Fun Time Vacation Reviews (84)

We have replied to you and to Fun Times Vacations regarding our complaint and have still not been compensated or received promised [redacted] Airlines Vouchers and hotel accommodations.  We are keeping copies of all correspondence and would like this case resolved as requested./[redacted] and...

[redacted]Arvada, CO [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] letter...

and pulling his file this is what have found. In Mr. [redacted]'s letter his complaint involves Advertising issues. Fun Time does not advertise, sell anything neither do we give or hold seminars Fun Time does not promote the company to the general public. All of our customers are sent to us from other companies to provide vacation quotes. To receive the best bonus discount vacation there are restrictions/guidelines to follow. The company that held the seminar should have went over the basic, with Mr. [redacted] before giving our company's information we also supply them in our terms and conditions on our website. On the document he provided from that company under their "General Provisions Regarding Promotional Vacation Package" #1. Travelers are responsible for government taxes, cruise, booking, and processing and activation fee. Taxes and fees for the Vacation depend on the length of vacation and season of travel. #6. The airline portion of this voucher is not an ETD product after activation and booking is complete your vacation voucher will be sent to you by mail. Certain day and time of flight restrictions apply. #7. These vacation packages are to be used for off peak season travel. #8. Peak season travel is available at peak season rates. So the very document that the seminar company gave Mr. [redacted] told him there were fees to be paid so this is not a FREE vacation as he indicated in his letter.
?
Our accounting records show that Mr. [redacted] paid Fun Time $50.00 on April 1, 2015 not the $188.00 he is requesting to be refunded. We have no record of a check for the $100.00 being cashed by Fun Time, Is it possible that We mailed the incorrect payment back and requested the correct amount of $5000 since the check date is March 16, 2015 and our records indicate that check #6608 was received not 6605 for $100.00? If Mr. [redacted] would supply our office with a copy of check #6605 the cashed check front and back.
On Our Fun Time Reservation Center Official Vacation Booking Form it covers Please read the terms and conditions on www.VacationReservationCenter.Com prior to submitting this form. On this site it covers the guideliness restrictions to follow for the best discounted vacation. The very last page of the Official Vacation Booking Form has our refund policy I understand and agree by checking this box I, [redacted] B. [redacted] accept the terms and conditions of this offer and there is no contract for good or services created between you and Fun Time Vacations. Any problems or complaints between you and the seller promotions company regarding your vacation program are the responsibility of that company and should be dealt with through that company. Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request or received a quote at your request there are no refund from Fun Time Vacation. By submitting this form you have agreed to all the terms and conditions on the website www.VacationReservationCenter.Com
The vacation that Mr. [redacted] requested was 8 day 7 nights cruise leaving from a premier location Baltimore and going to the Bahamas with round trip airfare. The total cost for the 8 day 7 nights Cruise and Flight was $1,056.50 per person.
It is not Fun Times responsibility to make a customer stay within the guidelines/restrictions of what they were given or purchased. Fun Time will only supply the quote that the customer requests we have customers that upgrade their vacations to meet their need all the time. Such as first class seats, balcony cabins to all-inclusive hotels. Fun Time asks the customer twice on paper to go to the website then on the website itself a customer has to accept the terms and conditions prior to being able to print out the Official Vacation Booking Form.
With all this being said if Mr. [redacted] can provide us with a copy of check #6605 front and back of the cancelled check and it was in fact our company that processed that payment a refund will be issued immediately. As to the request for the $50.00 payment we have on file check #6608 these fees cannot be refunded since our services were rendered and the quote that was requested was given.
I am truly sorry that Mr. [redacted] thought this was a FREE vacation I suggest that Mr. [redacted] go back to the company that held the seminar and request what he needs. All of the documents that Mr. [redacted] supplied your agency clearly outlined fees, taxes, processing and activation sess needed to be paid for those vacations.
Sincerely,
The Accounting Department

I am rejecting this response because: they still owe me $25.00 they only sent me half and that was under protest

We have replied to you and to Fun Times Vacations regarding our complaint and have still not been compensated or received promised [redacted] Airlines Vouchers and hotel accommodations.  We are keeping copies of all correspondence and would like this case resolved as requested./[redacted]...

