Fun Time Vacation

I am rejecting this response because: Fun Time Vacations is using subterfuge and the existence of multiple layers of company names to run from liability.  The money sent all went to the same [redacted] Store in Clarksburg, Maryland using the same box numbers and different company names.  They also asked for the $50 fee to get a "quote" on the vacation package after sending one of their other shell companies the other money.  To say they did not receive the other money is like saying the left pocket didn't have what was in the right pocket.  We still have not been told what the first $450 was for.
They also did not provide any guidelines on what "peak" travel is.  We picked a month and mid-week flight we thought would be off-peak and then blame us for the cost of the quote.  Since making this complaint we also called the company and and sent them ANOTHER $25.00 thinking we would do everything they asked in good faith as evidence that we were not one of those complainants that do not follow the directions given and then blame the company.  We sent the money to receive another quote on January 16, 2015 and show the check cleared January 30, 2015 and we still have NOT received another quote with the alleged off peak times they themselves told us.   
I've been a police officer for over 30 years and know what this is.  They can either makes us whole by returning $663.00 , guaranteeing the trip we purchased, or plan on the Illinois Attorney General Department of Consumer Fraud will be contacting them.

Review: This company failed to deliver a competitively quoted vacation even though we contacted them several times with our concerns. We paid their fee to get a vacation quote that was higher than what is available on the open market. This company fraudulently portrays itself as being able to provide discount vacations and does not deliver.Desired Settlement: Return our $50.00 'fee' to us. It is obvious, that you can't provide the services we requested.

Review: requesting a refund for all monies paid to this company, received a fax promotional discounted vacation sheet, called about it. It has been one fingal after another, requesting more money this and that... it has been 3 months, I still do not have my vacation booked. They have been rude, if you call you get put on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on. I feel as I have been scammed for this promotional vacation and I am requesting a total of $876.00 which is what has been paid and also, after all this .. I do not feel safe traveling under the umbrella of this vacation company or via [redacted] Travels which is the broker they sent me to.Desired Settlement: I will be happy and can move on, once I receive all my money back - total of $876.00 to date.

Terrible can always do much better on Internet no help from reps and always have excuses on why you deal aren't applicable
