For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not agree with his offerI find it insultingThe time I spent without phone service put my son who has a traumatic brain injury at riskHe has seizures and I had no access to 9-serviceI spent over THIRTEEN AND A HALF HOURS on 'chat' with frontier employees over the course of days being bounced back from customer service to service techs, each telling me it was the other's issueThen I was told a service tech was going to resolve my issue on Thursday may 26th at my homeI had to cancel my clients as I am a self employed massage therapist in order to meet the service techI checked back THREE times, and each time I was told my issue would be resolved when the service tech got thereFinally at 8:30pm, I was told there was never a service ticket generatedSo I am out that $I would have received that dayIt cannot be replaced as the clients are not available anymore.I was so upset that I was throwing up stomach acid on thursdayI know it is grossbut Mr J*** and the customer or service techs that I chatted with last week do not understand my family's situationMr J*** started the conversation by telling me that I was only out $of actual phone serviceMr J*** admitted it was THEIR mistakeI don't understand his attitude that $was SO generous after the ordeal we endured.

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier reviewed and determined that the initial quote given was before equipment, taxes and surchargesDue to an isolated Frontier error, the equipment was not included in the subsequent quoteFrontier, as a
courtesy, has removed the set top boxes from billing.Frontier spoke with Ms*** in regards to the aboveFrontier also confirmed that the Amazon gift card will be sent for the amount of $400.00, as originally advisedMs*** presented no further questions or concerns We regret any inconvenience that *** *** may have experienced as a result of the above matter

Thank you for referring the complaint of *** *** to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms*** bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms*** advises that the promotional pricing she had been getting for her internet service should have stayed
at $per month for years, but Frontier increased her monthly rate in January by $to $Ms*** advises that Frontier told her that her promotional pricing would continue for another year, but since then, she’s had to call in every month to request a $adjustment on her billMs*** advises that Frontier needs to credit the $forwarding balance that carried over from the March billing cycleShe also advises that she should not pay for any service rendered after April 7, Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that that promotional rate for the customer’s internet service was valid for only one year. Since Frontier’s system would not allow the price to be reverted back to the $rate, due to the expiration of the promotional rate, the $difference had to be manually credit each monthThe March bill did not get credited, resulting in a $balance that carried over into the April billing cycle. Frontier spoke with Ms*** on April 18, 2017, and advised her that the $carryover balance from the March billing cycle and the $late fee will be credited. She was also advised that since she had internet service was disconnected in the middle of the April 7, billing cycle, her May statement will be prorated for from that date up until April 14, 2017, when she cancelled service with Frontier. The total dollar amount for that prorated bill should come out to approximately $ Frontier advises that the credits for the $carryover balance and the $late fee were credited on April 18, and will be reflected on the customer’s May 7, statementWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint. this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Mr*** has been experiencing internet outages and would like credit for the outagesMr*** requested credit for the outage and was told credit would be issued once his trouble was resolvedMr*** has been experiencing slow inter speedsFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: On December 8, 2017, Mr*** contacted Frontier Tech Support to report frequent disconnects with his internet service.On December 11, a technician was dispatched to Mr***’s home, the trouble ticket was completed as services working.Frontier advises that Internet service speeds are based upon many factors: Including network congestion, customer location, customer equipment, and network interference and that customer speeds may vary over time.On January 4th, Mr*** contacted Frontier and was advised that credits would be issued once the issue was resolved.Frontier does issue credit for time out of serviceCredits are issued based on when the trouble tickets are reported and completed.Time out of service for December 8th through 11th has been issued to Mr***s account and is included in the $discretionary credit issued today January 11th. Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Mr*** disconnected service on August 18, 2016.Mr*** was charged an early termination fee of $on his August 28, statement, call trace usage, and applicable
taxes/surchargesThis produced a total charge of $59.40.Since Mr*** signed up for Auto draft with Online Bill Pay, the statement prompted the money to be drafted on the due date (September 19, 2016).As a courtesy, Frontier has removed the term fee and reversed $back to Mr***’s banking facility on December 23, 2016.At this time, Mr*** has a zero balance. *** ***On their website they offer "up to" and I use that term loosely 24Mbps for all I want from them is to fix their congestion and if not that then charge me accordinglyI shouldn't have to pay the premium price if I'm getting the lowest service offered. how would you feel if you signed up to your local cable company and paid for the premium channels and could only watch them certain times throughtout the day? gets frustrating after awhilewhile they say I receive the 6Mbps isn't always what I get, I get a fluxuation of speeds ranging from 0.28kbps to 6mbpsif you would like I could start screenshotting the upload speeds from speedtest.net
