Very Professional and helpful when dealing with the City Inspector and power company on all issues that came up so we could get the job completed.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while doing his inspection
of all my fixtures. He drained my hot water heater and showed me all the calcium
deposits that had come out and explained to me the problems with the hard water we
have here. After all his information, I purchased the Flow-Tech Inline Water System.

We had an electrical problem concerning our main popcorn machine, we needed a quick and good technician to fix it as soon as possible. It was after normal business hours but were able to have [redacted] out and working on it within an hour of our first initial call. He was very helpful and great at explaining every part of the procedure as well as explaining how our problem was caused. He was awesome and made the whole experience a much easier process.

Paul was very courteous and professional and fixed my bathroom fixture to my satisfaction. I especially appreciated that he put his own rug down on my front porch before entering my home and also wore booties to help keep from tracking dirt inside.

Today we had Ernesto and Walt (in training) come to our home to fix a shower issue we were having. We can not express enough how pleased we were with the service we received. They explained everything to us before beginning the job. They were both very polite and professional. The job was completed to our total satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company George Brazil, along with these technicians. When we are ready to have more work done, we certainly will call George Brazil again and request the same technicians that we had today. We highly recommend this company.

All of the dealings I have had with George Brazil have been positive. When I first request their service I thought the company was a little high priced. But after the service was rendered it was worth every dime that was charged. And they stand behind their work. F[redacted]a was the tech for a leak I had. He explained everything was doing and why it was necessary.

Was very pleased with the work done by Greg. Knew what he was doing and made sure that it was right. He was very pleasant and answered all questions. main complaint---- cost!!! Thought that it was very high, but that is not the serviceman's option and I needed to get it done.

James G. couldn't have been better repairing the supply lines to my wash machine today, 8/11/16. Very nice and patient. I would definitely have him back to do other work for me in the future.

I called George Brazil once again in an emergency where, once again, [redacted] claimed it had "extended waiting time" to answer phones and where we have an account.

Wade, from George Brazil, was sent to my home within the hour, in the evening. The Monsoon was raging, but he came and laid outside on his stomach fixing our water pumping system. It was pouring rain and fierce lightening was striking close by ... it was truly frighrening. Our pumps had stopped working, a necessity in a monsoon where flooding of our home was a strong probability.

The appreciation for Wade's willingness, and George Brazil's commitment to their customers, for coming to our rescue in such horrific weather circumstances, beyond words. This is not the first time this company and their employees have gone beyond the expected. I would recommend them totally.

Jason with George Brazil arrived quickly on Saturday afternoon. I had changed out bathroom fixtures and had exploding light bulbs. Jason found the cause in short order and fixed the problem. He then went through the whole electrical system in my home to make sure everything was safe. Really appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness.

good job, really pro, however, the job price was exorbitant, took him 1/2 hr, which works out to $1200 hr. The invoice provided NO breakdown of parts vs labor, so you are at the total mercy of the tech.

My first experience with George Brazil was to purchase a new air conditioner. The associates on the phone were friendly and sent out an agent to explain all the details, cost and time involved with installing a new air conditioner. I am very pleased with the air conditioner and the company. I just had a new faucet installed in my bathroom tub. It was so corroded that I couldn't get it off, neither could my husband. We didn't want to do more damage than needed so we called George Brazil again. 2n time same associates were great and associate who installed it was friendly and informative. We ended up getting a product that descales the water before getting attached to our pipes there fore NO MORE CALICUM BUILD UP VERY VERY HAPPY
