Eva was excellent and right on time. She let me know every step of the way what was going on. What I needed to do and how much it would cost. She made sure I had all the information verbally as well as in writing. The company negotiated the best deal for me and all went like clockwork.

The entire process was easy and stressfree. I was worried about how I was going to get my car from NY to California but Eva made the entire process seamless and it was super affordable. It was picked up in front our door in NY and delivered to our new home in California. Plus I got my car way sooner than expected and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

I shipped my car thru Getcarrier from Lewisville TX to Walnut Creek CA. Alice White from Getcarrier did my booking; she was courteous and professional and managed the shipment very well. The driver was also very courteous. The shipment was smooth and there were no hassles.

This was my third time shipping a vehicle. I understand that the brokers are at the mercy of the independent drivers. I received numerous quotes for transporting my Honda Pilot from NJ to NC. Prices ranged from $545 to $950. So, following the theory that you avoid the lowest and the highest, I proceeded to do my due diligence by checking ratings (Trustpilot and Revdex.com). I read some horror stories! It turns out that the lowest price, GetCarrier.com, had very good reviews so I gave them a shot.

I contracted with the first company, Bird Auto Transport, LLC. The day he was supposed to pick up my Pilot, he cancels due to "mechanical problems". Alice was on top of the issue and immediately started working on finding a replacement carrier.

She texted me within an hour with another company who was willing to pick the car up the SAME DAY and deliver the NEXT DAY! That carrier wanted a few dollars more so Alice agreed to take the difference out of her fee to make the deal work! The driver, Fernando, with S & G America Transport, Inc. in Leominster, MA called me within minutes. He was very professional and courteous and gave me an ETA of between 4-4:30 PM. At 3:55 PM, he arrived. Again, he was professional, courteous, and thorough.

Fernando kept me apprised of his progress and had an ETA of approximately 3:15 PM the next day. At 3:10, he was there! He was driving a brand new truck so I felt comfortable knowing he would not have any excuse not to be there, as promised.

All in all, this experience was AAA+++!!! Thank you Alice and Fernando!!!

This time around I really wanted a positive experience having my car shipped from PA to IA. I know, Iowa isn't a popular destination and that presents its own set of challenges.
The process took 6 business days (excluding two day weekend). from the day I signed the contract until the day the car was delivered to the agreed drop off location.
The process was dead simple. I was at first presented with a form. I specified: basic info (name, address, etc), the drop off / pick up locations and desired dates.
Once the initial form was submitted I was emailed a crystal clear contract (of couple pages) that I signed electronically.
What I appreciated the most about GetCarrier is that Diana had kept me in the loop throughout the process informing me of status updates, addressing any concerns I had and even celebrating with me when received the car!
I think GetCarrier is truly changing the auto transportation industry mainly through their awesome culture. Few years ago, shipping a car was a nightmare. This time around the whole experience felt right.

Moving is stressful as it is but folks at GetCarrier made shipping car the easiest thing on my list.
I chose closed carrier as the prices were very reasonable. Driver showed up on time, allowed me to put 100lbs of stuff in the trunk (big help!) and delivered car right on schedule at our destination. All dealings/timings were transparent and on time.

Shout out to Val Silverton with GetCarrier who absolutely went above and beyond to help us move our son's Jeep from San Diego to North Carolina. We had contracted with a different carrier and promised the pickup would happen on 7/10--I started calling/emailing to verify a few days before the 10th to ensure everything went as planned--no one returned my calls or emails. Val reached out to me and started searching for a carrier/driver--within an hour she had it all worked out. The Jeep was picked up at the exact time we arranged, and delivered to NC in record time. The original carrier called me on the 11th to say they finally had a driver -- I can't begin to thank Val for all the assistance in making this happen.

She was personally available via SMS throughout the process, and I could just message her when I needed a status update or communicate a concern.
