He was professional and courteous towards our home and pets. We appreciate your service.

We called George Brazil to have a light and a light switch installed in a closet. George Brazil sent [redacted] to perform the electrical work. [redacted]’s professionalism on including the homeowner continuous participation and explaining our different options between, a light on the ceiling or to have a Wall Sconce was very informative. So we decide on the Wall Sconce. First of all, [redacted] ask for our input as to where we would like the placement of the Wall Sconce and light switch, once everything was measured he showed us the location of where the final placement of the Wall Sconce and light switch would be mounted. His experience and patience’s to explain to us any questions or concerns we may have had were answered to our satisfaction. To my surprise [redacted] installation was methodical as though he was placing it in his own home. The quality and craftsmanship performed was outstanding, because the Wall Sconce and light switch looks as it has always been there. Secondly, we found [redacted]’s thorough inspection of our present electrical wiring in our house very positive. [redacted] pointed out that the outlet next to the laundry sink should be a GFI outlet, which is something that the homebuilder and the city inspector missed. Third, [redacted] was informative about our fire detectors being older than ten years old, and should probably be replaced. I was skeptical so I looked on the Environmental Protection Agency website [redacted]l and [redacted] was being truthful. Finally, [redacted] also checked our electrical panels which is 17 years old and informed us, that in the future we should consider breaker switch replacements. This was our first time to use George Brazil for any work. The professionalism and quality of work that [redacted] performed tells us that George Brazil prides themselves with quality service and in turn repeated customers. In the near future we will be calling George Brazil and asking for [redacted] to complete all of our electrical needs.

George Brazil HVAC technician, [redacted]. was just here to service my unit. She is efficient, knowledgable,answers all questions I might have and is very courteous. George Brazil should be proud to have her as an employee. I have never had a complaint about any work performed by George Brazil employees. I would recommend them to anyone who might ask.

Our a/c went out on a Sunday morning! I called George Brazil at about 10:00 a.m. We were given a window of 12pm to 4pm. The technician arrived shortly before 12:30. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair and our a/c was back on by 1pm. Outstanding customer service and [redacted]. was very professional, courteous and proficient! Thanks George Brazil!!!

We have relied on [redacted] for all aspects of our heating and A/C service. We trust him and he has always done an exceptional job.

Review: On the coldest day of the year we found ourselves with no heat in the westerly half of our home. I had just been recently discharged from [redacted] where I'd had open heart surgery, a fact made known to the service tech when he arrived since shivering was increasing my chest pain and it was imperative a fix be made. Only 1 of our 2 heating/cooling systems was operative.

After checking the thermostat the tech made his way into the crawl space above the master bedroom wing, spent some time up there and re-emerged to show us a photo that he had to scroll through his phone to find. It purportedly was of the exhaust flue which had separated cleanly - no evidence of fasteners nor duct tape visible. He literally shouted at us that we were being exposed to carbon monoxide, a product of the burning of the natural gas that fueled the furnace. "Why didn't you call us sooner?" he wanted to know, to impress us with the urgency and danger we were exposed to.

I asked how that separation might have happened. His answer? "Maybe a bird got into your attic and flew into the pipe and caused it to separate." That was his sole explanation of how the cleanly separated flue could have become disjointed. He offered no evidence to support that.

He also said he found a broken wire.

Having been instructed to avoid stress at all costs I told him to go ahead and make the repairs - asking how he would rejoin the flue. He said he would use several mechanical fasteners, not just duct tape.

It was obvious to the tech when he arrived that I was in no condition to climb the ladder so he could show me the problem in situ. It is also obvious that the photo could have been at some other location since he had to scroll through several in order to locate it - usually the last photo taken is the first to be seen when reviewing pictures on a phone.

Even if this was in fact a picture of our flue he could have disassembled the pipe joint before taking the picture. Certainly he had the time to do that, to create an "urgently required fix." The fact that our CO detector had been silent at all times (located just outside our master bedroom at floor level) implied there had been no such exposure as he claimed. Even now, a month later, I cannot go up into the crawl space to examine his purported work because I am still recovering from having my chest split open for the heart surgery - BUT I am willing to pay to have a forensic examination if need be to determine if fraud had been perpetrated on an ill senior by an unscrupulous repair man, with the attendant consequences for Ajac Inc.

When I was shocked by the $749.07 charge he said "don't worry, the entire amount can be applied against a monthly service contract and all your repairs will be covered thereafter." He really pushed the service contract idea and obviously his compensation is tied to selling those contracts.

Heeding my cardiologist's warning against stress I told him to just complete the billing and we'd think about that service contract.

An hour after his departure we were not getting any warmer and I investigated why - turns out this "expert" had forgotten to turn the system back on at the thermostat. Once I flipped the switch the heat began to flow. I called the tech who provided his cell phone number on the billing and chewed him out for forgetting to turn the heat back on.

The amount billed is unconscionable given what he purportedly did to make the repair. This is a fraud perpetrated on a very sick senior citizen who was in no position to question the veracity of the claims being made (cleanly separated flue pipe whatever the cause, bird or no). It is also clear that he was there to sell a long term service contract by virtue of his urging that we buy it and get the full credit of the $749.07 billed for that contract.Desired Settlement: a 90% refund ($675) of the grossly excessive charges. A curtailment of abusive practices. An apology would be nice also.

[redacted] of George Brazil did a fantastic job of immediately identifying the cause of our electrical problems and then resolving the issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. He not only fixed the immediate problem, but also identified and repaired other historical problems that I thought couldn't be fixed without great expense. He did the work extremely well and at a cost much less than expected. I will definitely call George Brazil for any other future work that may be needed...thanks to [redacted].

Johnny C. and his partner from Geo. Brazil were extremely fast, professional and experienced installers. They replaced the entire heating/cooling system in less than 24 hours in the middle of July! The gentlemen from George Brazil are very well trained, polite and well qualified to handle the job. Top Notch.

Chuck W[redacted] and Steve D[redacted] did a duct sealing job on our two heat pump ducts. They were extremely professional and very hard workers. They did an excellent job of reducing our energy loss due to the leaking duct work. They were upbeat and positive to have here all day long.

They did the job fast, were very clean, efficient, and friendly.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by the technician and his assistant who installed two heat pump units in our home.
