I am rejecting this response because: I fear that my complaint was not thoroughly evaluated by the business. My issue is primarily with product design and software, not the device itself. My particular watch is not defective and exchanging it would not resolve my problem. There is ample evidence on Garmin's own user forums that there are significant design problems with their wrist-worn devices as well as glitches in the Garmin Connect software that produce values well outside the range of what could be considered useful

Abdulla Z*** as my several emails I have subsequently provided enough details and explanations to be considered and hoping emails will be used as records and facts to proceed with unsatisfactory made up and unfair response which Revdex.com should look into and include in their investigations.as indicated and provided logs details trhough my email of 7/10/at 10:am confirms and providing actual results confirming Garmins made up fabricated claim.Dash Cam is available for inspections. I have records video P000--of 1.01pm to P000---of in parking due to heat when device failed and never recovered even after cooldown until car was later switched off and parked without even parking mode recording. IN parking mode I have several from P000--and another from P000--of 7.27pm to P000--66of 7.46pm when device shuts off totally while it should continuously be on and not shut off only until if voltage drops below drainage level which did not occur in mine when units shut off on P000--of 7.46pm as obove logs do comfirm failure point of P000--at 1:pm to P000--at unit failed due to over heat and never recoverd back after failure and cool downleaving car without live driving footage jeapaerdizing and compromising footage/evidence and our safety and for what consumers pays for. again there was RMA due to over heating even with Firmware version and second another unit received back with version is even worst and taking aways further its capabilities and functions as adverstised and SpecificationsUnit is of its substandards and with reduced capacity and capablities more over over heating to units failure. Hope all this have given enough information for Revdex.com to proceed and intervene so that consumers do not suffer losse due to defects and without its full performance but with reduced advertised Specifications.Unit is available to Revdex.com for inspections and verifications and to prove Garmins conflicting, cntradicting and misleading claim.it cant be that even after two both attempts unit continues to have over heating problems further to cut down and with reduced features then its original advertised specifications and operation and functionsIT is not fair that there are no transperancies

We contacted the customer and offered to exchange his device, but he informed us that he no longer wishes to have contact with Garmin We consider this closed, as a result Thank you

We mailed a check to the customer on June and apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by our delay Thank you

If the customer purchased the device on July 20, 2016, then it would still be covered by the one-year warranty The customer should visit our Support Center at support.garmin.com to get a RMA number to return the product to Garmin for warranty service Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Their brand new product is defective, I assume their QA also does rigorous testing on new products Why should I receive a used and previously defective product in replacement of a new defective product.Customer service should be top priority but obviously is not

They did NOT offer to exchange my
device which I would have happily acceptedInstead they called, left messages and asked that I call back to go through a troubleshooting processI certainly did not want to spend any more time on thisThis product was not even months old - there shoudl have been no issue w/ them repairing or replacingI STILL want my money back or it fixed or replaced and I do not want them calling me - I have Autism & do not use the phone
