I called in on March 23rd to cancel my orderI spoke with a guy on the phoneAt first he acted like I never placed and order and said he could not see an account for my name etcThis became very frustrating because my card was charged by that company for the shipping of the productsAfter going back and forth with this rude man, he said oh he finally saw it in their systemI told him to kindly cancel my order because I bought the product for a friend who wanted to try itHe said sure and that I'll be getting and emailThat email never came, and today I'm getting alerts from my bank that this company has charged me $plus $I called in an spoke with another rep and she was rude as wellShe said basically I never called in to cancelI have the screenshot of the date and time I called this company because this was the first time I'd call their numberThese people would not admit that they were wrong by trying to swindle me out of money [redacted] poor service!!!!!
