Prompt, courteous service. Expect to be offered multiple estimates in an attempt to "up" sell you service contracts. Work done, however, is certainly professional, and you do not have to purchase extras.

Jamie provided excellent service and attention to detail and ensured our complete satisfaction. He is courteous , professional and competent and I have no hesitation strongly recommending George Brazil services based on this experience. In the past two days we have had Ernesto J[redacted] in our home for a repair and then to install a new water softener. Ernesto was very professional, answered all of our questions and was not in a hurry to finish our projects and move on.

Neat and showed very exclamatory customer service skills.

George Brazil Team member, Greg G. was very courteous and informative. He did not pressure us into anything ,but let know of any problem we could have in the future. He repaired our shower fixture quickly and it works very well. This the second time he has come to our house and installed something for us.

Had service rep come out for a quote. Was very happy with his work.

Needed water shutoff valve replaced. Geo. Brazil Plumbing responded in a very timely manner. My complaint is it was very expensive. They charged me $367.00 for about an hours work and a $35.00 valve.

We had a water heater go out a couple of years ago and had George Brazil install a new one. a year later, a valve on it went out, and they charged us $100 to fix the bad valve even though it was fully under warranty. Now a year later, it starts leaking and they wanted to charge us $578 to replace the bad water heater that they installed and was fully warrantied. When I complained, they finally dropped it to $400. After they left, we noticed that now the master bathroom toilet makes a really loud vibrating noise after it is flushed and the water refills. We have been told that this is because they accidentally got air in the pipes. When I called George Brazil, they told me that the 2 incidents are not related but for a fee they would come and fix it. They injected the problem and then wanted to charge us to fix it. It seems like a really shady racket to me!

[redacted] came out to repair a toilet. After diagnosing the problem, we agreed to installation of a new toilet. He did a great job - was professional, efficient & polite.

We are always pleased with the work from George Brazil, whether electrical or plumbing. Today we had an electrician, Raul Vargas, who we have had before, and he is always very polite and does his work well. We will always ask for him for electrical work.

We had an emergency situation with blocked drains. George Brazil had a tech here within a couple of hours (despite the fact they said it would be several hours to get a drain crew out). The tech, Michael was very friendly and professional, explained exactly what the problem was and how they would resolve it. It was a major operation but when it was complete, the site was left tidy and we were left with a complete written explanation of exactly what they had done.

Our sewer line backed up on a Sunday afternoon and Mike R[redacted] came out within 2 hours. He was courteous, informative and very quickly diagnosed where the blockage was located. Rolled out that familiar red carpet, parked where his truck could be seen from the front door and put on those white booties when entering the residence. He fixed the issue with a minimal of fuss...very professional in appearance very easy to talk to. He is now our plumber of choice...five stars + our gratitude.
