Coffee on February 8, 2016. The customer paid shipping fees at this time for a 30-day
supply of the product Garcinia and Coffee and receiving a 14-day trial period.
The “Free Trial” pertains to the time
we are allowing our customers to use our product before their commitment to
purchase the product, not for the actual product.  During their initial trial, customers who are
unsatisfied with the product are free to call our customer service agents to
cancel within the trial period without ever being charged the purchase price. Customers
are also free to call into our customer service center and have their trials
extended if they feel they need more time to review the potential benefits of
its use before they commit.
Our customer service number is made
available to the consumer right after their initial purchase, as we send an
order confirmation email to the email address they used to order their
trial.  We also have the number disclosed
on the packing slip and brochure that accompanies the product when it is
shipped, our website, and the number is also located on the product itself.

service center is available 24-7 including holidays. 
On February 23, 2016 this customer was charged for
the Garcinia product on February 27, 2016 charged for Coffee product and by
doing do the customer was registered as an auto delivery customer.  Since, we had not received any communication
from the customer to our support center at this time with any concerns on their
account.
When [redacted] contacted the Customer Service support
about cancelling his account, per his request on April 5, 2016, the customer
service department implemented that no additional charges would be applied to his
account as requested, therefore the customer’s account has been cancelled.

After reviewing the customer account, we
have issued the customer a refund per their request. A refund for the product Coffee
was issued on April 8, 2016 in the amount of $88.00. Also a refund was issued
for the product Garcinia, this was also issued on April 8, 2016, in the amount
of $44.50. The customer total refund issued is $132.50.
Refunds are made to the source of the original payment, and processing
generally takes 4 to 5 business days. 
Unfortunately,
there will be no additional refund issued to this customer due to our 30-day
return policy. According to our records the customer has pass the allotted time
frame.
We hope this will satisfy his concerns as well abide
by our policies.

Hello, Per the business response I sent the items back with the RMA #'s [redacted]  and [redacted] for a refund less the restocking fee. I sent the items back via USPS on 6/12/16 with tracking number [redacted]  . I have not received the refund yet and it has been over a month. I have been waiting to update the claim to satisfied once I received the refund but now it appears the company just said they would refund the funds so I would note the claim I was satisfied. I still want the refund. Do I need to open another claim?

My wife ordered this dietary product from the claims of its effectiveness. Back in Dec of 2015 she cancelled the order but of course we had been billed for 2 additional months. We spoke to an agent in January 2016 who said to ship back the bottle to receive a refund. Seemed easy enough. The postal service delivered it and it sat there for 3 months. We received it back on April 4 2016 and called immediately to hear from a different agent they have no record of this to this point. But seeing that we were very upset would escalate this up and we should get our refund within 2 weeks. Time passed and we called again. We explained to Kira what Rico had told us. She said she sees his notes. She was going to escalate this (again) and we should receive receive a call from customer service which never came. We called back on April 21 and spoke to Don who escalated it again and said although this is actually to old to refund he would push it thru. Of course a week later we actually called and got the same person Don. He stated he did not say that. Unfortunately for him I had it on speaker phone and me my wife heard exactly the same thing. Demanded to speak to someone with authority and John got on the phone. By now it's going on 5 months and I'm being told it's so old I can't give full refund. Besides the fact that I still have the bottles which had to be shipped to them. I explained what happened in January and when I read off the address he said it was the wrong address. We verified it several times before we spent money to ship it back. So John gave us a PO Box. I paid to have it shipped and tracked again. It was received on Saturday July 30. I gave them a few days before I called to follow up . Dwayne said it should process with in 2 weeks. They had to receive it in inspect everything then issue approval and we could receive our refund in 2 weeks. My confidence is not high at this point.

The terms of this agreement, $38.71 will be charged to the customer on January
23, 2016, and all future orders to this customer will be discontinued with that
the customer can keep the trial order that has already been received.

by our policies.

I called in on March 23rd 2016 to cancel my order. I spoke with a guy on the phone. At first he acted like I never placed and order and said he could not see an account for my name etc. This became very frustrating because my card was charged by that company for the shipping of the products. After going back and forth with this rude man, he said oh he finally saw it in their system. I told him to kindly cancel my order because I bought the product for a friend who wanted to try it. He said sure and that I'll be getting and email. That email never came, and today I'm getting alerts from my bank that this company has charged me $89 plus $88. I called in an spoke with another rep and she was rude as well. She said basically I never called in to cancel. I have the screenshot of the date and time I called this company because this was the first time I'd call their number. These people would not admit that they were wrong by trying to swindle me out of money. [redacted] poor service!!!!! Y'all should be more sympathetic when customers call in, especially when you reps are not doing your jobs. To make it worse I was not even upset when I called in today 4/3/2016 to dispute the charges on my card. As I was explaining to [redacted] she cut me off in mid-sentence and had an attitude. I am very very very disgusted now!!!!!!

I contacted you about this co. on 8/29/15. You looked into it and got a response from them saying that they have refunded the $177.00 back to my account. That was on 9/10/15. As of today I have not received any of it. The ID # was [redacted].I would like them to refund my money like they said they would.

I ordered TWO products on a FREE Trial basis (and I only had to pay Shipping/ Handling.)
All of a sudden I'm getting ALL KINDS of charges on items that I didn't even receive (or order.)
When I called, they gave me this B.S. about not being able to take those charge off my account completely since these pills (Suppliments?) were not cancelled in time. How could I CANCEL them if I didn't order them?
They did agree to take off about $77.00, but still being charged about $100.00
It's almost impossible to STOP these shipments once you start them - even if it's just a simple request for a FREE SAMPLE.
