Kudos to the plumber, Paul G. He was professional and took time to explain everything to me. The women in the office were also very helpful. Made an appointment to repair my water heater on the same day. Disappointed with the cost; the water heater is only 3 years old (when new it was installed by George Brazil) and the cost to fix it was $250. I was told the problem was common in these water heaters. If I have a complaint it is with the quality (or lack of same) with the water heater they originally installed.

Yesterday Tom M[redacted] was my service technician. He replaced my water heater. I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism!!

I look forward to him being my technician in the future!

I had never used George Brazil electrical before ,but ended up being very happy. The service technician, Mark B., did a great job finding the problem, explaining it to me, offering various solutions, and finished the job in a very timely manner. He was a terrific representative from a very good company.

Everyone here treated us professionally and courteously through our hot water heater problem. The answering team, the dispatcher and the tech himself were friendly and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use them again for any of our home needs.

george brazil was great help, the prices are low and fair and they arrived at our home within 20 minutes. Ernesto J. was extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Mark was a real pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I could ask him anything and he would be honest with me.

I discovered a drip under the toilet in one of my bathrooms. [redacted] was able to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. While he was here he patiently answered all my questions about the work he was doing and also gave me great advice on some other plumbing related projects that I plan in the future. He was very conscientious in his work and he was careful to "work clean". I didn't notice until he was leaving that he had collected all the old plumbing hardware, which was now garbage, in a bag and was taking it away to dispose. Super professional and very nice! Explained in detail the process and answered all our questions about future repairs and upgrades. No pressure to get additional work done. [redacted] even replaced a toilet shut off valve for free. 5PM on a Saturday; just returned from vacation; handle to turn water on at main breaks..what do you do? We had local plumber but he couldn't come until Tuesday..."get a screw driver and try to turn water" on was his answer....bye. Never called George Brazil before. By 7:30, Greg at door. Area where main is pitch dark..no problem Greg says. Wonderful gentleman...pleasant and no problem..."you'll have water soon." Working this time of night nothing but thanks to this man. Very impressed with Brazil Plumbing. Classy help on answering phones and more important Greg who gave us our water back. Will use again.

George Brazil is a very professional company. The service men are politemand professional.

My only complaint is that they are a little pricey. My budget would not allow their services .

We purchased a new water heater, water filter system and de-scaling system from George Brazil. Adam was courteous, careful and did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up and all the trash was hauled away. We were so pleased with his work that we have him coming back to replace our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet.