[redacted] and [redacted]Arvada, CO [redacted]

In reading over the complaint that Mr. [redacted] has submitted it is clear that his complaint is based on the price of the quote changing even though he had made sure to respond in acceptance within 24 hours. Unfortunately in our line of work these things happen, we cannot guarantee that a price will...

be the same because in the travel industry prices for vacations are ever changing. In the documentation that Mr. [redacted] has been sent by The Travel Center, the company that referred him to us, we have been assured that Mr. [redacted] would have given documentation allowing him to know the following:"All vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice prior to confirmed booking."In digging a little deeper into the situation we have looked into our notes to find that Mr. [redacted] was actually quoted multiple times due to a manager being kind and attempting to assist Mr. [redacted] because he was unhappy with his first quote. On the documentation that Mr. [redacted] would have signed and returned to our company it specifically stated that each customer is only allowed one quote. It states the following:"Once this document has been submitted or a quote has been received there will be no refunds of any fees given to Fun Time. No re-submissions are allowed".(This document has been scanned and included in the response).Mr. [redacted] had contacted the customer service department complaining about his original quote, out of kindness one of our managers decided to attempt and assist him by getting him a re-quote to see if this would aid in making Mr. [redacted] happy, he decided to accept this quote after 23 hours and unfortunately the price had gone up approximately $100.00 by this time. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with the service provided, we feel that our staff went above and beyond to assure Mr. [redacted] found happiness with our services but believe no matter what would have been done Mr. [redacted] would not have been satisfied. We are sorry, but as stated to Mr. [redacted] through the refund department and on all of the documentation Mr. [redacted] signed, no refund will be provided.

Attached is a copy of the sales flyer, email contract for our vacation package, and the quote from Fun Time Reservation.
My group and I received a fax about a black friday...

vacation packages in November 2014, when we called the company was [redacted]. We spoke to a sales woman named Julie at ext 2807. She explained the deal and informed us that $275 was due, then subsquencently a $69 booking fee, and a resort fee of $40-50 per night depending on resort location. We each paid the $275 and subsequently the $69 booking fee. We also paid a fee that was never discussed to Fun Times. The Fun Times fee was $100 ($50 per couple).
Since this time, we have been unable to receive the accommodations that we purchased.  We are working with the [redacted]/Fun Times for our accommodations however they are charging airfare however the adult airfare is complimentary and continues to provide us quotes that include airfare. We were quoted a price of 1510.40 that was not the price quoted on the flyer or by the representative. [redacted] has reported no responsibilities for our vacation package as they reported they are an independent company. It is imperative for [redacted] to communicate with [redacted] about the customer’s vacation package. [redacted] nor [redacted] has taken responsibilities for the lack of service during this heinous process. We feel like we have been scammed by [redacted], and Fun Times. We are requesting our contract be validated with the price quoted to us or request a full refunds so we can do business with a legit business.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The proposed offer by Fun
Times is...

not acceptable.  I will explain
why it is unacceptable and then I will make a counter offer.
#1.)  I have saved all the paperwork I received
from Fun Times and have attached 1 of the promotional offers.  Note that it is for a promotional flight to
Las Vegas and lodging is included.  My
first quote request was for only the promotional flight to Las Vegas, yet their
response was there are NO promotional flights to Las Vegas!  I think it is unethical when a company advertises
that they will provide a service (the attached brochure) and then will not
provide it.
#2.)  There are numerous statements that the Fun
Time response lists that are not correct, which are written to try and confuse the
Revdex.com and me.  Their first statement is in paragraph
#2, “[redacted] states …….that we, Fun Times were to provide a taxes only
promotion to Las Vegas.”  Then Fun Times then
uses the next 2 paragraphs to explain why this statement is wrong.
In fact what I state is “Fun
Times was to provide promotional (only taxes & fees) flights to Las
Vegas.”  Note that the word fees is
included, but conveniently left out of Fun Times response.
#3.)The next misleading
statement is in paragraph #3 “We are very sorry that [redacted] has not
followed the promotion on two separate occasions.”
In fact I did follow their
procedureson both occasions.  I filled
out 4 separate documents to receive a quote for Las Vegas.  However; Fun Time’s response was there are no
promotional flights to Vegas.  This is
not stated anywhere in the documents I received, and it is advertised in the
brochure I received from Fun Times.
The second occasion is covered in my response to #4.
 #4.)
The next statement is the last line in the paragraph before their offer.  It begins with “In conclusion….., “We cannot
force [redacted] to not only adhere to these guidelines but to contact the
customer service department with questions.”
I decided I would ask for a
promotional flight to Sacramento, Ca., but after I talked to Fun Time’s customer
service to confirm the non-peak season dates.
Then I submitted the $25 for an additional quote, and filled out the 4
different forms to receive the quote.  However, before sending in the last form
called the Official Vacation Booking Form, I re-confirmed with Fun Times
customer service that the dates I asked for would qualify for the off-peak
season promotion.
The result I’ll copy from my
original complain letter.  “The quote I
received still makes me angry!  It was
the same form I had previously received telling me the flights were not in the
promotional period, the cost was $397 each but they would requote for a fee of
$25.”
There are 2 conclusions, either the booking department doesn’t talk to
the customer service department, or Fun Times doesn’t provide the services they
advertise and makes their money from requotes and non-refundable registration
fee from customers who don’t complain to the Revdex.com.
#5.)  There are other statements I don’t agree with
but, Fun times response to my complaint is typical of my experience in dealing
with this company, and why I wrote the original complaint.  Originally I would have been satisfied with the
return of my money, however, that is no longer acceptable.  My counter offer is what Fun Times should
have provided me in the requote:  a
promotional flight quote to Sacramento for my wife and I, where I am only
responsible for only the airline taxes, booking fees, meals, tips, and
gratuities!  Here is the information, and
note we leave on a Wednesday and I am flexible on the dates.
leaving Grand Rapids on November
4,11, or18 in the morning with no more than 1 stop
returning from Sacramento on
November 8,15,or 22, any time, with only 1 other stop before landing in Grand
Rapids, and don’t forget to apply the $50 I paid as a credit to all the
promotional flight fees.

