Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response
because:
The proposed offer by Fun
Times is not acceptable. I will explain
why it is unacceptable and then I will make a counter offer.
#1.) I have saved all the paperwork I received
from Fun Times and have attached of the promotional offers. Note that it is for a promotional flight to
Las Vegas and lodging is included. My
first quote request was for only the promotional flight to Las Vegas, yet their
response was there are NO promotional flights to Las Vegas! I think it is unethical when a company advertises
that they will provide a service (the attached brochure) and then will not
provide it
#2.) There are numerous statements that the Fun
Time response lists that are not correct, which are written to try and confuse the
Revdex.com and me. Their first statement is in paragraph
#2, “** *** states …….that we, Fun Times were to provide a taxes only
promotion to Las Vegas.” Then Fun Times then
uses the next paragraphs to explain why this statement is wrong.
In fact what I state is “Fun
Times was to provide promotional (only taxes & fees) flights to Las
Vegas.” Note that the word fees is
included, but conveniently left out of Fun Times response
#3.)The next misleading
statement is in paragraph #“We are very sorry that ** *** has not
followed the promotion on two separate occasions.”
In fact I did follow their
procedureson both occasions I filled
out separate documents to receive a quote for Las Vegas. However; Fun Time’s response was there are no
promotional flights to Vegas. This is
not stated anywhere in the documents I received, and it is advertised in the
brochure I received from Fun Times.
The second occasion is covered in my response to #
#4.)
The next statement is the last line in the paragraph before their offer. It begins with “In conclusion….., “We cannot
force *** *** to not only adhere to these guidelines but to contact the
customer service department with questions.”
I decided I would ask for a
promotional flight to Sacramento, Ca., but after I talked to Fun Time’s customer
service to confirm the non-peak season dates.
Then I submitted the $for an additional quote, and filled out the
different forms to receive the quote However, before sending in the last form
called the Official Vacation Booking Form, I re-confirmed with Fun Times
customer service that the dates I asked for would qualify for the off-peak
season promotion
The result I’ll copy from my
original complain letter. “The quote I
received still makes me angry! It was
the same form I had previously received telling me the flights were not in the
promotional period, the cost was $each but they would requote for a fee of
$25.”
There are conclusions, either the booking department doesn’t talk to
the customer service department, or Fun Times doesn’t provide the services they
advertise and makes their money from requotes and non-refundable registration
fee from customers who don’t complain to the Revdex.com
#5.) There are other statements I don’t agree with
but, Fun times response to my complaint is typical of my experience in dealing
with this company, and why I wrote the original complaint. Originally I would have been satisfied with the
return of my money, however, that is no longer acceptable. My counter offer is what Fun Times should
have provided me in the requote: a
promotional flight quote to Sacramento for my wife and I, where I am only
responsible for only the airline taxes, booking fees, meals, tips, and
gratuities! Here is the information, and
note we leave on a Wednesday and I am flexible on the dates
leaving Grand Rapids on November
4,11, orin the morning with no more than stop
returning from Sacramento on
November 8,15,or 22, any time, with only other stop before landing in Grand
Rapids, and don’t forget to apply the $I paid as a credit to all the
promotional flight fees
Regards,
*** ***

January 20, I have read the letter from *** *** the amount he is asking to be refunded from Fun Time is not the amount that was paid to our company*** *** paid Fun Time $to provide a vacation quoteOn our booking website it covers the terms and conditions of each
vacation we offerThe vacation that the ***'s purchased had restrictions for non-peak travel times and non-peak season stays*** *** requested peak season travel as the quote provided statedOur website also covers our refund policy that once a quote is received by the customer that no refund can be issues*** *** must accept these terms and conditions prior to submitting his vacation requestI have enclosed a signed copy for your recordsIt also covers that if any problems or complaints between you and the seller I promotions company regarding your vacation program are the responsibility of that company and I will contact that company.Fun Time's booking agent just gave *** *** the vacation quote he requested it is not up to our company to make the traveler stay within the guidelines of the vacation they purchased or were givenWe allow clients to upgrade all the time and this is what we thought *** *** wantedIn the quote *** *** can submit for other vacation quotes for up to one year.I am truly sorry that the very first company that sent the fax did not explain the costs and limitations better to the ***'sHere at Fun Time we only provide quotes for what the client's requestSince the ***'s accepted the terms and conditions of our no refund policy once the quote is received Fun Time cannot refund the $I would strongly suggest that *** *** go to the company that sold him the Hawaii vacation to request the refund they are seeking and to take advantage of the one year to submit another vacation or travel request to our companyOn our website he can select any type of vacation that we offerSincerely, The Accounting Department

