I was very pleased with their service. They picked up my SUV in NY on the day and time promised and delivered it to Florida in two days, earlier than expected. The driver Adrian Andranowski left it in my driveway and locked the keys inside. He was very professional a pleasure to work with. I recommend them.

Victoria Jones never called me back. This is a scam, I am so sad. I need to have my car shipped and all these companies have been very shady with their quotes.

I tried calling and it goes to voice mail. Very unhappy with this.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I reserved a spot for October several months ago. Communication was excellent – I was notified multiple times throughout the process and the price was exactly as quoted. The car was picked up in Kansas City and delivered to Fort Lauderdale in just 3 days. Very impressed with this company and their service.

Eva Simpson was timely, polite, and punctual in her communications with me from initial negotiations to car shipment/receipt. She did a wonderful job updating and checking-in with me throughout the process. I had minor issues in the driver who shipped my vehicle (i.e. poor communication and coordination of pick-up & drop-off) and Eva was very receptive with my feedback. Will definitely keep you in mind if the need should arise again for vehicle shipment.

Matt Grant, with GetCarrier was awesome, Matt helped us with two vehicles from different locations on the same day and everything went perfect. The drivers of both carriers were extremely nice and very trustworthy people. I highly recommend Matt because this was our first time shipping a vehicle and we knew nothing about the process and Matt guided us along the way and stayed in constant contact!

Diana and GetCarrier were great to work with to get a car transported. They very informative and responsive. The cost to have the car shipped was better priced that other carriers and the driver was very professional. Diana followed up to make sure the pick up and delivery went well. Getcarrier had been a great help in getting my car shipped from Dallas, TX to Boulder, CO. Tom Holding provided a reasonable quote to me and followed up with the driver/carrier booking till the end. Even when the carrier had to back out at the last moment, Tom persistently worked on getting me another driver.

I used “Get Carrier” in September 2019. In October 2019 I found myself having to ship another car across the country. Due to my positive first experience I called on Get Carrier. My first experience was great. And again Get Carrier and Eva were on top of every step of the process. Eva and Get Carrier again thank you for the peace of mind you guys provide through excellent service.

GetCarrier moves quickly, and Eva is a great coordinator throughout the entire process. Pickup was available slightly ahead of schedule and we went with the flow, our vehicle then arrived (Michigan to California) same day within hours of our flight landing. It appears part of this perfect timing was luck since the timing of our flight was never communicated to GetCarrier, but I definitely can't complain about their fast and great service. They were also the lowest cost carrier of 3-4 who offered quotes.

I was hesitant at first, because their price was one of the lowest of the 10+ bids I received to ship my two vehicles. But afterwards I can say I'm glad I went with GetCarrier. Their communication is excellent! I don't think one day passed without 2-3 email/text/calls from them going over details, confirmations, updates, etc. Getting in contact with them at all hours of the day and even weekends was very easy.
