This was my first time using George Brazil. I called them to have an initial diagnosis and [redacted]. was the person who was dispatched. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The problem was found and resolved quickly and accurately. I wouldn't hesitate to call George Brazil for future issues and would request Steve as the person to complete the work.

Our service was provided in a timely manner. The technician was professional at all times and provided additional information for us to consider regarding water pressure.

Great service. Thorough work. I got a call ahead telling me exactly when to expect service. Service was annual electrical inspection. Elijah brought Eric with him. Both were very personable. Elijah explained the improvements he recommended in excellent detail. Price quote was completed on site with good explanation. I highly recommend Elijah if you need electrical work.

I had a very slow draining sink, so my husband called George Brazil to come out and clear it. I was out when [redacted] arrived. When I arrived home and asked my husband how much we were being charged for one clogged sink drain, he told me $1400.00. I had to have him repeat it three times. When I questioned [redacted] he told me he had to power wash the sludge out of the system. I said that the amount was way too much. He got on his cell phone and walked outside. He came back in and said he could discount it to $1038.00. I wanted him to be done and out of my house. I would not use a credit card, I gave him a check and he insisted on a copy of my husband's license. I feel taken advantage of and will NEVER use or ever recommend Geo. Brazil to anyone.

Mike was prompt, courteous, and very knowable. He discussed other related possible problems, advised proactive action as opposed to reactive. The plumbing problem was fixed in a timely manner and he cleaned up and left the area like nothing was different...except the shiny new copper piping and faucet. I would recommend this company and this service person highly and will call them in the future for any problems that arise.

Ted, the technician showed up on time and ready to do fast, clean and professional repairs as I had scheduled. I'm very happy with the work!

I was very pleased with the initial phone call to George Brazil the customer service was very cheerful and helpful. Connie in the scheduling department was very helpful keeping me updated on when the technician would be at my house.

Now Raul Vargas was the best very cheerful and pleasant from the time I opened the door to the time he was finished with what needed to be fixed. I liked the way he explained everything that he was doing to me.

sent out by the name of Gabriel S. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find my problem very quickly and explained everything as he went along so as to assure me that I would be well taken care of. He was polite and well mannered and I would be happy to do business with George Brazil in the future.

Had plumbing/water problem. High, high bill without visible reason. Wade came. Checked everything. Have bad him to our home before and find him very thorough.

Everytime George Brazil is called, we have bedn super satisfied with their work.

Kevin S fixed the leak under my kitchen sink in a timely manner. He was neat efficient and very competent in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Moreover he educated me through discussion of what he was doing, told me the reason behind it and gave me hints how tto protect my system in the future.

Next time I need a plumber I will call George Brazile and request Kevin S if at all possible and suggest friends and colleagues do the same.

Mark B. did a service call at my residence on 07/24/2015 and replaced a faulty 50 amp breaker. He explained fully all membership, repair, and other problems, including self replacement, in clear terms before proceeding. He was courteous, efficient, and friendly.

I have been very pleased with George Brazil. I had Mr. Adam G. here at my home today to do some needed plumbing repairs...this guy is a credit to his profession and to George Brazil! Very happy with the service and professionalism of Adam and with George Brazil. Thank you!