Attached is a copy of the sales flyer, email contract for our vacation package, and the quote from Fun Time Reservation
My group and I received a fax about a black friday vacation packages in November 2014, when we called the company was *** *** ***We spoke to a sales woman named
Julie at ext She explained the deal and informed us that $was due, then subsquencently a $booking fee, and a resort fee of $40-per night depending on resort locationWe each paid the $and subsequently the $booking feeWe also paid a fee that was never discussed to Fun Times. The Fun Times fee was $($per couple).
Since this time, we have been unable to receive the accommodations that we purchased. We are working with the *** ***/Fun Times for our accommodations however they are charging airfare however the adult airfare is complimentary and continues to provide us quotes that include airfareWe were quoted a price of that was not the price quoted on the flyer or by the representative*** *** has reported no responsibilities for our vacation package as they reported they are an independent companyIt is imperative for *** *** *** to communicate with *** *** about the customer’s vacation package*** *** *** nor *** *** has taken responsibilities for the lack of service during this heinous processWe feel like we have been scammed by *** *** ***, *** ***, and Fun TimesWe are requesting our contract be validated with the price quoted to us or request a full refunds so we can do business with a legit business

After reading over *** ***'s complaint will do my best to address all of the issues at hand and present a solution that will hopefully satisfy all parties involvedIn the beginning of the complaint that *** *** has submitted it seems that he states that we, Fun Time were to provide a taxes only promotion to Las VegasUnfortunately this information is a slight bit confusing to us because on the documentation that *** *** returned to our company it does not state anywhere that the promotion is for Las Vegas nor does it say anything about a taxes only vacation, in fact it states the following; "Please remember that the quote you receive from the booking company will already have deducted any activation fees you have paid for the program"Above that it does state; "Travelers are responsible to pay airline taxes, booking fees, meals, tips and gratuities" However, at no time does it state that these are the Only fees the traveler will be responsible forIt also states under #4; "The Travel Center and its vendor partners (our company Fun Time) accept no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor or agent other than those included in this offer" This means that if at any time *** *** had any questions about the offer or any confusion he should have contact the Customer service number given on the documentationEach of these referenced quotes has been highlighted on the included Copy of the signed document *** *** sent to our company for your reference,Further into the complaint *** *** brings up the subject of another promotion offered to him being for flight and lodging in Vegas, unfortunately we cannot comment on this information because this is not the promotion that *** *** mailed to our company for use*** *** mailed an airfare only voucher to our company for use, this is what he was quoted On.*** *** continues on stating that he tried multiple times to receive quotes by re-submitting and paying the resubmission feeThis is true, however on two separate occasions *** *** sent in quote requests to receive quotes for flights that were not within the promotion, he himself states this information in his letterWe are very sorry that *** *** has not followed the promotion on two separate occasions, it is not our job here to make a customer follow the guidelines of the promotion and if they have questions they can call the customer service line to receive assistanceIt states On the "Booking information Needed" form that *** *** returned to our company the following; "Please remember that no destination or date is guaranteed and no vacation is booked until you receive our official travel documents and itinerary from the booking companyThis promotion is for non-peak season travel (including days before or after any major promotional travel Holiday) with Tuesday and Wednesday departuresThe travel time and departure dates may be bypassed with the knowledge that this violates your promotional offer and will subject you to a possible surcharge."
Following this quote is our refund policy as well as the policy pertaining to *** ***'s thoughts on the Vacations pricing which states the following: "Any changes or cancellations made later may result in a small administrative change feeOnce travel documents and booking information are ordered your "Official booking form" has been sent in, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by the Fun Time VacationsThis bonus vacation will be handled by the chosen vacation providerFun Time Vacations is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that companyThis offer is void where prohibited by law, All vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice prior to confirmed bookingSome vacations are for two travelers only." Please let it show that if at any time *** *** found this information to be conflicting with the information that was previously given to him by another Company it instructs him to contact the Customer service or the Company that gave him the original informationWe cannot force *** *** to not only adhere to these guidelines but to contact the customer service department with questionsIn Conclusion it seems that *** *** would like to have this be resolved by his funds being returned to him, even though our refund policy states no refunds we are willing to offer *** *** a partial refund of the fees that he paidIn total *** *** sent Our Company $75.00, this would be $for the registration and another $for a resubmissionWe are willing to offer *** *** the $resubmission fee to be returned to him unfortunately due to the fact that On the Original quote the promotion was not followed after a multitude of documents being provided presenting the promotional terms, We cannot return the initial feePlease have *** *** send our refund department an email at Fun Time Refund Department @***.Com an email stating that he would like to accept the partial refund presented to him via the Revdex.com ConversationAt this time his partial refund will be processed.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

