Joe was fantastic!! He explained everything thoroughly, very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. Great demeanor and he went above and beyond by adjusting the house filter. Joe is a valuable member of your team he needs a raise!

We had George Brazil come to give us a quote on a new air conditioner. We chose them over other companies because of your website and seeing that they had won the Torch Award. They have been nothing but complete professionals from day one. Mike came and spoke with us regarding our new system. He was sincere and upfront as well. He was very helpful and patient with our decision making process. We decided to have our ducts cleaned after the install took place. Calvin and Danny were the techs that took care of this part of the process. They were very professional and courteous. Everyone from George Brazil did impeccable work. They put on shoe protectors before entering the home. They laid down professional grade rugs with rubber padding over all of our floors. They laid plastic over all of our furniture and took time to do the extra prep work in order to prepare the home for the job. I was impressed by the fact that they called when they said that they would and came at the exact appointment time. They had a company pick up the old parts and garbage from our install and even paid to have a restoration company repair and prepare our attic entry for easier access for further maintenance and upkeep. Everyone from George Brazil has been extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Mike, Calvin, and Danny, and our installers too, thank you!

Great service by Pedro and Robert on the install of my new AC unit. They worked hard, very professional, wore their mask and gloves all day. I was impressed how well they worked as a team and how diligence they were. I recommend George Brazil and thank Todd for previous service and presentation of the new 2 ton, 2 step unit and again thanks to Pedro and Robert for the excellent installation.

Michelle J was professional and informative. After having them for 3yrs, we are glad we choose Brazil.

My apologies for the delay in response to this complaintOn 7/08/2016, George Brazil installed a complete new AC and Heating system for [redacted] ***During the install process, one of the installers accidently bumped the water line which caused water to pour into her laundry roomThe Install Supervisor immediately contacted our Restoration and Plumbing Companies to repair the line and all other necessary repairs As of today George Brazil has not had any warranty calls regarding her new unit and we assume is in proper working order All water damage claims from 7/8/have been made to Ms [redacted] homeowners insurance per her requestWe currently have an open insurance claim with our GL carrier should the insurance companies need to subrogate any of the costs Both Insurance companies have been contacted by George Brazil and it’s confirmed she has been fully compensated for her rims on her vehicle, repairs to her home and currently they are awaiting her spreadsheet of any personal items or expenses remaining this includes the hotel expenses mentioned Her deductible is $and the insurance has confirmed they are handling that as wellGeorge Brazil believes the insurance carriers have given Ms [redacted] full compensation for her inconveniences, personal items, home repairs, vehicle rims, $ deductible Ms [redacted] unit is in proper working order therefore we will not be comping the cost of the unitKindest Regards, Vinny M [redacted] Service ManagerGeorge Brazil AC & Heating [redacted] @qhmamerica.com
