Outstanding and prompt service! Future Income Payments came through for me when no one else would. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you!

I have to say that working to get my cash advance with this company went smoothly and quickly. Everything was organized in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision to enter into this transaction. The people that assisted me were the most polite and friendly people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. If I should ever need assistance in the future regarding a difficult situation I'm dealing with, I will not hesitate to reach out to this company again.

I would like to say that so far my experience with this company has been very good. Everyone that I have spoken with has been a true professional. I look forward to receiving my cash advanced so I could take care of some personal issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

There was a slight problem with the way that I had to get our Identification cards to the company, but everything else went rather smooth. All the agents that I dealt were fantastic people and were very helpful. Thank you

I think that the customer service rep that help me with the cash advance was helpful and friendly. Although I feel their interest rates are way high the money will be helpful with some last minute bills. Customer service was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

I would like to compliment them on their customer service. They were also very helpful and prompt when returning my calls. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They also gave very specific answers to my questions which was very much appreciated!! Many Thanks!!!!!

You guys were truly a blessing for my family and myself, everyone there was extremely nice and handled my particular case in timely manner, with a few bills that I am now able to alleviate, I am able to relax and enjoy the remaining of my kid's summer, who knows maybe now I could have a mini vacation and enjoy my family, Stress free, thanks again guys, and I am certainly looking forward to a beautiful relationship with yall, thanks Future Income Payments!

I would like to thank everyone who was involved on my cash advanced. I was impressed with everyone whom I talk too. Keep up the good work. You guys came through when I needed the cash advanced. Thanks, Stanley

After assuring me I would have no problem getting the money I need, and jerking me around for a couple of weeks, changing the offers given to me, even offers given by supervisors . . . trying their utmost best to beat me out of every dime possible, we finally agreed on an amount where they would still get a substanstial payback for the measley amount they were giving me. However, since I demanded they stick to the last offer they quoted me, which they tried once again to change, they went thru the whole verification process, and found a way out of working with me afterall! They knew from the very beginning what type of settlement they were working with yet, when I made them stick with the last offered amount, they looked high and low for a way out of it simply because I would only be paying them back $21,000 instead of $30,000.

Unbelievable how this company is allowed to get away with these markups!!! Is there absolutely no government regulation of them at all?? I am so glad it didn't work out but, quite honestly, it wasn't going to anyway on my part, because no way was I signing on there crooked dotted line!!!!

I will be contacting the State Attorney General's office regarding this matter.

People very nice to work with. No hassle. Very quick to respond. Would recommend.

The associates helped me get a cash advance to do repairs on my home. The associates were very nice and helpful.

I just wanted to share my experience in requesting a cash advance with this company. Generally, I do not use these services because of the negative cloud that surrounds them but from the initial phone call they have surpassed my every expectation. They took their time to carefully explaining the process and the fees that would be incurred. I am in the process or requesting custody and thanks to their simple process for a cash advance I will be able to complete the request faster since I will have the funds immediately available. My son keeps asking to live with me and with their help I will be able to make that happen much sooner.

Needed this cash advance service for emergency. The associates were very thorough and we appreciated that.

Thank u for your cashadvance,I feel that u all did a great job. In help me.

Review: I contact the company mid January for a loan on a pension I am receiving. I have been shuffled around by several different people in the company. Every time I deal with a new person there is some additional paper work they need. After we printed out the all the paper work they needed and got the one notorized that need to be done we sent in all that was required. They still needed me to call the bank and verify the payments I received even though I have sent several bank statements and award letter stating the amount. I have sent a color copy of my ID about 4 times already. After all this was done I was told on Wednesday February 18 that they would send my contract via email for me to sign tomorrow morning. On Thursday afternoon I had not received the contract yet so called and spoke with a different person who told me it would be sent in the morning and they would follow up. After I did not receive the contract or a phone call I started calling. I left several messages to get a call back but did not receive one. I finally reached someone on Friday the 20th at about 4:00 pm and was told that they were working on it. I sent several emails asking when it was going to be sent and all I got was a response of "im working on it". I am still being told it will take 5-7 business to process after they receive the contract back. As of today I have not even received the contract.Desired Settlement: This has been on on going process for about a month. I would like the contract sent to me so I can sign and begin the processing period so I can be funded as I was promised. I was told the funding would be available well before the end of the month and I would like for that promise to be honored.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Though it is true that I was funded on the said date I did not receive the entire amount that I was suppose to get. The contract I signed on February 23, 2015 stated I should receive a certain amount. The "final contract" they are saying that I signed through docusign on February 24, 2015 has a different amount on it. The copy they sent me does have my name on it and a signature, but it is not my signature, nor did I sign any document on that date. I have a copy of the contract that has my signature on it that was signed on the 23rd of February. Still have not been able the reach the employee in funding that handled this nor will he return any of my phone calls. The supervisor that was assigned to handle my account after I grew impatient now has nothing to do with it and also will not return my calls. I did reach another employee in funding and was informed that I will be contacted by their funding and legal department about this matter. Still have not heard from either one of those departments. Now this has me wondering since they are getting their legal department involved should I get my attorney involved. This is something that I do not know because the lack of communication from the company as a whole.

Regards,

[redacted]Re: Complaint ID [redacted]

[redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],We are in receipt of your follow up email referencing Complaint ID [redacted] ("Complaint"). Acopy of what you sent to me on March 26th is attached for reference. Also attached is the actualsecond response from Mr. [redacted] sent by Ms. ** on March 1 01h. I apologize for my delay inresponding as the second email from Ms. ** was lost in my email system.Mr. [redacted] makes reference to a discrepancy between the amount he was funded and the contracthe believed was the final contract for his transaction. He also makes reference to the final contractthat agrees to his funded amount as being signed through DocuSign. In reviewing the informationrelated to Mr. [redacted]'s transaction, it appears the contract was re-quoted and finalized onFebruary 24, 2015. The change was due to certain parameters not meeting our underwritingguidelines to offer the original amount offered to Mr. [redacted]. These changes required theamount to be funded to be decreased by $500, with a corresponding decrease in the Monthly CashFlow. We use DocuSign, a third party software, which provides a link to documents so they can besecurely reviewed, approved, and electronic signed using a signature of the recipients choosing.Access to these documents is through the recipients email only. Once the documents are signedand sent back to us, a confirmation is sent by DocuSign to the person's email address to confirmthe documents have been signed and sent. Per review of our records, the revised contract was sent, agreed to and signed by Mr. [redacted] on February 24,2105.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion we have caused Mr. [redacted]. I willrequest that our Operations Manager reach out to Mr. [redacted] to discuss this matter further anddetermine if there is additional documentation we can provide showing the documentation processthat was followed. We will also use this experience to improve our processes so that we canprevent this from happening in the future.Sincerely,[redacted], President

The process took way too long. That and the interest rate is way to high considering the loan goes against my retirement. You need to expand your hours to better accommodate your clients. Also consider that we are struggling and should consider that when determining what interest rate to charge

It was a good experience