Mr. [redacted] letter and pulling his file this is what have found. In Mr. [redacted]'s letter his complaint involves Advertising issues. Fun Time does not advertise, sell anything neither do we give or hold seminars Fun Time does not promote the company to the general public. All of our customers are...

sent to us from other companies to provide vacation quotes. To receive the best bonus discount vacation there are restrictions/guidelines to follow. The company that held the seminar should have went over the basic, with Mr. [redacted] before giving our company's information we also supply them in our terms and conditions on our website. On the document he provided from that company under their "General Provisions Regarding Promotional Vacation Package" #1. Travelers are responsible for government taxes, cruise, booking, and processing and activation fee. Taxes and fees for the Vacation depend on the length of vacation and season of travel. #6. The airline portion of this voucher is not an ETD product after activation and booking is complete your vacation voucher will be sent to you by mail. Certain day and time of flight restrictions apply. #7. These vacation packages are to be used for off peak season travel. #8. Peak season travel is available at peak season rates. So the very document that the seminar company gave Mr. [redacted] told him there were fees to be paid so this is not a FREE vacation as he indicated in his letter.?Our accounting records show that Mr. [redacted] paid Fun Time $50.00 on April 1, 2015 not the $188.00 he is requesting to be refunded. We have no record of a check for the $100.00 being cashed by Fun Time, Is it possible that We mailed the incorrect payment back and requested the correct amount of $5000 since the check date is March 16, 2015 and our records indicate that check #6608 was received not 6605 for $100.00? If Mr. [redacted] would supply our office with a copy of check #6605 the cashed check front and back.On Our Fun Time Reservation Center Official Vacation Booking Form it covers Please read the terms and conditions on www.VacationReservationCenter.Com prior to submitting this form. On this site it covers the guideliness restrictions to follow for the best discounted vacation. The very last page of the Official Vacation Booking Form has our refund policy I understand and agree by checking this box I, [redacted] B. [redacted] accept the terms and conditions of this offer and there is no contract for good or services created between you and Fun Time Vacations. Any problems or complaints between you and the seller promotions company regarding your vacation program are the responsibility of that company and should be dealt with through that company. Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request or received a quote at your request there are no refund from Fun Time Vacation. By submitting this form you have agreed to all the terms and conditions on the website www.VacationReservationCenter.Com The vacation that Mr. [redacted] requested was 8 day 7 nights cruise leaving from a premier location Baltimore and going to the Bahamas with round trip airfare. The total cost for the 8 day 7 nights Cruise and Flight was $1,056.50 per person. It is not Fun Times responsibility to make a customer stay within the guidelines/restrictions of what they were given or purchased. Fun Time will only supply the quote that the customer requests we have customers that upgrade their vacations to meet their need all the time. Such as first class seats, balcony cabins to all-inclusive hotels. Fun Time asks the customer twice on paper to go to the website then on the website itself a customer has to accept the terms and conditions prior to being able to print out the Official Vacation Booking Form. With all this being said if Mr. [redacted] can provide us with a copy of check #6605 front and back of the cancelled check and it was in fact our company that processed that payment a refund will be issued immediately. As to the request for the $50.00 payment we have on file check #6608 these fees cannot be refunded since our services were rendered and the quote that was requested was given.I am truly sorry that Mr. [redacted] thought this was a FREE vacation I suggest that Mr. [redacted] go back to the company that held the seminar and request what he needs. All of the documents that Mr. [redacted] supplied your agency clearly outlined fees, taxes, processing and activation sess needed to be paid for those vacations.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

Terrible can always do much better on Internet no help from reps and always have excuses on why you deal aren't applicable

