I had an issue with a leaking AC unit Noah of Genz-Ryan was able to determine the root problem and schedule an install of a new condenser coil and drainage pan that same day Noah had to to call different suppliers to find the right parts for my unit The installer showed up a couple hours later and was able to install the parts even though they had technical challenges due to drainage holes position on the unit
First experience with Genz-Ryan Plumbing and HeatingOn a July day that will have a heat index of over my home AC stopped pumping cool airCalled at 7:am and at noon Noah Fwas there to fix itHe gave me all the options starting with the least expensive and was able to fix it that wayI would HIGHLY recommend Genz-Ryan and specifically NoahI also purchased a silver $per month plan that will have them come twice a year for free to do maintenance inspections of my heating and AC

I cannot say enough good things about Matt He was so very nice and professional and courteous at all times He even cleaned up everything after he was done Nobody ever does that We usually have to do some significant cleaning after a service person leaves our home He had a tough time with some of the plumbing because it was over years old, but he just kept at it till it was done He did not quit when things got too tough He deserves a raise or at least a big bonus If we need a plumber , he is the only one I want even if he is busy at the time and we need to wait a day or so for him
