Future Income Payments Reviews (422)

I feel future payments are a very reliable and resourceful cash advance company. They are assisting me with cash advance to help me get all of my bills in order and to make only one payment versus five. They are making it easy and with very friendly service for me to obtain this cash advance. It is much more reliable a cash advance payday loan, and more trustworthy.

I was extremely skeptical about this funding opportunity that my wife and I desperately needed. We spoke to the advisors, looked over our options which were limited due to our financial needs but we went ahead and filled out all the necessary documents for funding. The date we submitted our application was the 2nd of march 2016, on the morning of the 3rd we received a call from our funding specialist to inform us we were good to go and that our funds would be deposited in 3 to 5 business days.
On the evening of the 3rd I came across the Revdex.com site and found what could be determined as a deep sense of stress since there were a few comments that stated the difficulty in receiving there funds. To our true surprize and amazement the funds were deposited on 7th. Time line from approval to deposit was actually 2 business days since we had a weekend. Amazing and thank you.
For those contemplating yes it is extremely expensive, the company does not hide this reality, so be cautious, but again if you are reading this than you are probably in the same financial situation as my wife and I are.
Overall EXCELLENT in all regards.
Paul

We are in receipt of your letter referencing Complaint ID [redacted] (“Complaint”). A...

copy is attached for reference.
We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused Mr. [redacted] (“Seller”). Mr. [redacted] makes reference to not being able to receive his original contract agreement and a copy of Future Income Payments, LLC operating license. Mr. [redacted] states he went on the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency Department of Business Oversight website and found that Future Income Payments, LLC, had been issued a “Desist and Refrain” Order for operating without a license. We do not agree with these statements as we believe there is a misunderstanding during the course of communication between Mr. [redacted] and our customer service representative. Please be assured, there was no intent to mislead or provide false information to Mr. [redacted] at any time during the period of these communications.
Upon review of various communications and call logs at our disposal related to Mr. [redacted], we determined that a copy of his original contract agreement was mailed to Mr. [redacted] on February 24, 2016, per his request and to the address he provided and this information should have been received. Future Income Payments, LLC, purchased a set amount of the income stream generated by the Seller’s pension for a current lump-sum payment of cash. This transaction is virtually identical to the sale of a stream of annuity payments from the settlement of a lawsuit in a structured settlement; but, instead of the cash flow coming from an annuity, the Seller utilized their future pension payments. Due to these facts, these transactions are not viewed as loans and do not contain an interest rate factor. There is currently no licensure requirement to perform these types of transactions and they are valid and enforceable.
We empathize with Mr. [redacted] and wish to resolve any continued misunderstandings as to the form and nature of the agreement he entered into. We would appreciate Mr. [redacted] letting us know if he would like us to refer this matter to our legal counsel for further follow up.
Sincerely,
[redacted], President

We are in...

A copy isattached for reference.Mr. [redacted] makes reference to his starting the process to receive a cash advance on February 20,2015 and as of Aprill, 2015 he had not been funded. He also makes reference to wanting to cancelthe transaction and to have all the documents returned to him. We acknowledge and agree to thesefacts as stated.
We at Future Income Payments, LLC ("FIP") operate as a financial services company providingthe opportunity for holders of pensions, annuities or other reliable cash flow streams ("Sellers") tosell a portion of those cash flows to interested purchasers of the cash flow streams ("Buyers") at adiscotmt, in order to receive a lump sum of cash. In this case, jt appears that the Buyer funds tomatch to his transaction did not become available within the time frame he was quoted during thecontract process. We will review the various communications and call logs at our disposal anduse this information to provide further training to all our representatives in order to avoid arecurrence of this w1fortunate situation. We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for not beingclearer in our communications as to what was causing the delay and to provide a more accmateestimate of when his funding would occur. In addition, Mr. [redacted] has requested that his paperwork be returned to him. All documentsreceived from the Seller is done so electronically through email or fax. We receive no originaldocuments from the Seller. In order to honor Mr. [redacted]'s request, we have deleted all electronicversions of documents associated with this transaction from our systems. This will include thecontract as well as any documents Mr. [redacted] had sent to us.
Again, we apologize to Mr. [redacted] for our substandard performance and we will work to improvethe customer experience in an effort to avoid any recurrence of this unfortunate situation.

