Garrett, Calvin, and Cody all were professional while servicing my air conditioning unit and cleaning the duct work. They clearly explained what they were doing, and were helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that all three men observed appropriate mask protocols at all times!!

Harlan was knowledgeable and thorough in his semi-annual maintenance check. He discovered a coolant leak and provided explanations and options for taking care of the issue. Harlan demonstrated a very good knowledge of what he was doing and helped us make a decision that was right for our family.

Tyler and Vinny came for annual check up. . They recommended that the seal on the air conditioner be resealed and the air vents cleaned. Huge improvement!

My service tech was on time, described what he was doing and did a thorough check of my system. Even without needing to be tried to troubleshoot a wiring issue in my attic despite the fact that it was 110 degrees outside.

Mike F is the Service Pro that helped me on 9/5/20. He did a Cooling Inspection. He checked my unit up on the Roof and my air handler inside. He explained what he would be doing and let me know if there are any issues or changes that I need to be aware of. He has helped me before, very cool guy. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and lets you know if there is something you need to take care of right away, or if things are good. He talked about changes in air temperature that may indicate a problem! He's very knowledgeable and professional, he wore a mask for safety, and this was a good experience!

We had our new AC unit installed nearly a year ago. It was working fine until the unrelenting excessive heat these past few weeks. It never cooled to the desired temp. and made way too much noise. We asked for a service pro to come to the house and were fortunate to have Chuck W. work on the problem.
He was punctual, respectful of us and our home (wore a mask and shoe coverings), and had expert knowledge. He knew immediately what the problem was and went to work correcting it. He changed a filter and recalibrated our thermostat. These last 24 hours have been quiet and cool. I highly recommend George Brazil and, especially, Chuck W.

Harlan from George Brazil was great! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it expeditiously. Harlan explained all options that were related to the fix and gave all details of the pros and cons. I highly recommend him and George Brazil. They were great.

Mike F responded promptly and quickly to our emergency. We are an older couple in metro Phoenix; our 19 year old unit gave out August 31 2020; one of many extreme heat days. Mike arrived early that evening and assessed the old unit which I understood could be repaired but I decided the best course to purchase and install a premium unit as we knew the old unit had been near failing and we saved up to replace. Mike promised the new unit would be installed and running THE NEXT DAY! The team came out at 1PM Sept 1 the next day and completed entirely with no delays or problems by 5pm. The installation team were of highest professionalism, I did noticed their teamwork was impressive; for example,I noticed there was no unprofessional discourse during the install. They were completely focused on completing on task. We are grateful and pleased to do business with The George Brazil team and are telling all about this amazing experience with a reputable honest experienced group of fine artists, both Mike and the install team are veritable craftsmen of this millennium, their skills are superlative and deserve recognition as they perform these essential tasks with aplomb, rigor, and expertise. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Chuck W was there on time and completed the extensive 5 hour repair like a true professional.
