Having called several transport carriers I landed on Getcarrier for the price and was a little skeptical just because cheapest doesn’t generally mean good service. But Diana Martinez proved me wrong. She kept me informed and up to date every step of the way! Everything went exactly as she said, the transport driver was great and he called ahead of time also. Delivery was right on time so it was a great experience not just for me but also for my customer. Thank you Diana! I will not hesitate to call her again for our next delivery.

GetCarrier.com has the worst communication skills. I was never updated about the status of the carrier until after the pickup window had passed, at which point I was told that the carrier had broken down. John (the manager who called me) stated he would contact me the next morning with an update. I had to call again to try to get an update. Of all the numerous times I called during the past few days, only once did someone answer the phone. So, again, I left another message. John stated he was trying to get a carrier. I informed him that our cars needed to be shipped that evening (as we were leaving the area), which was why I scheduled the shipment the day before. With such little information offered, and no way to contact someone directly, I finally gave up and went with a different auto carrier. GetCarrier.com may offer a good deal, but at the cost of nonexistent communication and failed promises, it's not worth the stress if something goes wrong.

Everything went great. Got my truck 2 days early. Had the vehicle listed with 3 previous companies. No one could deliver. Alice came through. The drivers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I had my car shipped from Las Vegas to Miami. Diana Martinez was very helpful and helped me through entire transaction. Carrier was okay, not very good in communicating, but all I cared about my car getting there safely which it did and in safe condition.
Diana made whole transaction very easy and I was very happy I used get carrier for shipping car car.

Alice was absolutely wonderful! Kept me posted on all details and was always so nice! She definitely under promised and over delivered!! I was able to get my car shipped from TX to MD for very less price in the market with GetCarrier.
I've Worked with Diana Martinez(agent). Diana was very supportive and helped me to get a quote quickly with a competitive price in the market. She actively followed up in getting the shipping process done withing the expedited time which includes documentation and everything. picked my car safe at the destination 24hrs ahead of time.

Moved from Michigan to California, Getcarrier made it SO easy! Quick responses right from the beginning, and constant updates so I always knew what was happening. Car came even earlier than the estimated 5-7days (took 3.5 days!), and getcarrier was in contact with me the entire time. Site is great and really makes you feel like everyone cares about making your life as easy as possible. Would recommend!

We were moving to Texas and leaving May 11th. Getcarrier.com was suppose to pick up our 2 vehicles at our hotel that day. I called on the 10th and they said there was a problem and they need to get another driver, they would expedite the delivery but the original 1750.00 agreed on was now be 2200.00 and I would have my vehicles in 3 days. I agreed and we took our cars to my daughter's work to be picked up and gave her contact number. The vehicles weren't picked up until May 13th. After many calls to the company and the driver I finally got my vehicles on May 21st. The driver refused to deliver to our house but wanted to meet at Wal-Mart and he demanded 2300.00 cash. I gave him the original 1750.00 agreed on since he did not expedite. I contacted the company since part of the contract included if the contract was broken they owed me 250.00. They stopped communication after this.

Mrs. ***Please accept apologies for any inconvenience caused. We just spoke with your shipping agent *** and checked all correspondence with you and driver. Originally you had the contract for $1775 and driver was assigned to your order, you received confirmation email from us with his info. The driver got issues with his truck and he had to cancel all the vehicles. We started working on confirming another driver for you ASAP. Your shipping agent provided you with an option she had and you agreed. She sent you the contract to sign and assigned another driver for you as it was confirmed by you. According to the paragraph 7 Cancellation and Fees, #9: " If there are any changes to the original agreement, GetCarrier LLC has to inform the client prior to assigning a carrier, for final confirmation". We have the last contract signed by you in the system for $2100 (attached pdf file under the name "926276(2100)"). You received confirmation email with all the details for the driver, payment and etc (see screenshot 1). In the paragraph #7 Cancellations and Fees under the number one it's mentioned that we have 5 business days to pick up the vehicle. The driver tried to do his best to get the vehicles picked up on the 14th as he scheduled. He arrived to the pick-up location late in the evening, but it's appeared to be a business place and it was closed, so he waited till the next day to pick up your vehicle to avoid rescheduling anymore. In paragraph #8 Terms and Conditions under #3 it's written: "Dates provided for pick up or delivery are never guaranteed, as certain conditions can alter a Carrier's schedule (i.e. weather and road condition, scheduling or mechanical issues, a late customer, etc)". After the vehicles are picked up there due to a partial payment of $100 as it's written in the confirmation email (see attached screenshot #1). Originally you needed to pay the driver $2000 upon delivery with COD. Our shipping agent didn't receive information for the partial payment after the vehicle was picked up, so we had to ask the driver to collect our deposit with his carrier pay upon delivery. According to the contract in the paragraph 8, under #6 it's mentioned: " Any service fees or deposits unpaid by the time of delivery will be added to the remaining balance and either collected by Carrier on delivery or charged on the credit card provided in the agreement before the vehicle(s) will be released at the delivery". You noted that you have paid the driver $1750 only, when it supposed to be $2100 COD ($2000 carrier pay + $100 partial payment). The driver is able to ask you to meet with him at the nearest parking lot or shopping center is the street for 18 wheeler is too narrow. Drivers are doing that only because the permission on the streets are not allowing him to go to that area and he needs to have enough space to unload your vehicles to make sure he won't damage it and other vehicles on the truck. In the paragraph 8 under #20 it's indicated: "In the event that Carrier is unable to safety access the pickup or delivery addresses given by Client (due to but not limited to entrance restrictions, low hanging branches, and/or narrow streets). Client agrees to meet Carrier at a nearby location in order for Carrier to safety perform his service". The driver is really delayed the drop off, but only because he had mechanical issues with his truck. According to your reviews, you didn't pay the driver the full amount what supposed to be paid. It lacks $350. Your shipping agent was always in touch during the process with you and driver to keep you posted. We attached all the correspondence with the Carrier company too(see pdf file Doc1). We do apologize for any misunderstanding, we did try during the whole process to do our best to satisfy you as our customer.
