we couldn't be happier, the G.Brazil people were friendly, courteous and efficient. They were on time and explained everything they were doing from start to finish. We've been using G. Brazil for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed.

Ernesto J came out late on a Friday night to replace our water heater which had burning wires. He was very friendly and explained everything and answered all of my questions. There were some other issues (warranty related, not associated with George Brazil) that came up and he followed up with us on Saturday morning to help resolve that. Very pleased overall!

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job on the work requested and gave me advice other upgrades. I will be using them in the future.

Called for plumber after 7:00 pm as the RO faucet was leaking badly. David was assigned to me, called me from his home and said he would be out within the hour. He was able to assess the problem and make the repair without replacing the faucet itself. He knew his business and took care of our issue expeditiously. I felt the cost for this emergency after hours service was very reasonable. This is the second time I have had to call George Brazil in an emergency plumbing situation, and both times I was extremely pleased.

I was also impressed that when David came to the front door he laid down a small carpet to stand on while he put covers over his shoes. It showed the respect you have for our home. I will always recommend to friends that ask George Brazil Plumbing.

Tried to charge me $4,000 for a $100 service. Caught on tape.

We have been using George Brazil for our air conditioning maintenance since they installed our new unit a few years ago. We have always been pleased with the service and decided to try the plumbing side of the business. We were again very pleased with the service. The technicianMike S was very neat and clean and answered all our questions. We will definitely continue to use this company for our plumbing needs.

Armando was out to replace my 30 year old water heater. There were no issue with it but it was beyond its life expectancy. He was professional and complete with the replacement. Completed the work, area was as clean as it was when he started. Asked if I had question. I will be using George Brazil again. Armando is a great plumber and representative for his Company

I called Geo. Brazil plumbing for quite a few issues, on our home! They were incredibly helpful and on time! They stayed all day and never one complaint. Our plumber Fernando explained our options and was clean and respectful! I would use them again. They have honest prices and integrity! A+

I have been in the Valley for years and only recently discovered George Brazil which I AM SO HAPPY WITH!.....A plumber from a DIFFERENT company was called about a possible water leak here a few weeks ago, and did little but create another problem which someone else was sent to correct at 9:30 that evening. That plumber's obvious focus was on trying to sell me a new hot water heater and water softener. I am a widow and evidently he thought to scare me into replacing both, so unknown to me, he shut my water tank off. I discovered it later when I turned my shower on and had no water.

I contacted George Brazil about the same problem and May 31 ('18) Ernesto was sent here. I can't say enough about what a fantastic job he did in checking all plumbing to make sure there was not a leak. He also gave me very helpful information about the water heater, and his assistant helped by replacing a water filter on my shower which I could not get on correctly.

I am so impressed with the George Brazil Company because of the uniforms which identify them (also makes them look very nice), the truck which identifies them, and the EXCELLENT TECHINICIANS who have done a great job. I certainly will always call this company in the future and would love to ask for Ernesto because he is an excellent technician. I rate him above 10.

My kitchen sink clogged at about 1pm. Ernesto was at our house by 3pm. By about 5:30pm, Ernesto was gone, sink was draining perfectly, leak under sink was repaired, and a new Insinkerator was installed. Pretty hard to beat that response. Thank you Ernesto and the George Brazil team.

Power in our shed was out and there was some sparking from wiring, appointment was made and John arrived shortly after 1pm.. He was able to fix the problem for us. He explained what needed to be done, the cost and all about the service plan and answered all questions we had, it was a very pleasant experience and we will use and refer others to this company.. Great Job!!

Tom M. was called because there was a leak under the sink that was flooding the kitchen. He arrived promptly and identified the source as the garbage disposal. Not only did he fix it but went above and beyond by removing our broken water filtration tank and plugging the hole. He was very professional and efficient. I will call them for repairs in the future.

Ernesto came out for the repair of a broken water valve outside the house and discovered our water heater was leaking as well. As we do not live here full time and had just flown in to town, this was especially appreciated. He worked late to get it all resolved for us so we would have water in the house. I have children (so not having water that evening would have been very problematic especially after flying all day) and he was respectful, courteous, professional and fixed all of our problems before going home. I would highly recommend this company based on this experience.

We had a problem in both of our bathrooms. First bathroom needed a new shower handle and cartridge and the other needed a new shower head they had never been changed out since we had our home built in 2005 13 years this year. I looked on line and checked out four plumbing companies three were not even on the Revdex.com lists . I read reviews and I always look at reviews but, that is not always enough for me . I found good reviews for George Brazil on Revdex.com site and no complaints so I called. Thomas came out a very knowledgable and respectful young man he quoted the problems and the cost and completed the job in a timely manner we had nothing to clean up. My husband and I are very happy with the quality service we had. Nothing is cheap today and we don't mind paying if the job is done properly and we thought it was a fair and reasonable price. We had a friend pay a little amount and had to call a second plumber to do the job right! They also guarantee the work for one year. You have a lot of fly by night people in Arizona doing different jobs when you find out the job was done incorrectly their gone! We would recommend highly George Brazil . If we have any more plumbing jobs we will certainly call them.

Ernesto installed a new garbage disposal for us and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. He was on time, took time to explain different options, and got the job done very quickly. He also tightened our kitchen faucet as a favor. He was exceptionally engaging and seemed to really enjoy his job. We enjoyed talking with him and felt he was very professional. We will request him the next time we have a plumbing issue.

We had leaks from our water softner. Ernesto J & another gentleman, who I'm sorry I don't have his name, came out & fixed things up in a very short time & we were back in business with soft water again. They were very polite & in fact the one guy helped unload my car with bags of groceries as I had just been shopping. Very nice guys, as are all the George Brazil workers that we have had contact with. Would not hesitate to recommend George Brazil.

Mike S. installed valve levers for my washer input today. He went above and beyond fixing the hole that had to be cut in the drywall to access the water pipes. I appreciate his professionalism and great customer service.

Just a few days ago I had the regularly schedule "yearly plumbing inspection," and this year I discovered there was a problem with my water heater which I had purchased from George Brazil several years ago. I was a bit dismayed that the problem, which apparently was a manufacture's defect went unreported for so long in spite of the yearly inspections.
However I a happy to relate that the issue was resolved, professionally and courteously two days later. The technician straightened out the problem and I can now look forward to 2 or 3 years of uninterrupted service from my water heater, (of course, as with anything manufactured there is always the probability of an unexpected failure).
I am only going to give a 4 star out of 5 rating because I feel that it was only my persistence in getting to the bottom of why I didn't get reports on the heater's anode that averted a future costly repair, but the response to resolve the problem was timely. For me it is 'a lesson learned,' which is to be more diligent in making sure those you are paying to do some work are really doing all they are supposed to do.

The experience and service that I had with John E was excellant. He gave me information on the problems and he did a good job in solving them.
