George Brazil has taken care of my electrical and plumbing needs for many years. Today, I had my annual plumbing inspection. Daniel is efficient yet personable. He answered all of my questions and made sure to review the inspection report with me before he left.

I called about a leaky water heater at about 8:30 in the morning and the company sent a serviceman, Bill H to my home before 10:00 am. He was efficient, knowledgeable and explained the options available. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the time taken to explain the water heater and improvements that he made to the system. He was courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Boy did I ever make the right choice. I was totally impressed with the outstanding work and Tony V persistence to find the problem. I can't imagine that they would have a better electrician. Our water heater sprung a leak. We have used GB before and have always had good experiences with knowledgeable representative. They were able to come out within 3 hours, Mike S put a proposal together, explained it, and I authorized the work. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He always answered my questions, completed the job very quickly, explained its operation and cleaned up the area before leaving. It was a pleasure having him do the installation.

Alec let me know he was on his way he inspected everything even the water heater. Very knowledgeable wire shoe protection replaced my main breaker and thoroughly explained plus took photos of his work. I will use George Brazil again

I called George Brazil because I was having a problem with my newly installed direct vent water heater. They had a technician at my house within the hour. I explained to Ernesto that the water heater had been installed the previous Saturday and had not worked at all. The burner would shut off after about a minute an a half. I also explained that I thought the original technicians had not installed the vent system incorrectly and that part of the inner flue was missing. Ernesto checked out the heater and discovered my suspicions were correct. He tried to find the vent kit for my water heater but it was not available locally. At this point we had been without hot water for 5 days. Ernesto explained 3 options to me. I selected the option that he could fabricate the missing part of the vent system and get the heater working. He was successful and had the heater correctly vented and working in short order. Watching him work it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and skilled. His truck was fully stocked and had all the supplies and tools he needed to do the job. Ernesto was friendly, personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and George Brazil.
