George Brazil was great with the installation of our new a/c units. [redacted]. and his team worked from 7am-10pm to get our new units up and running in one day. He layed out to keep our floors clean and he always wore boot covers when on our carpet. He made sure that all of their construction mess was cleaned up. He kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. He was polite and listened to all our concerns and did his best to address them all. Very professional!

My service tech Oner was very courteous and friendly, and he took sufficient time to explain to me what issues/costs I was facing to repair my A/C system. When he determined my evap coil couldn't be repaired, he explained why by showing me the coil's leak. Unfortunately for me, I had to pay for a new coil, but I was confident in the install job that Oner did.

Rafael G. and Peter D. did a grand job on my installation of a new a/c-heating unit. They were very professional, knew their job and cleaned up any mess they made. I give them a 10 rating for their job performance. My saleman, Peter [redacted] was also fantastic to deal with and communicated with me as needed.

Once again Michelle J. has given us a great service experience in maintaining our A/C unit. We have complete confidence in her abilities and trust that we are in good hands.

Roy H[redacted] has been serving my AC/Heating for several years and he is EXCELLENT!!! Roy is so considerate and so friendly. I respect Roy for his honesty and integrity. Five Star rating for Roy!!

Rafael G. and Sherwin A. were courteous. They explained what they were going to do. Then they did it and showed the improved numbers from before and after. They then cleaned up after themselves completely. They were here over seven hours and thus completed a thorough job!

Charley L. from George Brazil showed up on the appointed day after first calling before arriving. He was friendly but professional and checked our heat pump ( this was a 6 month checkup my wife and I signed up for). He gave us tips for taking care of our heat pump and information to better trap fine dust in our intake filter element. Very happy with the service and told us options without the hard sell. Very pleased.

I have been a customer of George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating for a few years now and will continue to stay with them. They are by far one of the best companies I have ever used, always a pleasure to deal with from their customer service reps at the office to the technicians that come to the house. This is a true professional company and worthy of praise.

Josh was terrific. He took the time to keep us informed as he was troubleshooting our system, and figured out the problem by going back and taking a second look at our upstairs unit. Then he performed the maintenance on the entire system, and went over all the resulting readings with us. One of the classic coaching lines is 'Be quick, but don't hurry'..........that was Josh today.

George Brazil AC &Heating comes annually to our home for checkups of both AC and Heating. A problem was found and Brazil immediately sent someone up to fix it. Our mechanic was Mike Fetters. He was thorough, friendly, highly knowledgeable and very professional. And most importantly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend George Brazil for AC and Heating and all the staff(Mike this time) that we have had.

[redacted] was completely professional and knowledgeable as far as fixing what was in his power to fix, and he came across as being someone who is very polite, honesty and who has a high degree of integrity. I felt totally at ease with the fact that [redacted] knew exactly what he was doing and I am completely comfortable that he will take it upon himself to make sure the remaining issues related to the air conditioner installation are resolved in an expedient manner.
