Grace, our service provider, was a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm was contagious. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She made sure all the details were attended to. Her explanations were clear. She offered intelligent suggestions for improvements to our water system. I will be sure to request for her service on our next call.

Geroge Brazil and their representative, [redacted], were very responsive and very professional in taking care of the plumbing emergency we had last week. The only complaint I have, and this was true of previous electrical services as well, is the lack of any detail on the invoice about the services provided.

I had a ceiling fan remote control unit replaced today by Tony V . He did a totally professional job including entrance mat, clean booties, prompt phone call, timely arrival, made repair, explained patiently in response to my numerous questions. He was very capable, polite, and cleaned up all trash. He also answered questions about a related matter, and promised to follow up. He made my first encounter with Geo Brazil a favorable experience

I called George Brazil after hours because of a high pitched whining sound coming from my water heater. [redacted] came out the same night, checked everything out and figured out what was going on.
I appreciate that not only can I schedule an appointment but in a pinch I can have a plumber come out the same night.

The service tech from George Brazil went above and beyond to find a leak in our evaporator cooler unit in the attic. We had 3 other techs out over the course of 3 years and many hours spent searching; all of them told me there was a leak but they were unable to locate it. The George Brazil tech was able to locate it in the bottom coil in less than a coupe of hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He even put on boot covers every time he exited and re entered our house. I would recommend George Brazil to any homeowner who feels like they are not getting quality service that is reliable and transparent.

Unusual problems created by another contractor prompted a call to Brazil for an electrician. Scheduled quickly, although not an emergency, and I even got them to send one of our usual servicemen. I just had a big sewer repair job done in the front of my house and was very pleased with Michael J. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me as he went along. Also all the different costs involved. He was very organized, knowledgeable and had good customer service. The workers with him did good as well. I will have them again for any further work in the future.

George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical sent Eric M. out to inspect and fix a chronic problem with our dishwasher connection. Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem, provide us an explanation, and repair the problem - right the FIRST TIME! He was very professional and personable and we felt both at ease and confident with Eric on the job. His expertise and dedication quickly became apparent - his results reflect 100% "proof in the pudding". He is a superb representative of his employer; and we hope to have Eric again if we ever have anymore electrical problems. Kudos to George Brazil and Eric. While in our home Eric reflected all that one could expect - from his very courteous and gentlemanly attitude to his technical skills and expertise. Mark was very professional in carrying out his assignments. He takes extra precautions to make sure the work site is clean after the job is completed. He also helps the customer with any issues or questions and provides options as to the best lightning products in the market. He is a good listener and makes sure that all of the customers concerns are addressed.
