00, however Frontier has already issued some adjustments to the account as
follows: 1/19/$26.99, 4/22/$16.49, 4/22/$and 6/28/$totaling $76.45.Frontier can advise that Ms*** did disconnect her account on 7/22/and a final bill will generate on 8/17/16.Frontier has issued an additional adjustment in the amount of $42.55.Ms*** currently has a statement that reads a balance of $152.02, however the adjustment in the amount of $has brought that balance to $and once the final bill generates, prorated credits will also apply to this balance.Frontier has entered Ms*** into a calendar reminder and will zero out any balance left owing, and will expedite a refund if the balance is a credit balance.Frontier does apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience caused

This phone number is needed in our new home; in GreenwichMy expectation is that Frontier Communications release this phone number to our phone carrierWe would have happily used Frontier but they don't offer service to GreenwichTHey have no right to "own" our prior phone number and need top release it to our phone company since they, Frontier, are unable to service us in GreenwichThey are violating Telephone Number Assignment Commitee and I will take this matter to a higher level if need be until we get this AVAILABLE phone number Frontier Commis a dishonest carrier and my expectaton is that they "free up" the phone number in a way that allows my carrier to assign the number to usIt was our phone number for almost years and we will not be satisfied until this phone number is released by Frontier