Hello [redacted],After reading your letter and pulling [redacted]s file this his major complaint is with Advertising Issues. Here at Fun Time Vacation we do not advertise, sell or promote our company. [redacted] was sent to our company from [redacted] so this...

complaint should be going to [redacted] or the company that the presentation was put on from and not Fun Time Vacation. As to the funds [redacted] paid the Fun Time [redacted] paid $70.00 for him- self and $70.00 for a Mr. Foroushani to total $140.00 but for four people not two as indicated in the letter. On the documentation that [redacted] received from [redacted] on that document it states that this bonus vacation is for non-peak season and gives flight restrictions. Once [redacted] funds were received from Fun Time an emails were sent with the booking instructions. At the top of the signed form it states “OFFICIAL VACATION BOOKING FORM Please read the terms and conditions on www.Vacations&eservatonCenter.com prior to submitting this form. Please do not resubmit the form unless directed to do so by one of our representatives". Once this signed it is sent to us via fax or mail. The vacation outlined is submitted to the booking company. On their website under the Terms and Conditions that the customer has to agreed to reading the Terms and Conditions prior to signing and submitting the booking form this document covers the Terms and Conditions for the vacation restrictions and our refund policy. “By Checking this box I, [redacted] & [redacted] dated 11/13/2014 accept the terms and conditions of this offer and there is not contract for goods or services created between you and the Fun Time Reservation Center. Any problem or complaints between you and the sellers promotions company regarding your vacation program are the responsibility of that company and I will contact that company. Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request or received a quote at your request there are no refunds from fun Time Vacation of the deposit made. By submitting this form and have agreed to all the terms and conditions on the website. Any changes after the booking process has begun will result in a $25.00 re-submission fee, this fee also pertains to any re-submissions in general. Once we receive your booking documents you will receive an email quote within 10 business days. Please make sure to respond to the quote within 24 hours to insure that the quote does not change. Both customer signed these documents all of this was gone over in the refund request that [redacted] submitted. So please have [redacted] submit his advertising concerns to the company that provided the advertising to [redacted] here at Fun Time we only supplied [redacted] with the quote of their requests and agreed to in writting.Sincerely, Comptroller