Dear Mr. [redacted],We are in receipt of your letter referencing Complaint ID [redacted] (“Complaint”). A copy is attached for reference. We apologize for the confusion we have caused Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] makes a reference in her complaint that the pay-offamount is too high for her grandmother. At this...

time, Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a settlement for her grandmother with our customer service. Please be assured, there was no intent to mislead or provide false information to Ms. [redacted]'s grandmother at any time during the initial process or while the agreement has been in place.Section 3.5 of the agreement the Seller executed is entitled “Purchase Price Less Than Value of Pension Payments; Fair Consideration.” and explicitly states that “the Purchase Price is significantly less than the value the Seller would receive during the Term if the Seller chose not to sell the Purchased Asset under the terms of this Agreement. This section goes on to state “After careful consideration, Seller has determined that the Purchase Price is fair consideration for the sale of the Purchased Asset and that Seller wishes to sell the Purchased Asset pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.”Per review of Ms. [redacted]'s grandmothers file, she has made some monthly payments. Based on our review of her file, the call logs indicate that Ms. [redacted] attempted to contact our customer representative on behalf of her grandmother, but they were unable to speak to her as our respresentative requires authorization from Ms. [redacted]'s grandmother to be able to discuss her account directly with her granddaughter, Ms. [redacted]. At this time, Ms. [redacted] has not called back again with her grandmother on the call, therefore a settlement offer has not been discussed. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that has been caused and look forward to hearing from Ms. [redacted] in the near future so that we can resolve any additional issues that she may have.Sincerely,[redacted], President

Mr. [redacted] makes reference to our online advertising stating a minimum amount of pension
income of $250.00 and monthly income of $1,500.00 are needed to be considered for a cash
advance. He also states that after he completed the online application he received a message
back that his pension amount was not adequate to qualify as it needed to be at least $315.00 to
qualify. We acknowledge and agree to these facts as stated.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Mr. [redacted]. Our policy
had recently changed to increase the amount of minimum monthly pension income required to
qualify for a cash advance but our advertising had not been updated. This was an oversight on
our part and we have since updated our online advertising to represent the new requirements in
an effort to avoid a recurrence of this unfortunate situation.
In addition, Mr. [redacted] has requested that we honor the advertised minimum amount he
viewed in the advertising and provide him a cash advance. As a result of our mistake, we have
attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] for the past week in order to discuss a cash advance that we can
offer based on the pension level he has available. As of this writing, Mr. [redacted] has not returned our
calls/messages to discuss this matter further. We will keep his information on file through November 30, 2014
if he wishes to contact us and discuss terms for a cash advance.
Again, we apologize to Mr. [redacted] for our substandard performance and we will work to
improve the customer experience in an effort to avoid any recurrence of this unfortunate
situation.

Dear Ms. [redacted],We are in receipt of your letter referencing Complaint ID [redacted] (“Complaint). A copy is attached for reference. We apologize for the confusion we have caused Ms. [redacted]. will be paying back too much in comparison to how much she was approved for. She also states that her monthly bill does not specify any type of interest rate, and when inquiring about the interest rate with one of our customer service representative. Ms. [redacted] states that she could not get an answer nor acknowledgement of the question. At this time, Ms. [redacted] would like to have her monthly payments lowered. Please be assured, there was no intent to mislead or provide false information to Ms. [redacted] at any time during the initial process or while the agreement has been in place.Future Income Payments, LLC (FIP) purchased a set amount of the income stream generated by the Seller's pension for a current lump-sum payment of cash. Disclosure No. 4 then goes on to specifically state the lump-sum purchase price the Seller is receiving, the total amount of payments the Seller would have received if they had not sold their future income stream, and the difference between those two amounts.Per review of Ms. [redacted]'s file, she is up to date on her monthly payments so at this time, we would advise Ms. [redacted] to contact our Collections Department at [redacted], and speak with a representative about the possibility of adjusting her scheduled payments to a more agreeable amount. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that has been caused and look forward to hearing from Ms. [redacted] in the near future so that we can resolve any additional issues that she may have.Sincerely,[redacted], President

