[redacted] clearly explained what the job would entail, time frame included, his estimates were spot on, what we would need to be prepared for while the job took place was covered. I contacted George Brazil to change a faucet in my laundry room and address a problem with a hose bib on our back porch. They were very prompt in sending a plumber out to perform the services. The plumber [redacted] was extremely professional, kind and explained what needed to be done and the cost and the time it would take to do the job. He was very neat, wore booties as not to carry dirt into our home and cleaned up after himself. I inquired about other services that George Brazil offered in regard to maintaining our homes plumbing and [redacted] took the time to explain everything. Needless to say the entire experience with George Brazil from the customer service reps on the phone to [redacted] was one that I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Johnny was thorough, educated and resourceful in trying to make my plumbing issue less evasive and devastating. I appreciated his compassion for me and his respect for my home.

I had never used George Brazil before, but I needed an electrician and had called one or two companies to request a quote but when they found out it was just a small job they didn't seem interested.

He was extremely professional and I had complete confidence that he was a very well trained & experienced electrician.

Excellent service. Right on time. Good customer service in explanation of what he would be doing. Left area clean as it was. Only negative was I thought it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but that is an issue of the company not the employee.

Service was excellent. All staff, from initial contact, through scheduling, to technician, was courteous, professional, helpful, and pleasant. Technician was knowledgeable, confident and provided clear, concise explanations of recommendations. He answered all questions expertly.

Not knowing any electrical service companies I relied on a Google search and Revdex.com reviews of this company. I was not disappointed. The service tech "Raul" was well qualified to troubleshoot and repair an electrical problem in my house that was blowing a circuit breaker. He and his assistant "Jason" were professional and courteous, quickly getting to the problem and fixing it. I would not only call them again if needed, I would recommend them to friends and family. I am also impressed with the lengths the company goes to give you information - a call and email when tech is coming, a picture of who to expect AND a link to reviews of this person !!

Raul was very professional but friendly as well. He explained every aspect of the job to us. Raul gave us safety guide lines and tips for saving electricity. He completed the jobs in a timely manner, did a great job and cleaned his work area before he left. We were comfortable with Raul and pleased overall.

Professional, responsive, and reasonable pricing. The technician, Mr. Tim S[redacted], was excellent, knowledgable, well spoken, and thoroughly professional.

Our water heater stopped working on Saturday morning and we called George Brazil plumbing; they scheduled a plumber [Ernesto J[redacted]] for Sunday morning. He arrived a little early [after checking to be sure that was alright]. He then checked out the problem, corrected the problem, and also flushed the water heater. Extremely pleasant to have in our home, would have him back again.

we just had three toilets replaced two days before Christmas. Zach is a great plumber. He was on time, clean, professional and honest. He made sure we had the right color toilets and that they were installed correctly. I would definitely use George Brazil Plumbing again! Thanks Zach for your efforts.