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE TRAVEL CENTER. They will scam you out of your money. The Travel Center will offer you a great deal on a vacation but Fun Time Vacations is responsible to booking your reservations. This company will fun every reason not to book your trip at the amount the Travel Center sold you. If you try to re-book they will find another reason why they can't book the trip then tell told you you can't book an other vacation and keep your money.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
1- The issue is not an advertisement issue. Before filling out the forms I contacted Fun Time and talked to their representative. I explained them all detail about my travel plan. I asked them, how to fill out the forms and how much should I pay. This is a matter of misleading me and my family.
2- In their respond to my refund request, Fun Time says, the region I have selected, California is always on Prime season. This is not wriiten anywhere nor has been told me when I called their company.
3- Fun Time claims that I have signed that if they issued a quote there will not be a refund. This is completely wrong and illegal practice . Without looking at the quote how you can accept or refuse it so they simply denying customers rights. Needless to say that when I contacted them and asked what happens if we don't accept the quote she simply said we refund your deposit.
4- Fun time allegation regarding they don't know anything and we are refered to them from [redacted] is wrong. They are working together hand to hand and they are completely aware of the situation. I am in contact with [redacted] as well
5- when first I requested refund from Fun Time instead of processing my request as their quote is not in line with the promotion, First they refered us to another company and after two weeks of me following up they came out saying that the quote is generated and there is no refund. This is in contrast to the fair business market and denying customer rights .
We protect ourselves with the rule of law and I ask Fun Time to refund our money ASAP .

March 25, 2015
Dear [redacted],
After reading [redacted]'s letter to your office it is clear that she is upset with what the first company gave her. As to the activation fees, Fun Time only received a $75,00 payment for two vacation quotes that were provided to her. On our...

website and on the signed documentation [redacted] sent to our office it covers our resund policy and requests all clients to read the terms and conditions again before submitting the official booking form. “Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation and requested or received a quote at your request there are no refunds from Fun Time Vacation". As to [redacted] stating that we would not issue the plane tickets that is a false statement. All [redacted] had to do is fill out the credit card authorization form for the fees that need to be paid to receive the vacation she selected us to provide the quotes for.As to the other amount that [redacted] is seeking she will need to go to that company. Here at Fun Time we have no knowledge of what was given I sold or promised by any other company we only provide the quotes we are asked for. Fun Time cannot and will not reject any customers wish to upgrade their travel plans even though it is not within the guidelines or the restrictions of what was purchased 1 given. [redacted] chose to upgrade her vacation and a quote was given based on her requests.
If [redacted] is unsatisfied with what was given sold to her I suggest that she go back to that company and lodge her complaints, because here at Fun Time we provided the services requested.
Sincerely,
The Accounting Department

What a rip-off. Do NOT send any money to this company. If you want a cruise, call the cruise line direct, the rates are 40% lower than their "reduced" rates. Complete fraud.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:consumer advised the Revdex.com that no refund had been sent by company after closure of complaint as satisfactory.

July 20, 2015Dear [redacted],First would like to apologize to [redacted] for indicating that through she was a man and not a woman. See once again [redacted] is still not willing to acknowledge that Fun Time is not the company that gave the promotional vacation voucher to her. We are the booking company, was the one to personally reach out to the [redacted] to get her a full refund. This was all in an attempt to assist [redacted], and she is still not willing to acknowledge the fact that I did not have to do this on her behalf. [redacted] still has no problem in slamming Fun Time and now me personally for something that is out of our control. I just do not understand why [redacted] is rejecting the refund from the [redacted] and complaining at the same time, by rejecting the offer for a full refund in her rejection letter dated July 1, 2015.How can [redacted] say that she never expected a refund when one was offered with step by step instructions on how to receive that refund that personally secured? Now I have no choice but to wait until this claim is closed by [redacted]. She has to be willing to stop blaming Fun Time for something we did not do, before can request the [redacted] to release the refund requested and secured on her behalf.Once again Fun Time is not [redacted], Fun Time is only the booking company, Fun Time did not sell, give, and advertise any products to [redacted]. Fun Time just provided the quote that was requested by [redacted], So how does Fun Time not run a good and fair business when we only supplied what was requested of our company? I cannot reach out to [redacted] on her behalf since they did not send her to Fun Time.End result: Once [redacted] writes your agency the Revdex.com and requests the case to be closed as satisfied. In that letter [redacted] has to accept that Fun Time is not the company that she feels scammed by and that no further action will be taken against Fun Time. [redacted] will need to accept the refund that was requested on her behalf by the accounting department of Fun Time. This is the only way for [redacted] to be issued a full refund from The [redacted], if the letter is not sent to the Revdex.com and the case is not closed as satisfactory on the customers part by [redacted] there is really nothing else can do for [redacted]. I am only responding because I want this to be posted to show that Fun Time has made every attempt possible to satisfy [redacted]'s request for the refund she is seeking.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

