Rose M. came for our annual tune up on 03/21/2016. We request her as she has always treated us well and has done a good job for 3 years. This year, she found our 1986 air conditioning and furnace in bad shape. She went over all options, and we decided to replace it with a new York heat pump with a remote outdoor unit-air-source. She knew we were not expecting this much of an outlay of money at this being tax time, so she offered us payment options. She was very professional in all she did yesterday.

I had pat over for air and heat check as usual. he has always been great with us. even asked how my cancer is coming along! having all three contracts with geo. brazil makes feel comfortable. pat has been our air guy for a long time , we are very happy with him.

[redacted] was very professional and very honest. Called George Brazil for a second opinion. Another company told me I needed a repair that was going to cost me $1700. [redacted] showed up, did his inspection and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the part that the other company told me needed replacing. The batteries in the thermostat just needed replacement. It's nice to know that there are companies that are honest and are completely about helping the customer. They just earned my business for future repairs.

The plumbing service that [redacted]. of George Brazil gives is beyond excellent. He went above and beyond for me today and this isn't the first time, but is the best by far time. He deserves lots of positive recognition and rewards!
