Great service. I am very impressed with this company & their employees. I am definitely going to continue using them for all my plumbing & electrical needs.

Late Sunday afternoon, raining (in Phoenix!!) and an entire circuit down. Gabe was courteous yet focused. Methodically he traced down the short circuit, isolated it and cleaned up. Very professional and thorough.

Grace was fantastic, a true professional. Great experience am totally satisfied.

Ernesto is a true professional plumber. He analyzed our plumbing problem and not only fixed the issue but repaired our system so that we can do the next bathroom remodel more efficiently. He stands by his work and came back to the house twice to help with questions while we did our installation of bathroom features.

They called 30 min before the service pro arrived, before that they emailed a picture of my service pro so I'd know who to expect . A great safety measure .

Tom arrived on time , put booties on and red carpet down on my front step ! He was friendly and got right to work . He right away knew what my problem was , fixed it within 45 min and was done ! Very efficient young man ! I've used George Brazil in the past and recommended them to friends .

[redacted] was on time and very professional throughout the service visit. When it was determined that the breaker panel should be replaced he got right on it and installed it that day. His years of experience as an electrician really showed in the final result. The panel look and works great. This was my first time using George Brazil and would again, In fact I already am as I will be using them to check my Air conditioning.

My 83 year old mother had a leaky shower and requested service from George Brazil Plumbers. She was charged almost $800 to do a less than $100 job. She was also told she needed 2 new toilets to correct a leak in 1 of them. At theat time she was quoted $600 to do the toliet work. She was told the leak was caused because the water line was too low and the bolts were rusted. She paid for and had the shower work done beacuse she thought it was a necessity but wanted to wait on the toliet replacement. A family friend with no plumbing experience fixed the toliet problem with a $13 part and the issue was solved.

It is a very sad day when a reputable referral service (to fix it)would have someone so unscrupulous as to rip off an 83 year old woman.

I even got a phone call from George Brazil about a half hour before arrival letting me know he was on his way. Scottin came in, did his job beautifully, was super polite and clean. We are new to the Chandler, AZ area. I called one plumber who said the only thing he could do was tear out the entire back of the sink and relocate the pipe and put on a new faucet. The cost they quoted us was outrageous. I called George Brazil Plumbing for a second opinion. This plumber was much more experience. He said he had another idea instead of tearing out walls. That's the last resort. He took his time and it worked and no new faucet. (which we have a very expensive faucet) I am so grateful!

This is our first experience with GB. Our repair man was Mark. Very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything, got right down to finding the problem and repairing it. Excellent service.