July 8, 2015 After reading over [redacted]'s complaint will do my best to address all of the issues at hand and present a solution that will hopefully satisfy all parties involved. In the beginning of the complaint that [redacted] has submitted it seems that he states that we, Fun Time were to provide a taxes only promotion to Las Vegas. Unfortunately this information is a slight bit confusing to us because on the documentation that [redacted] returned to our company it does not state anywhere that the promotion is for Las Vegas nor does it say anything about a taxes only vacation, in fact it states the following; "Please remember that the quote you receive from the booking company will already have deducted any activation fees you have paid for the program". Above that it does state; "Travelers are responsible to pay airline taxes, booking fees, meals, tips and gratuities" However, at no time does it state that these are the Only fees the traveler will be responsible for. It also states under #4; "The Travel Center and its vendor partners (our company Fun Time) accept no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor or agent other than those included in this offer" This means that if at any time [redacted] had any questions about the offer or any confusion he should have contact the Customer service number given on the documentation. Each of these referenced quotes has been highlighted on the included Copy of the signed document [redacted] sent to our company for your reference,Further into the complaint [redacted] brings up the subject of another promotion offered to him being for flight and lodging in Vegas, unfortunately we cannot comment on this information because this is not the promotion that [redacted] mailed to our company for use. [redacted] mailed an airfare only voucher to our company for use, this is what he was quoted On.[redacted] continues on stating that he tried multiple times to receive quotes by re-submitting and paying the resubmission fee. This is true, however on two separate occasions [redacted] sent in quote requests to receive quotes for flights that were not within the promotion, he himself states this information in his letter. We are very sorry that [redacted] has not followed the promotion on two separate occasions, it is not our job here to make a customer follow the guidelines of the promotion and if they have questions they can call the customer service line to receive assistance. It states On the "Booking information Needed" form that [redacted] returned to our company the following; "Please remember that no destination or date is guaranteed and no vacation is booked until you receive our official travel documents and itinerary from the booking company. This promotion is for non-peak season travel (including 7 days before or after any major promotional travel Holiday) with Tuesday and Wednesday departures. The travel time and departure dates may be bypassed with the knowledge that this violates your promotional offer and will subject you to a possible surcharge."Following this quote is our refund policy as well as the policy pertaining to [redacted]'s thoughts on the Vacations pricing which states the following: "Any changes or cancellations made later may result in a small administrative change fee. Once travel documents and booking information are ordered your "Official booking form" has been sent in, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by the Fun Time Vacations. This bonus vacation will be handled by the chosen vacation provider. Fun Time Vacations is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it from. If you have any questions about the package please call that company. This offer is void where prohibited by law, All vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice prior to confirmed booking. Some vacations are for two travelers only." Please let it show that if at any time [redacted] found this information to be conflicting with the information that was previously given to him by another Company it instructs him to contact the Customer service or the Company that gave him the original information. We cannot force [redacted] to not only adhere to these guidelines but to contact the customer service department with questions. In Conclusion it seems that [redacted] would like to have this be resolved by his funds being returned to him, even though our refund policy states no refunds we are willing to offer [redacted] a partial refund of the fees that he paid. In total [redacted] sent Our Company $75.00, this would be $50.00 for the registration and another $25.00 for a resubmission. We are willing to offer [redacted] the $25.00 resubmission fee to be returned to him unfortunately due to the fact that On the Original quote the promotion was not followed after a multitude of documents being provided presenting the promotional terms, We cannot return the initial fee. Please have [redacted] send our refund department an email at Fun Time Refund Department @[redacted].Com an email stating that he would like to accept the partial refund presented to him via the Revdex.com Conversation. At this time his partial refund will be processed.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

Dear [redacted],
After reading the complaint and looking over the documentation that was provided by your office and in pulling [redacted]'s file this is what we have in response. First let me open by saying that Fun Time does not sell, advertise or give...