Dear Ms. [redacted],We are in receipt of your letter referencing Complaint ID [redacted] (“Complaint). A copy is attached for reference.Mr. [redacted] makes an additional reference that he is unwilling to provide FIP with his social Security number because he believes it is fraud and does not want to provide personal information over the phone not knowing whom he is talking to. Mr. [redacted] also states the N.J. Division of Pensions and Benefits does not have any record of a contract with FIP and if there was indeed a contract, the N.J. Division of Pensions and Benefits would have the documentation to prove he sold his benefits to FIP. Mr. [redacted] still claims that he never received any funds from FIP and his financial institution does not reflect a deposit as well. Mr. [redacted] also advised that he did not file a police report as he is a retired law enforcement officer and has many years of experience so feels it was unnecessary to file a report. At this time, Mr. [redacted] would like documentation from the N.J. Division of Pensions and Benefits indicating he sold his benefits to FIP for a financial deposit.Upon further review of the communications and call logs at our disposal related to Mr. [redacted], we determined that FIP did in fact conduct a pension verification with Mr. [redacted] in May 2016 along with the amount he receives from his pension. Mr. [redacted]'s pension company, however, will not have any contract regarding Mr. [redacted] nor with FIP since the contract is between Mr. [redacted] and FIP. We have in our possession the signed contract by Mr. [redacted] along with his picture I.D., banking information; and several documents provided and signed by Mr. [redacted]. We have also determined that Mr. [redacted] had made his first initial payment to FIP in July 2016, and in effort to receive additional payments. Mr. [redacted] was contacted via phone, regular mail and email after the Second payment was not received. FIP has also reminded Mr. [redacted] on several occasions that this is not fraud in any way and that the personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential. At this time, we will continue to coordinate with our Collections Manager to seek legal advice from our legal department as to what course of action to take with Mr. [redacted]. We would appreciate if Mr. [redacted] would contact our customer service department in order to resolve thisissue at 1-888-703-3313.Sincerely,Scott Kohn, President

I was told funding would take 3 to 5 business days from the time I submitted my contract completed here I am on business day 6 and no funding people never return calls or know what is going on to this day I am not funded causing me to be homeless and careless because I believed in the time frame I was told and was told cause my pension was from the VA it was quicker to get funded

Positive reviews raving about this company have to be from people involved with this organization. My fiancée, a veteran got taken for $9,000. When he called about paying back his loan in full, he was told he owed $96,000! Yes, $96,000 for a $9,000 loan? These people are worse than loan sharks!

They are a Rip Off indeed. I paid my loan off in full and I received a 1099 that was reported to the IRS. When calling this company advising that I sent a 1099 and if I had a to pay taxes on a loan they told me it was not a loan but a cash advance. They said I need consult a tax adviser. I am contacting my Attorney and the IRS. They got the wrong one here!

We got a $2100 loan from these people, only to find out that they want to take $40,000 from his Pension! This is just plain wrong. These people took advantage of our desperation. We will be filing legal action and have contacted our State Attorney General.

I have bad credit I admit........however, in a rush to borrow 2100.00 because the pit bull chewed and destroyed my partial plate, I started putting out applications for the loan. Low and behold Future Income Payments LLC responds. Very smooth, oh sure we can lend you that. We talked daily until the loan was in the department to be disbursed. Prior to this I asked the girl how much did she think the payment amount/month would be?.....Around 150.00 and Im adding in my head, 150 for 3 years ok 5400.00 payback of 2100.00.......ok Im saying to myself well its your own fault for the bad credit. The last part of the story is my neglect for not looking at the contract they sent for my signature. Ok [redacted], we sent it out, the quicker you get it back, the quicker the money will be disbursed.....allrighty, 2100.00 is wired into my bank. Last week I called to see when they would extraxt, oh that does'nt happen until the 6th, {april}..........oh it came out,. 350.00 for not 36 months that I stupidly thought it was. No its 5 years....350.00 for 60 months=21,000.00!!!..........litigation will be involved!!

+1

Hi, my name is Jay. I too,got a loan from these Sharks. They only gave me 3,038.00 dollars ,and asking 350.00 for 60 months. That is flat out "predatory. Any advice ? I do plan to seek legal assistance to resolve this !

Hi,
Same thing happened to me.
How can I go about litigation against this company ?

I was told funding would take 3 to 5 business days from the time I submitted my contract completed here I am on business day 6 and no funding people never return calls or know what is going on to this day I am not funded causing me to be homeless and careless because I believed in the time frame I was told and was told cause my pension was from the VA it was quicker to get funded