Per your mailing regarding the complaint from [redacted] I have read over the file and will do my best to answer any questions or concerns they have addressed.
As this is a very short complaint from [redacted] We here at Fun Time do not have much information to go off of as far as the letter is concerned. It seems that no questions have been asked and their complaint is only partially directed towards our company so I will simply give the information that I have and leave it at that.
[redacted] sent his registration fee of $70,00 in the form of a check to our company and it was received on 5/12/2015, on 5/14/2015 their Registration Confirmation was sent the email that they provided on their documentation which was [redacted].net. At this time it is the customer's responsibility to print out and fill out the documentation that they have received, returning it within a year to begin the booking of their vacation. They did not complete this step.
The next form of contact that We received from [redacted] Would be an email sent to Our customer service department on 6/25/2015 asking us the status of their vacation also stating that they have not received their voucher. On 6/26/2015 the customer service staff replied to that email asking [redacted] what his promotional code was in order to be able to assist the customer properly. There was no response to this email. This was the last contact from this customer that has been received. To address the claim that [redacted] has not been able to get a hold of our company for assistance, this is obviously untrue. Not only has the document that [redacted] needed had been emailed but the one and only email sent from [redacted] was replied to with no response from [redacted] in our reply for assistance.
In response to the request of a refund from [redacted], we here at Fun Time will be more than happy to assist [redacted] with a response regarding his refund request once he requests one properly. If [redacted] wishes to request a refund it must be done by sending an email to FunTimeRefundDepartments@[redacted].com, please ask that the registration name be included. Please also ask that the amount paid to Fun Time and Fun Time only be included and that they give the reason for their request. At this time it will take approximately 72 business hours for a response from the refund department. It is not our job here at Fun Time to make sure a customer checks or responds to their email, unfortunately we cannot control this action nor can we control a customer calling the provided customer service number. If there is any confusion or the customer wishes assistance they may contact the customer service line or the email customer service for a quick response.
Sincerely,
The Accounting Department

In reading over Ms. [redacted]'s complaint that has been submitted and looking over the given information we cannot find any file for Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] has provided no funds to our company therefor we cannot assist Ms. [redacted] with the refund that she is requesting nor do we have any further...

information to provide in response to this complaint.

March 25, 2015
Dear [redacted],In an attempt to understand the letter that [redacted] sent to your office it is clear that [redacted] does not read and understand documents very well. I have no idea what he is requesting in his letter to your agency. In pulling [redacted]'s files [redacted]...

paid Fun Time $125.00 for the two vacation quotes that was submitted and received. It seems that [redacted] did not understand that he needed to respond to the quote with acceptance authorization within 24 hours on the first quote. So [redacted] requested a second quote from Fun Time. On numerous documents that Fun Time requests or clients to read and fill out it covers these issues that we can only get authorization to hold a quote from the respected hotels, airlines or cruise ships to hold the quote for 24 hours. That is why [redacted] had to pay the $25.00 fee to receive the second quote. Those fees paid to Fun Time are nonrefundable just as the website that [redacted] had to go to and click that he had read and understands the terms and conditions. It is not Fun Times responsibilities to make our clients stay within the restrictions and guidelines of the vacation they purchase. Fun Time has no knowledge of what is purchase! give to any client we just provide quotes as the documents that [redacted] signed states. On the quote that [redacted] received our agent outlined the restrictions that were not followed that increased his quote. Such as the 90 day notice, peak travel day and peak travel times. Fun Time just provides the quote that our clients request it is not our job to not allow a client to upgrade their vacation for their enjoyment such as adding travelers, upgrade flights and upgrading cabins with balcony and Cruise lines such as [redacted] Cruise Lines or demanding that they have double occupancy. When [redacted] requested a refund he was requesting funds just as in his letter to your agency that was not collected from Fun Time. In his email request he threated our company if and when this ever happens their file is placed on hold till such times the issues are resolved.Fun Time does not owe [redacted] any money back since our services were uses and the quotes were received. [redacted] will need to address the other companies for the refunds he is seeking from those agencies.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Hi [redacted],
I'm sending you a email in regards to my refund from [redacted], and Fun Time Vacation.  As I stated to u in my previous emails. I requested a refund of all monies forward to the defendants. I also contacted my local Attorney General. I was informed that the office would look into the matter. However, they also informed me that I may have to consult a attorney. I think a lawyer would be helpful,  but I'm afraid the legal fees will out weight the monies I'm requesting to be refunded back to me. Can you please update me on any changes. The  [redacted] claim that they couldn't speak to me in regards to this matter due to me filling a claim with this office,  I don't know what else to do. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],
After reading [redacted]'s complaint and pulling her files this is what I have found. [redacted] paid the fees for two different vacations. [redacted] only received a quote for the round trip airfare. The second vacation was for 3 day hotel accommodations...

