The technician was scheduled to come to my home today between 2:00 and 5:00. I received a phone call this morning that he was available earlier, and he actually came around noon. I really appreciated this.

So pleased with our service again today. George Brazil may be a little on the expensive side of things, but you get what you pay for. Ernesto was a very hard working employee that never gave up on finding the fix for our shower faucet. Every time we thought we had gotten through the rough part, the next part was even harder. But with persistence, Ernesto solved our issues and now there won't be any dripping to drive us crazy. Thanks Ernesto for making our lives better.

Technician was very professional, neat, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was very pleasant during his time on the job. Also arrived at the time promised and explained things to me as he went along.I am very pleased with the job.

I phoned George Brazil - Electrical and they sent Technician Jason N. to my house very promptly and I must say he is the best electrician that has ever come to my home. He was gracious, took the time to explain what we could do - 3 options - we selected one and proceeded. Jason explained each step along the way to me - I was curious and wanted to know exactly what was being done and why - he was proud of his company and the work he was doing. He replaced a water heater timer and refreshed my electrical panel. With the work that was done, I feel much safer in my home and am appreciative of the workmanship, the pride, and the complete cleanliness that everything reflected upon Jason's departure. I also talked with my technician about the job that he had done for the [redacted] and asked manyquestions which proved that we need to give our technician some follow up...

training on “upfront” pricing. When I called Mr. [redacted] I explained that I would be giving him back $100 No questions asked. I also stated that we would be counseling our technician and in no way this was our regular practice. I talked with Mr. [redacted] about the training that we obviously failed to give to our tech and that we take this very serious. Walter F. of George Brazil came to my house on Friday regarding replacing 2 toilets. He was very professional, and gave us the best pricing possible. He only had one toilet on his truck, and instead of rescheduling to replace the other one at a later time, called his office to see if someone would bring out the other so he could get everything done same day.
