We have tried to contact the customer directly to resolve this complaint, but have been unable to get in contact with him. We are ready to discuss a resolution if/when he returns our messages. Thank you

Please can the customer provide additional details, such as the date he purchased his product and whether he sent it to Garmin and never got it back from Garmin? Thank you

Garmin does have a one-year limited warranty, but since this device is well out of the warranty period, it would need to be serviced under our out-of-warranty procedure Thank you

Sorry, we received numerous outdated complaints from the Revdex.com last week due to a glitch, and mistakenly thought

If the customer's device is still covered under warranty, then we he can contact product support to get an RMA number and return the device in exchange for a replacement device

I received a call from company (Garmin) they provided with a satisfaction resolution a credit for the origin productI agree/decided to upgrade and pay the difference.THANK YOU Revdex.com!*** ***

Again, this is an old complaint.  Please check the date/year.  The recent complaint was filed end of 2017.  This is wasting time and becoming ridiculous.  I have yet to receive a response from the 2017 complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:I felt threatened by the representative that called me once again regarding collections. Their response of charging me $500+ dollars for pay as you go service when this is not the service migrated to was absurd. The representative also suggested that I was getting a good deal by paying the amount because she added to the total the months of October, November, December, January. In which I would have been paying $15/mth, n.ot $100/mth to make their presentation more likely to resolve the matter. I do not think this was fair and I feel other people looking into this service should be well aware of what they could be facing.

Their response was correct. The Customer Service actions were confusing and frustrating. This issue has been resolved via the company named [redacted]. I'm still confused regarding their relationship with Garmin since the documentation directed the customer to Garmin.

Is the customer saying she got an email from Garmin saying no refund will be given to her?  If so, can we get a copy of that email to investigate?  A refund should be in process.  Thank you.
