Hello, Per the business response I sent the items back with the RMA #'s [redacted]  and [redacted] for a refund less the restocking fee. I sent the items back via USPS on 6/12/16 with tracking number [redacted]  . I have not received the refund yet and it has been over a month. I have been waiting to update the claim to satisfied once I received the refund but now it appears the company just said they would refund the funds so I would note the claim I was satisfied. I still want the refund. Do I need to open another claim?Thank you[redacted]

I received a product, the would not return it without charging me a fee. They were very rude and disrespectful when I called to handle the situation. They also have many phone numbers and websites for the same product. Over just awful!!

customer paid shipping fees at this time for a 30-day supply of the product Garcinia Pure and Green Coffee Pure and receiving a 14-day trial period.The “Free Trial” pertains to the time we are allowing our customers to use our product before their commitment to purchase the product, not for the actual product.  During their initial trial, customers who are unsatisfied with the product are free to call our customer service agents to cancel within the trial period without ever being charged the purchase price. Under the terms of this agreement, the customer will keep the most recently received order, and no refunds will be issued; all future orders to this customer will be discontinuedUpon further review of the customer account, the customer has filed a dispute of charges with their cardholder or bank. Because these charges were being investigated, we are no longer authorized to issue any changes or refunds to the customer’s account. When Dawn contacted the Customer Service support
about cancelling her account, per her request on March 15, 2016, the customer
service department implemented that no additional charges would be applied to her
account as requested.
After reviewing the customer account,
and the tracking information on the products shipped, we shown the product has
been delayed. Therefore, we have issued a refund on both products, and the
customer may keep the products shipped to them.
A refund for the product Garcinia was
issued on March 17, 2016 in the amount of $89.00, a refund for the product Coffee
was also issued on March 17, 2016 in the amount of $88.00.
Refunds are
made to the source of the original payment, and processing generally takes 4 to
5 business days. 
We hope this will satisfy her concerns as well abide
by our policies.

I ordered the product with a fourteen day trial and within a week they charged my account the full price. When I called about it they said I was past my trial date. They said the trial started when I ordered it. They would not refund my money and were very rude and argumentative. I also noticed they have different numbers.

about cancelling his account, per his request on April 16, 2016, the customer
service department implemented that no additional charges would be applied to
his account as requested and cancelled his account.  The customer was then issued an RMA number
for the return of the products.
According to the customer account the customer was issued a partial refund
for product Garcinia issued on April 16, 2016 in the amount of
$31.15. There
was a refund issued for product Coffee issued on
April 16, 2016 in the amount of $30.80

At this time, in order for the consumer to receive a partial refund (minus $20 for restocking fee) for the product for which they were charged, the policy clearly states that the consumer is to return the merchandise for each order within a 30-day time frame of receiving the RMA number. There is no approved partial refund that can be issued until after we have received the returned products with RMA number at one of the addresses provided and confirmed.
 Please keep in mind that any approved refund cannot be issued until the returned product has been received. Also please note, products must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issue date for partial refund that was agreed upon during your conversation with our representative. 
 We suggest that you send the package using a traceable carrier that can provide tracking information and/or proof of delivery (keep a copy of the receipt). We can’t be responsible for non-delivery or loss by the carrier.

Please be aware this is not a really free trial, with shipping fees only. This company will put you on a shipment list and after 14 days charge your acct 80-160$ . they will not refund your money even if you return the product and the customer service is pathetic. They are solely there to make sure no refund is issued to anyone and talk in circles. I repeatedly requested a manager or supervisor and was ignored. Since I had the product I used it and it doesn't work! Expensive lesson. Avoid this product