with round trip airfare. Since no quote was given for this vacation I will be able to refund the $7000. For to the first vacation, the round trip airfare no refund can be issued since the vacation quote was received.I am sorry that [redacted] is upset with the company that gave her the brochure for the two different vacations. Fun Time does not advertise or sell mail out any type's vacation packages. Fun Time does not use promo Codes this must have come from the very first company that [redacted] dealt with. It is possible that the first company sent her to Fun Time by mistake. Fun Time only provides quotes for the vacation requests We receive. Fun Time has hundreds of companies nationwide that send their clients to us to provide discounted vacations. Fun Time has no knowledge if they were sold, given or awarded the vacations we offer. Some have clients have stated they attended seminars, Charity auctions to receive the bonus discount Vacation we offer. This is all explained on Our Website were each customer must accept our terms and conditions to be able to submit a vacation request. Please instruct [redacted] to go to our refund department email address at [email protected] and request the refund of $7000 for the unused vacation deposit for the 3 night hotel accommodations. Please instruct [redacted] to put the name Donna, and her position as Comptroller in the email. This will speed up the refund process and [redacted]'s file will be brought straight to her office for the refund to be process immediately.
Sincerely,Donna

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted]
I got their reply. There was no $100  check that I included in the refund request.   There is a $138  check and a $50 check.  The travel center check was the initial activation fee and the fun time vacations check was the deposit. These companies are one in the same. Exact mailing address and phone numbers. I contacted their refund department and followed their procedures before I contacted the business bureau and they refused to refund. Their ploy of taxes and charges, which are customary in free vacation offers were more that if I booked the trip and paid totally out of pocket. I will be happy to re apply for the refund but I'm sure they will turn it down again. Whoever is writing their emails needs a little polish on using the English language [redacted]

April 20, 2015Dear [redacted],After reading the letter from [redacted] and pulling the file [redacted] only paid Fun Time $100.00. This was for the vacation quote that was provided to [redacted]. It is not Fun Times responsibility to make clients stay within the guidelines of what was purchased or given to any client. If a client chooses to travel and not follow the Tuesday or Wednesday restrictions for the discounted program Fun Time provides the quote that was requested. Please refer to the quote that [redacted] provided your agency. Their party requested a Sunday Departure which is not within the guidelines of the promotional vacations we offer. As to [redacted]'s reference to the free airline for the adults that was not indicated on her booking request form, but on that form we request all clients to go to the website again and read the terms and conditions prior to sending in their request. If [redacted] would have put the airfare for the adults were "Free" we would have addressed that issue prior to giving a quote for her request. Fun Time allows customers to upgrade their vacation to meet the needs of the travelers from first class to alcony cabins if so desired.I do not understand why [redacted] is requesting Fun Time to refund money that was not paid to Fun Time. Fun Time only provided the quote that was requested. Fun Time cannot be held responsible for a client requesting an upgrade that will cost more. In our terms and conditions it states. The following are a few things to know before using the vacation site. We want to make sure your travel arrangements go smoothly. You are here because you have an agreement with a Company that either gave you or sold you the VRC program. Each Company that chooses to use our program is given strict guidelines about our program in order to market our program. VRC is not responsible for any commitments made to you by any other company verbal or written, VRC is only responsible for the terms listed on this site.1. The fees you see listed on the [redacted] site are for off peak season. Peak season travel is available at peak season surcharges. Void where prohibited by law. 2. Peak season is considered the high season of travel and is determined by the location you wish to travel to. Some destinations have different peak seasons than others. Please remember that all vacations require a 90 day advance notice except groups larger than 8 people, then at least 120 days' notice is required 3. Certain time and day restrictions apply to all vacations and is at the discretion of the booking companies.4. Group travel is welcome, however hotels, resorts, flights, cruises are based on availability that is why VRC cannot guarantee group travel. We will make every effort to accommodate all groups, even if it utilizes more than one hotel or airline. For groups larger than 8 people an advance notice of at least 120 days is required. 5. The booking company | vacation provider is an independent company and not affiliated with the company you received your vacation from, they have no knowledge of who you received your vacation from or the terms of that agreement, they are only able to answer questions about your vacation. If you have any questions regarding the terms of your vacation please ask the company that issued it to you.6. Once you have registered and submitted your vacation request with the booking company they will be happy to answer any questions about your request. If you have not registered with the booking company they will not be able to answer any question. 7. If you have registered and have questions please email [email protected] 8. In order to receive the least expensive quote possible from the booking company there are a few things to consider. The booking company will only give you a quote for what you request, if you are flexible in the days of the week you travel or you can fly on a less busy fly day your quote will be less expensive. 9. The quote you receive from the booking company is the current quote based on current pricing. If you have already paid fees those fees will have already been deducted from that quote. 10. If you have any questions please go to the FAQS at the bottom of the VRC Rewards page on this site 11. Once you have registered, filled out your vacation request forms and submitted them you will be contacted with a quote for your vacation.12. The quote that you receive will only be good for ashort time so it is imperative that you accept and pay your fees quickly to avoid any change in your quote.13. Vacation pricing is subject to change prior to payment being made and vacation being confirmed. All travel must be booked and taken within 15 months of purchase. 14. The vacation deposit that you have paid will be deducted from your final fees.REFUND POLICY Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request and received a quote at your request, there are no refunds of the vacation deposit. So prior to [redacted] submitting her request to Fun Time she was made aware of the restrictions of what she was submitting to receive the quote for. Since 911 airlines, hotels and cruise lines do not offer the Commission to book travel. Fun Time does receive a discounted price and passes that to our clients. That is why the fees paid to Fun Time cannot be refunded once the quote is received. We do offer a discounted cost for additional quotes if requested.Since Fun Time does not do any "Free" vacations or airfares. I suggest that [redacted] goes back to the company that she states sold her a black Friday special and have them book the vacation. It is possible that they have sent [redacted] to Fun Time by mistake. I do not know how they can offer complimentary airfare for 1 adult in their email to [redacted] since Fun Time does not do vouchers that were mentioned. That statement is what has leads me to believe that [redacted] sent her us by mistake. Since they stated in their email they have more than one booking company and since Fun Time does not mail or call travelers to activate travel vouchers. We do not know about any client until they have submitted their request for the quote. I would refer [redacted] back to [redacted] to receive the vacation they sold her.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

