We were experiencing some technical difficulties with our wifi smoke detectors where they were going off randomly. I called and someone came out the same day, which was also a Sunday. I recieved a confirmation email with a picture of the technician so I knew exactly who would be showing up. There was a technical issue within one or more of them that was affecting the whole set of 6. They replaced them all for us for free without so much as a word. Their customer service is always excellent as well. It doesn't matter whether you are talking to them on the phone or they are at your door to perform work. Extremely professional.

My wife and I were very pleased to work with Jeremy M. recently. We both appreciated the way he fielded questions, and answered them in a direct and non-technical way for us. The problem turned out to have a simple fix. So we both were happy that he took the time to offer a clear explanation of how the condition develops, why it develops, and the kinds of steps that people can take do to remedy the situation. Thank you, Jeremy!

I called the company after discovering water on the floor in the garage and was able to receive service by the afternoon. Ernesto from George Brazil Plumbing did a good job, friendly and professional. He replaced a broken water softener. Upon insulation, he explained how it worked, about the warranty and cleaned up the area.

Robert did exceptional work. He ran into a few complications but he kept going without complaint. He was always pleasant, positive & upbeat. Remarkable work ethics.

I didn't like the fact that they do not give you an idea or a block of time ( like from 7am to 11am)
instead you have to wait on them anywhere from 7am to 7pm. The first thing when this guy set foot in the house he started the sales pitch. I just wanted my hot water flushed. I had gone through the sales pitch over the phone with the first contact (Bill) when I called to find out how much the job would cost. Then when I told him I had heard it already, he continued to try to convince me to get a 3yr or a lifetime contract. Then he wanted to get my permission to go through my whole house to check for plumbing or electrical issues. This is way too intrusive and nosey. For all I know he could be casing the joint!!!!!! I told him NO! I just want my hot water heater flushed. about 10 minutes later he came in and tried to show me and tell me that I needed to replace the anode something or other because it would extend the life of the hot water heater. TOO MANY HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS. WHEN HE WAS DONE I HAD TO SIGN SOMETHING THAT SAID I WAS SATISFIED! How should I know if I was satisfied before a I could evaluate if the thing was working properly or not? I know that other companies are also high pressure especially if you are elderly. I think we are targeted and they try to intimidate us
and that we probably have the money in general when you live in a resort community. I am not convinced by all the "reviews"????

Everything went great, calling, scheduling, arrival, resolutions, paying. When I called I was told how charges are figured for a call, plumber was lined up for same day, I appreciated email with picture of technician, and how well he explained the options and costs and how well he took care of the problem.

Fernando was the service provider for my water heater. He was courteous and efficient. I felt confident he knew what he was doing. He worked late finishing the new install so he offered to come back and look at my other units on another day to make sure they are in good working order. I did get the service contract. I will be confidently using George Brazil for my future needs

Very efficient. Jeremy was prepared and organized upon arrival. He was efficient and friendly.

Be aware of their $40 service call charge, and the $270 charge if diagnostics take more than 10 minutes! Absurd and no mention of those costs when scheduling.

We had an electrical short in our refrigerator outlet-- A live person answered the phone after hours-- an appt was arranged for the next day-- Electricians showed up on time-- identified the problem and repair was done.

Excellent work and provided suggestions that saved me some big bucks down the line. Pleasure to have these guys working on my system

I called George Brazil on Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday, which was the perfect time. I received a courtesy call 45 minutes prior to technician, Ernesto, arriving. I also received an email with his picture and other information. He knocked on my door exactly 45 minutes later. I showed him the pressure valve breaker that was broken. He explained what needed to be done, gave me the quote, which I signed off on, and began the work. When the repairs was finished he mentioned another plumbing problem we were aware of, gave me a quote and I had him do that repair also. Ernesto was very professional and personable and explained everything in terms I could understand. He tested each valve and cleaned up both areas as he completed repairs. I would recommend Ernesto and George Brazil to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Walter was fantastic. He had a BIG job and completed it with a smile on his face. He was professional, helpful, thorough, and nice. I will definitely call and ask for him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We called George Brazil to get a technician out to our home to fix a water leak in the kitchen. Dave M was sent out. He was thorough in checking out the water pipes and in explaining the problem and what it would take to fix it. He was very professional and courteous. We are so happy that we got Dave. He fixed the problem and made sure that all pipes were working. We would highly reccomend him for any plumbing problem. We have had a service contract with George Brazile for our air conditioner for three years and would highly reckoned this business for any problems.