promotions. We have hundreds of companies nationwide that use our service to provide discounted vacations to their clients from realtors, car dealerships to sports organizations. So [redacted] was sent to Fun Time from another company I will provide copies of the signed documents that [redacted] sent to Fun Time that covers all of the issues in her complaint Fun Time in no way mislead, scammed [redacted]. Please take the time to read what was in print to [redacted] prior to her sending Fun Time any money. Fun Time cannot and will not be held responsible for what another company might have said, sold or promoted Fun Time can only provide the vacation quotes that our clients request. One of the reasons I believe that [redacted] has us confused with the company that gave the promotion is the amount of money she is seeking to be refunded. [redacted] only paid Fun Time $70.00 not the $266.00 she is seeking. Once again Fun Time is being blamed or grouped with a complaint that we should not be involved in. On 3/23/2015 Fun Time received check # [redacted] in the amount of 70.00 from [redacted]. On that same day we emailed her the access codes to our booking site which the documentation I have enclosed will show she received. After our office received her signed Official Booking Information Form the access codes were issued on March 30, 2015. As of this date we have not received her vacation request form with the information needed to book the vacation. [redacted] has no other activity in her file since that date and no notations that she called or asked questions about a FREE vacation. On the signed documentation our email addresses and Our customer service telephone numbers are provided. Most clients do not contact us until they are ready to submit their vacation date requests. If they do not accept the Terms and Conditions no request will be submitted for travel dates.
Now I can say that the statement that Fun Time does not do FREE vacations is true. If the first company that sent [redacted] to us told her the vacation was FREE why did [redacted] send in the $70.00 payment with the form that states "The fees you see listed on the "The Travel Center" are for off peak season. Peak season travel is available at peak season surcharges. Certain time and day restrictions apply to all vacations and is at the discretion of the booking company. The booking company/vacation provider is an independent company and not affiliated with the company you received your vacation from; they have no knowledge of whom you received your vacation from or the terms of that agreement, they are only able to answer questions about your vacation. If you have any questions regarding the terms of you vacation please ask the company that issued it to you". Please keep in mind this is what that company gave [redacted] that the $7000 payment was mailed in with. It clearly states we have no knowledge, so for her to accuse us of knowing is absurd. Online #9 it states once you have registered, filled out your vacation request form and submitted them you will be contacted with a quote for your vacation. Additional surcharges and taxes & port fees will apply to this offer, which will range between $199.5299 per person. Additional taxes will apply for your airfare which are based on your travel destination & travel dates. Now if [redacted] really expected this to be FREE why did she sign and agree to these terms and conditions to pay for the vacation if it was FREE.Our refund policy is on the very first document “REFUND POLICY - Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request and receive a quote at your request, there are no refunds of the vacation deposit. Now moving on to the second document it covers the same Terms and Conditions. We put them on several documents that require a signature ant to check or click on boxes to move forward in hopes that customers truly read and understand what they are requesting us to provide them.  Fun Time just cannot make sure the client reads or even comprehends what they are signing.  The Booking Information Needed Form covers the restrictions and guidelines along with the no refund policy. Please notice that not only did [redacted] sign this document, she also had to print her name accepting these terms and Conditions.
Why are we being blamed for what the very first company was to have told her, that it was FREE because nowhere in print has she provided does it state the vacation was FREE.  I would almost guarantee that if [redacted] supplied you with that companies documentation nowhere in print would the word FREE appear.  Never the less with all this being said and proven, Fun Time Vacation has done nothing wrong. If [redacted] would like a partial refund I am willing to offer in a good faith gesture from Fun Time Vacation in the amount of $ $45,00 since no quote was submitted. Please have [redacted] submit the request for the $45.00 to our refund department email address off FunTimeResundbepartment®amalcom. Please have [redacted] place my name Donna, and my position as Comptroller in the email this will by-pass the refund departments refusal of the refund. Also please have [redacted] put her current mailing address in the email so that the partial refund can be immediately processed.Since Fun Time has offered a refund this should close the case as satisfied as to Fun Time Vacations portion.  Please refer [redacted] to whatever company the other amount she is seeking was paid to.  Pleas post this correspondence on your website just to prove that Fun Time did nothing wrong maybe this well help our standing in whatever site [redacted] said we were linked to.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

June 9, 2015Dear [redacted],After reading the rejection letter and going over [redacted]s file and the last correspondence sent to your agency. I am even more confused by her rejection response to your agency. [redacted] must have our company confused with another company. Nowhere in my first response was there any corporate babble just facts stated with supporting documentation to back it up. I thought my partial refund offer was quite clear that I was offering it in a good faith gesture from Fun Time Vacations in the amount of $45.00.1 did not have to offer any refund since the documents that [redacted] signed stated no refunds would be issued. Now [redacted] is stating she would post negative postings about Fun Time Vacation for offering a refund?Since I have offered a partial refund to [redacted] no further correspondence is required from Fun Time Vacation and none will be forthcoming after this letter. Let me make this as clear as I can for [redacted] without any corporate babble to confuse her.Send your refund email request to this email address FunTimeRefundDepartment@[redacted].com. Place my name Donna, my position as comptroller in the request. Your refund check of $45.00 will be issued. Please put your name and current mailing address in the email for an immediate refund to be issued.Sincerely, The Accounting Department