Very difficult to deal with and find a real person to speak with. They will only communicate by E-mail. If you attempt to modify your vacation, the price will go up. You will not get back any fees that you have paid.

I have enclosed copies of Mr. [redacted] file to support my response to his request for a refund for Advertising Issues. Fun Time does not sell, promote or advertise anything, we have different companies all over the United States that send their clients to our company to provide discounted trips....

On the Signed document from Mr. [redacted] we ask all clients to “Please read the terms and conditions on WWW.VacationfeservationCenter.com prior to submitting this form". On our web site it also covers our refund policy that "Once you have been issued a code, submitted a reservation request or received a quote at your request there are NO REFUNDS from Fun Time Vacations of thedeposit made".The reason that Mr. [redacted]'s quote was higher than expected is as stated on the copy I have provided; "Your vacation package is to be used during off peak travel and vacationing times however, if you choose to vacation or travel during peak time or season we will provide you with a quote that contains applicable surcharges up to and including the standard vacation cost. The following factors influenced the price of your vacation package".• The requested vacation is under 90 days.• The requested departure day is a peak fly day.• The destination you have chosen to travel to is in its peak season for your chosen dates.Since Fun Time did not sell Mr. [redacted] the airline voucher he is claiming to be FREE suggest he goes back to the Company that gave him the FREE airline voucher as his complaint is about Advertising Issues. Since Fun Time does not offer any FREE vacations Mr. [redacted] will need to go to that company to receive the FREE vacation or airline vouchers. As to misleading Mr. [redacted] over the telephone that must have been the company that sent him to Our Website to receive his quote from since 90% of What We do is via email correspondence I can almost guarantee that Mr. [redacted] did not speak to the agent that sent him his quote. With that being said there can be no refund issued since the quote was given just as it states on the signed document that Mr. [redacted] sent to our company.Sincerely,

Dear [redacted],After reading the letter from [redacted] and pulling the file [redacted] only paid Fun Time $100.00. Fun Time allows customers to upgrade their vacation to meet the needs of the travelers from first class to alcony cabins if so desired.
I do not understand why [redacted] is requesting Fun Time to refund money that was not paid to Fun Time. VRC is not responsible for any commitments made to you by any other company verbal or written, VRC is only responsible for the terms listed on this site.
1. The fees you see listed on the [redacted] site are for off peak season. Peak season travel is available at peak season surcharges. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Peak season is considered the high season of travel and is determined by the location you wish to travel to. Some destinations have different peak seasons than others. Please remember that all vacations require a 90 day advance notice except groups larger than 8 people, then at least 120 days' notice is required
3. Certain time and day restrictions apply to all vacations and is at the discretion of the booking companies.
7. If you have registered and have questions please email [email protected]
Once you have registered, filled out your vacation request forms and submitted them you will be contacted with a quote for your vacation.
12. The quote that you receive will only be good for ashort time so it is imperative that you accept and pay your fees quickly to avoid any change in your quote.
We do offer a discounted cost for additional quotes if requested.
Since Fun Time does not do any "Free" vacations or airfares. I would refer [redacted] back to [redacted] to receive the vacation they sold her.
Sincerely,
The Accounting Department
